people very nice. price great.
under construction. room old and floor dirty. served my two purpose to go to HOLY LAND.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel needs a lot of work to become comfortable. The staff tried there best. We could not have stayed there.
It needs a total make over to update and get it clean. It really should not be open until it's completely finished
There was nothing to like about this property. Construction everywhere, no pool, charge for continental breakfast. We checked out after 2 days.
Nothing to like. We have photos and would like part of our stay refunded.
They gave me shampoo and conditioner for my hair It was a good price and close to the things we came to see.
they forgot to put time on our last night and we had to go to the office
I know the place is being completele remodeled, I just can't understand somebody will rent a room that had no maintenance in 10 years.
The entire room look bad, stained walls and ceiling, old furniture, TV, hanging cables, etc.
I don't like anything.
They have to fix there wifi service and security. I lost my money at there. Wifi also doesn't work.
Organization and environment. Seems like a drug dealing location
The only redeemable quality is the lication
Dirty, wifi not working, beds sheeted with plastic and uncomfortable. We left after the first night and moved to another hotel even though we paid for two nights.
The workers were all friendly, but we were a group of 4 and asked 2 times for extra towels but each time we only ended up with 3. Which meant one of the four of us had to dry off with a small wash rag. They check in and out was great and they even gave us extra shampoo and conditioner because we were 4 girls in one room. Overall it was a nice stay. Just a few minor things made our trip a little less enjoyable.
On the website it mentioned in the very fine print at the bottom of the page that there would be some very light construction work. We were all surprised to be awaken at 8:30 am by sounds of men yelling right outside our door and their radio blasting some morning talk show. When we all came to our senses about what was going on right outside our door, that's when the drill and hammering started.
I feel like I stayed in a ghost house.
The staff was amazing! Top notch customer service!
Near to the attractions
The room is a bit too old
It was just across the street from universal.
The hotel was undergoing construction and it was very uncomfortable to stay there. We heard noise all day long and the room looked like it hadn't had a good cleaning in years. There were stains on the walls and an odor. Definitely not worth 100 a night!
It was 5 minutes to universal studios.
Everything, we paid for the second night but didn't stay because I couldn't bare to be in the room a second night. It's the kinda place that makes you itchy even if there isn't a viable reason to feel that way.
Hotel are on construction and there was no assessment to common facilities. To get to the offices had to walk around the Hotel. It has low lighting and felt fear for safety.
Property's proximity to Universal.
The smell of the room, roaches, ants, paint chips falling everywhere. I've stayed at low budget hotels before but never this low. Very disappointed!
Poor staff, beds not organized
Location was great within walking distance to Universal Studio Park. The staff was friendly and very professional even though at first I was not friendly. Other the bathroom, the room was clean and orderly.
I was surprised that the hotel was in construction, renovating many of the rooms and the pool. The bathroom was a disaster, tank on toilet leaked so it kept flushing, the bathtub leaked and looked let's say 1950.
We were very disappointed that we changed our itinerary and only stayed one night because I wasn't even going to put my feet in the shower. this was a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke. I will never did make reservations at a Days Inn.
The location mainly, It is 15 mins away from Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure so you can walk. Great to spend the whole day out in the attractions and get some sleep and shower. However, it is better to rent a car if you are staying more than 3 days and if you visit other parks since the Outlet malls are very close but in the highway so it will be around 25-30$ of taxi round trip. Also, from the airport it is about 50-60$ of taxi so you end playing a lot in taxis while you can be more comfortable with a car. It is cheap so you cannot ask for more, but good value for the location if you spend a couple of days there. Big Size bed!
The hotel is experiencing some maintenance/construction work and looks a little bit abandoned in the exteriors. The interiors were just fine and clean. The Wifi is only available in the lobby and not in the rooms.
Hotel was under major construction renovations and should not have been open for business. Rooms were the worst I've ever had. Heater was not working in one of the rooms and we had to wait for it to be replaced. Phone in one of the rooms was not in working order. Over all I would rate this my worst experience with a hotel.
The room smelled mold and it had a big stain in the ceiling. The bathroom was super old. The bed was terrible and we found a roach. We ended up checking out in 30 min and moving to the Double Tree across the street.
The bed was comfortable, abundance of linens
The motel is under reconstruction, many walking ares fenced off. The office is hard to get to because of the fenced off areas and you had to walk around and around to get to the office. The room had some small bugs which I stepped on. The sink would not drain and the toilet handle had to be held down forever to flush. I was on the backside of the motel and there were no other cars parked near me. It was dark and I did not feel comfortable leaving my car overnight or leaving to go to my room. My television was in three colors, red, blue green. Even for the $39 a night, I would not recommend a stay here again.
The staff was very nice at check in.
The bathtub was dirty and the hotel was undergoing a major remodeling job. And they wanted you to pay for breakfast in the morning
desk staff was friendly and very helpful.
parking was far from room.
