I enjoy some time with friends. It is located near downtown Chicago so it was very easy to get there. The hotel staff was really kind. |

Price was competetive. I guess a good location if you are on your way to Wisconsin area and need a place to sleepover. This is the First time that I have felt that I have to watch after my belongings at all times during the stay at the hotel. We are still wondering. Were our valuable belongings really moved to a spot where we could forget them although there was no room service done? Be carefull! A pity that bad experience can overshadow the whole hotel chain. Also dont choose this hotel if you dont like the low over the hotel flying planes. |

I didn't like the hotel at all it was dirty and very unpleasant. There was a lot of drunk people walking outside the hotel, the water smelled like rust, bed was very uncomfortable even my 3 year old couldn't sleep. |

The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful anwering our questions. We were disappointed that the "free shuttle" service from the airport actually cost $25.00. It was also very noisy and we had to complain to the people down the hall at 1:30am to please be quiet. The is something that the management should have handled. |

Clean, rooms are well taken care of, internet is free. Airport noise is minimal. The strong smell in the corridors, breakfast could be improved. |

Though there were no ammenities per se, I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of our room. The staff went well out their way to make us feel welcome and tended to our every need (daily trips back and forth to the airport so we could catch the blue tren to Chicago, along with several other special favors) with a smile. The scent of carpet freshener in the hallways was a bit strong, but that can easily be remedied by using less. |

un-professional not at all customer service oriented. The first night of our stay,we called the front desk to ask for a roll of toilet paper,"none in bathroom. We were told someone would bring a roll to the room.they never showed. |

Dichtbij luchthaven is goed na lange vlucht. Chicago centrum makkelijk berijkbaar met de wagen op 20 minuutjes zit je in het centrum. |
