the position is good, it is very near to Universal studio park
uncomfortable, noisy and old
This hotel was under construction, something that Booking.com advertises as a result when you FAIL to use their site. The exterior lighting was poor at best. The whole place looked like a crime scene. Very sketchy!!
Hotel parecia abandonado. Encontra-se em reforma.
not at all like on website
walking distance to Universal worth what you're paying for beds were comfy
understaffed and ill-equipped cleanliness not the greatest sketchy
the location was not to far from all of the Disney parks they did offer a shuttle service,
mold on the restroom walls, floors were really dirty, spiders in the restroom, key kept being rejected, construction going on with no warning, no pool, long walk from the car, no security patrolling the parking lot... they had water hoses running from a room into the parking lot, tub handle kept falling off, water took a long time to drain,
We stayed in a updated remodeled room. Very clean and beds were comfortable.
every staff were so kind.
Everything! This was the worst hotel I've ever stayes in. The bath4rom looked out a scene in a scary movie. The hotel view was a pile of wood chips and dirt. I actually thought the hotel was closed when we arrived. I told the staff and they didn't do anything to make it right. I still has to pay for the night. I took pictures as well. They said they were under renovation bit this was beyond disgust and filth. I was so dissappinted.
in the middle of everything literally no need for car, universal is right in the corner, prime outlet is just right across the highway, lots of restaurant and convenience stores near the area.
broken faucet, running water all night broker extractor, after a hot shower the room gets humid lets not start with after a dropping one... no wifi in room, only wifi in TWO selected areas
It was very close, not as noisy as one would think, had a fridge and microwave.
The air conditioner turned off every once in a while and then back on, I like my rooms cold. Not with varying temperatures. The bathroom had a little moms and I found a cockroach. I'll spend a little more next time. It is very close to Universal and restaurants and Intl Drive.
location is currently a construction site, what wasn't under construction was run down and needed replacing. Wifi was non existent, and don't get a room near the highway as the noise from cars was loud
Good location good pricing accommodations were good
The weekend we were the trees were being cut so it ruined the mornings
Location was super close to City Walk as advertised. Bathroom was clean and acceptable. Front desk services was good and did the best they can with what is available.
Hotel is beat up and worn down. Looks like 40 years old. It is under construction and the common areas looked terrible (maybe next year will look like the photos advertised). The room looked old and the bed was too hard. The Ice Maker was outdoors and the ice exposed, who knows what is growing there, I did not dare take ice from that thing.
Liked everything about from the people to the service.
It was off of the main tourist highway, so it was peaceful.
The bathroom ceiling and tub had mold and everything I plugged into the outlets would fall because they were loose. You could at least get a microwave for the price. Lots of cats and raccoons.
There were cockroaches, the tub and sink had rust on them
Walking distance to Orlando
A little scary
Location to Universal Studios, across the street!
Everything else. Bathroom was old and disgusting. Lobby was terribly decorated, ugly, bathroom not clean, staff unfriendly, wireless internet only available in lobby.
I liked being so close to food and the park so that we could walk places. The cleaning crew did a great job. That's about it.
The "free wifi" was terrible, our room keys quit working 3 times, our door barely shut but when it did it left a huge gap so bugs had ample opportunity to raid our room, the staff was very slow and not friendly, it was pretty dirty and sketchy outside so we were pretty terrified most of the trip, most of the building was closed down, the parking was awful, we would go out to eat and stay at the store for hours so we wouldn't have to be near the drunk construction workers that hit on the girls with us. It was just an awful hotel experience.
It was very close to Universal Studios The front desk clerk was very friendly
There was nothing nice or clean about this place..save up a few more dollars and stay at the double tree next door
the location was excellent....and staff was good...also doing renovations ....i'd say its about time...
room was of poor quality....i asked for a bottom floor cause of knee troubles and was giving a 2nd floor room...wall paper coming off..carpet was sticky feeling..light bulbs out...ad said free wifi...i was told if i wanted wifi i had to come to office or go sit by pool...really??
The first room we stayed in had bugs crawling around in different areas of the room. Exposed electric sockets. The ceiling paint was dropping off onto the bed. The sink and bath was cracked. The second room looked better at first but then discovered bugs all over the room. Really was a bad hotel
staff was rude, roaches bad, ants bad. told staff, would not do anything about it. manager would not even talk to me. water standing in tub, toilet running constantly. will not stay there again.
bath in poor shape but the rest of the hotel is being renovated
