- lednice není na pokoji - mikrovlka není na pokoji - wifi jen ve společenské místnosti - celkem hodně návštěvníků (lidi s malými dětmi, psy, mladí lidé, ...) - docela hlučné - pokoj by mohl být čistí, bála jsem se, abychom nechytli štěnice - špinavý koberec - dost špinavá recepce

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool.

The bathtub didn't drain very well.

We didn't sleep at all we kept scratching all night we had to call front desk to ask if you guys had bed bugs it was so uncomfortable and not presentable I think you guys should remodel the place and get new mattress and cleaner sheets never again that was the worst hotel we ever been too

there were ants in the room, I order a smoking room but was given a non-smoking room, the linen was to samll for the mattresses, all ice machine in the area of my room was broken, TV only get a couple of stations.

The price & location

The parking is horrible. The non smoking room smelled like smoke. The guest were extremely loud which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The rooms and parking lot needs remodeling badly!!!

Just the location was the best thing.

The rest was blah... dirty, not comfterable & the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The first night for the room 2026 the air condition broke & noone came to our attention until My fiancee went to the front desk to check if anyone was going to check it. 2nd the room the gave us was clean but mold was around the tub

Poor hygiene, I found ants in the sink, cockroach on the table, the mattress with chocolate stains same the carpet, you can feel the springs on the mattress

i did not get an invitation for a free stay next time i visit orlando universal in august

Excellent price, large rooms, doors on the outside make it easy to smoke outside your room, well stocked on site shop, nice pool area with bar, large lobby with fast wifi connection, in room HBO cable so was able to watch Game Of Thrones, close to the IRide trolley for access to all IDrive entertainment, walking distance to Universal and City Walk, shuttle service to theme parks.

Cant really fault the place. Have stayed here twice and it is yet to let me down. Will be making it 3 times this October.

We requested for a smoking room which we didn't get the man that check us in told us to smoking out side we book this hotel because it was listed as smoke friendly on the web. The bathroom was nasty need a new make over. We didn't take a bath in that tub or didn't was to use it.

Closeness to Universal Studios, and the price and pet friendly.

everything,the rooms were very dirty, they were late cleaning rooms, there was mold,the water would not turn off in bath tub,the worst hotel ever!!!!!!!

Was reasonably priced. Was within walking distance to the park.

My room had tiny bugs crawling all over the sink, the bedside table and the a/c unit. I left a note regarding the matter, but nothing was done about it. Shuttle to and from the airport was not available.

They at least had my reservation.

Condition of the facilities. Cleanliness, operational of small items like water to the bathroom sink. Horrible. No working Wi-Fi. Pizza flyers slide under the door and never picked up by the maid service. Floor, hard tile, but never once mopped. Bath tub and shower combo had been painted to cover who know what. Leaks from floor above almost making the drywall drop down into our bath area. Electrical plugs with several connectors. Hanging out of the receptacle area.. It would not pass inspection in our state. Please just delete them from your service and find someone else at that fine price point.

This was my first experience in a Days Inn and my last. The front desk clerk was not friendly. No customer service knowledge.

The staff was pleasant .. The pool was very nice....

When we arrived, they said our res. Were for the month before..FEB. We had to wait till that was taken care of, then the woman didn't know that we had already paid our stay when booking it with Booking.com. We had to wait for that also to be checked...45 Min. Later, we finally got into our room. The carpet was dirty in our room so you had to wear shoes inside....

There is nothing I liked

The location is good but other than that disgusting. Spiders in the shower, peeling paint everywhere, dirty stained tub, mold and mildew in the corners and on the ceiling.

The staff was rude, dirty bathroom, mold mildew, peeling paint, spiders in the shower, the wAlls were so thin that you could hear the neighbors zippering their suitcase. Disgusting I will never stay there again

It was very unclean, needs refurbishing.
