Bathroom was clean and a good shower
It was so noisy, I only had an hour sleep. People banging doors all night. They also sold our second room to another guest!
The whole place shook all night. Must be something wrong with the hotel.
I did like the binder with menus and all other information. That was helpful. I love the prices. Very affordable and reasonable. Cable was good as well.
I didn't like the fact that there was yelling in the halls at 1 am the night I stayed. (SEPT 13,2014). I didn't like the fact that you don't give travel size toothpaste out with shampoos and lotions and all. Also you need shampoo and conditioner.
The room, bathroom and hotel were gross! The bed almost went down to the floor (when you laid on it), the furniture was beat up, the bathroom was nasty, and the trip from the front desk to the room was like a scene from a low-budget scary movie. Also, there was no elevator and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs! Low-income families live there and the folks across the hall kept their door half open the entire tim. The kicker was that the room was a lot of money. I highly suggest you stay somewhere else!
The room was comfortable and clean. It is located close to shopping malls. The staff were friendly but barely spoke English. Fine for a couple days stay.
The breakfast room was tiny, didn't have a great choice of food, one type of bread two cereals and oatmeal. Same stale cake every day. The rooms are very dated and even had a cigarette burn on the over sheet on top of bed. The cleaning staff switch off all plugs once room is cleaned meaning the fridge goes off too not good when you have stuff in it. The staff don't speak much English so can't get information from them. All in all very basic.
The location was good; very near a number of restaurants, Woodbridge Mall, and the Parkway.
I realize it wasn't the hotel's fault per se, but at 3:30 A.M., a very noisy group of people came in down the hall from us and talked loudly and slammed doors for a full hour before they all went to sleep/passed out.
It was comfortable and I didn't see anything wrong with the room. Great bed.
Its the kind of place thats good for quality time with someone but not where you go to have a nice weekend exploring the area.
Allowed early check-in, which allowed me time to rest after my flight and before heading to a wake.
The business center may have the slowest computer I have ever used. With no printer there, I could not print my boarding passes.
This was an excellently staffed and well kept motel. Most higher end places charge for wifi, they do not. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable.
Even though it's only 2 floors, an elevator to help with ones luggage would be nice. Also would be nice if the towels in the rooms were bigger.
very dirty I took pic . We did not even take off are close when we went to bed. the bathroom was very dirty.Even the toilet paper holder was nasty. Did not look like the pic on the web. NASTY!!!
The price was likable.
The provided hair dryer had an issue where it shot out sparks and appeared as if it would go on fire. When we reported it to the desk on check out we were thanked for reporting and received a "sorry." For the "scare" I think the room should have been comped. Also we went down for breakfast at 930 only to find it had ended at 9.
Bathroom was dirty. The rugs looked like they haven't been vacuumed. Bath tub looked dirty tiles needs repaired .
The overall condition if the hotel front desk friendly not the cleanest of places
The ice machine.
The rooms were very small. The hallway smelled of pot. No cleaning at all the first night we were there, had to wait for clean towels until the second day.
Great accomodations for the price.
Ok with everything.
poor sound isulation - can hear upstairs' TV and food steps clearly
I'm used to travel in different hotels, motels. Frankly speaking, this hotel doesn't worth this much of money, It should be cheap, closer to $ 45.00.
They mentioned that rooms have coffee maker,microwave....but i didn't find it room. And when i asked at front desk, i got a very 'unique' excuse that we now don't put coffee maker in rooms because some people through some coffee stains and room get dirty. are you serious ?.... and when i said, can i get it for me, i'm not a kid...but he said sorry you can't get it.Also bathroom tub was dirty. Pillows are also not comfortable.
Location is conv'nt - that's about it for this place
Management is pathetic - the owners are in the face and disgustingly unprofessional - shouting and fighting with their own working staff. The staff rebels and asks them to go to hell and do what they want... open fights, poor service, disgusting responsiveness, etc etc
The facility was ok, was not expect more for the price. Clean place and the area was ok.
The address was not the correct one, was very hard to find we have select a another days inn in the area to find out where was our hotel. The breakfeast was not was we expect, only bread and cereal, no muffin, no bagel.
It was friendly, clean, and comfortable.
When we got up in the morning to shower the water was barely luke warm. it was not enjoyable taking a cold shower, I complained at the front desk; and they didn't even offer a discount on the rate. Also why would u end breakfast at 9am on the weekend? Every other hotel that I have stayed at breakfast is served until 10am. Why would ur guests get up that early on the weekend?
the location and the price
the phone did not work and our room key kept on disabling
I liked the fact that we were a couple hours early but we were accommodated a room and we didn't have to wait.
I didn't like the hours available for the continental breakfast- 6 to 9 am. When vacationing most people don't wake up at 6 am. If they were serving lunch I maybe could understand, but 7 to 10 am would've been better.
Water of the sink was either very hot or very cold. I could not adjust at equal temperature. The exhaust fan was very loud when I turn-on the light in the bathroom. I compliant the front desk, he said that he will come and look the problem, but he never showed up. Room heater was making loud noise, could not had a sound sleep.
