beds and the smoke smell
Hot tube was wonderful
May 18, 2015
The room smelled like chlorine from the pool! The bedspread was soiled. It was highway robbery to pay $130 for this basic room!
It was basically okay! The bed was comfortable.

The staff were very unaccomodating and unprofessional
May 17, 2015
The rooms need a series update. It smelled like very stale cigarettes; ceiling tiles in the bathroom were falling out; dresser, table etc. felt sticky; pillows were very uncomfortable; carpet looked and felt gross and we put back on shoes and kept them on.
location to event

The carpet seemed dirty. The floor to ceiling windows were weird - felt like you were sleeping in a strip mall. The toilet kept running. Not enough towels in the room.
The bed was fine, and the Wi-Fi worked well.

Dark around swimming pool. Poor security and ice machine didn't work. Plus, broken glass in parking lot
May 13, 2015
Loved the pool and spa- clean facilities and convenience
April 28, 2015
There was a lot of shady stuff going on at this hotel! Me and my family didn't feel safe. We had a non smoking room but could smell cigarette smoke all night.
April 12, 2015
Bed was old and worn-out. Room REEKED of cigarette smoke. Other occupants smoking in rooms and ventilation system pumping it throughout rooms. Adjoining rooms opening/closing doors all night. Very nerve-racking; sounded like downtown NYC with all the “transactions” taking place.
April 12, 2015
The mattress was stiffer than I'm used to and the carpet seemed dingy. But that's to be expected, the building is not brand new.I'm not a big fan of the hotel comforters either. The room was clean but would appear cleaner if they switched from comforters to the washable option that are in most hotels now.
The breakfast. Lots of fresh options. Better than a typical continental breakfast. Hot eggs, seasoned potatoes and sausage, waffles or the usual stuff like cereal, muffins, fruit and lots of drink choices.

The receptionist was dressed poorly a hoodie and kakis not very professional or trustworthy bunch. The alarm went off at midnight and the next night at 11:30. I had to call the desk clerk each time and the first night it took them 25 minutes to take care of it after the 2nd call to the desk.
The house keepers were nice.
April 5, 2015
The walls are not soundproof and the room next to me had girls that talked until after midnight and the room on the other side had a 5:30 wake-up call then turned the tv on. No need to turn the tv on in my room as I could hear everything. Not a great nights sleep.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.
April 4, 2015
No coffee machine in the room as we like a coffee first thing in the morning.
Room was on the ground floor and while room was by the pool there was no noise after 10pm. Check in and out was quick.
April 3, 2015
We booked a king bed on the main level. there was no king available, so we took two queens upstairs. First room had not been made up, had to get yet another room. 13 hours on the road, not in the mood. Smelled like trying to cover someting up, pet odor or smoke. Yuck!
The bed was good, the pet area was fine

Confusing to find the room. It was advertised with a lounge/bar. This has been closed for years.
The price per night for the rooms.

Easy access to hi way. Good value for the money.
March 27, 2015
I didn't like the fact that someone was smoking outside our door and the smell came right in. My daughter has a very hard time with cigarette smoke and we ended up leaving very early in the morning because the smell was so strong.
March 26, 2015
The mattress was much too soft and sagging in the middle.
The staff were hardworking and very helpful. The pool was absolutely wonderful and very clean. The breakfast was a tremendous value for a budget hotel.

Horrible. I do not recommend!
March 5, 2015
Just plain awful! And I've stayed in my fair share of cheap motels. This was unbearable. Curtains falling off the window. Electrical outlet so faulty the lights flicker on and off and the outlet makes a sparking sound. Heater so loud it sounded like a jackhammer. We had to turn it off and put all the blankets from one bed onto the other. Because mind you it was below freezing outside and I could even hear it over my earplugs. Bed was so uncomfortable it hurt. Chair was broken. Bathtub faucet was dripping. Bedspread was stained. "Breakfast" was pitiful and disgusting.

Distance to and from the hot tub!
The hot tub was very nice!

Nasty and dirty and To many cops hanging out
March 1, 2015
The staff were rude and made our stay such an inconvenience. Our heater went out in the middle of the night, which was not our fault. It took them all day to move us into another room without a refrigerator in which we informed them of my child who has sickle cell and his medicine needed to remain cold. We went out for a while and made it back in around 9pm and there was not a refrigerator in our room. We went down to the front desk and they told us well maintenance had left. Needless to say it was just a bunch of bull. I will NOT go back.
The indoor pool was cool. I also appreciated the free breakfast that was served.
