Our reservation included breakfast - however they refused to provide it to us, there were roaches in the bathroom - had to turn the lights on before stepping inside.

Carpet is too old, Too noise

The carpet was kinda dirty. But the Bathrooms were very clean.

This hotel is a good option for budgetary accomodation on economy point of view. The location of the hotel is interior but good option on basis of price option

Only stayed 1 night - when I booked online I thought the rate was $93.00 a night ---for $29.00 a night if would have been ok except for the Roaches.

Comfortable room. Great location. Food and shopping nearby. Hotel is located less than 5 minutes away from Universal and about 20 minutes from Disney parks.

Breakfast included in the rate was very limited.

Its location, we could walk to Universal Studios in about 10 mins and the I ride trolley was just across the street. It was very basic but thats what we expected for the amout it cost us. The breakfast and gift shop staff were friendly although I think all the reception staff need training on how to interact with guests as they seem to know very little about the hotel or the surrounding area.

The front desk staff are lack-lustre - they do not seem to know where exactly they actually work. As mentioned above we were just across the street from the I ride and only a short walk to Universal however the staff did not seem to realise this when we asked them how to get there they could not/would not help. Also would be helpful if they had information about other bus services like the Lynx routes to help visitors travelling without cars if they are only going to offer the free shuttle service at select times. Although this service was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, it only ran once a day with the return from disney at 10pm, not ideal when some parks shut at 5/6pm at low season, so we only used it twice.

It was a place to stay. It was also close to Universal Studios.

The horrible experience started when the receptionist said we were there on the wrong date which was not true. He then stated our credit card did not go thru, also not true since we gave him our debit card. ??? After long and grueling debate, we understood he apparently sold our room to the highest bidder. He offered to cancel someone's room to give us a room over $ 200. ???? Very unethical. We feel for the guests who experienced this same problem and the booking company that gets blamed for errors.

The location, the price and the shuttle to Epcot are very good. The room is OK. The rest is not very good, but if you are looking for a cheap hotel it's a good choice.

The staff doesn't help you with anything and the breakfast cannot be considered. We went to the Burguer King or the TGI Fridays near the hotel for breakfast every day. Also the computer on the hall wasn't working and I wasn't with any laptop. As I could see the wireless internet can only be used on the lobby (and not on the rooms).

i did not like my stay there.

When we checked in the clerk barely spoke english and when we finally got to the room we found a few surprises in the drawers that were unwelcomed and the bathroom contained mold above the door.
