Days Inn Phoenix Airport    

There is nothing we liked about this place--other than proximity to airport //the staff were unfriendly--wouldn't look at us and were non conversant--see complaints

We stayed in room 106--it was filthy with a dirty bathtub--no fresh soap or other usual amenities--the sheets on the bed were unclean//even worse the bed was bug infested--I awoke with numerous itchy bites from crawling bugs//anyone who stays here is crazy

Staff was not friendly. Did not serve breakfast till late. Could do much better at Econolodge down the street.

People at the front desk were rude. They wanted to cancel my reservations but if wasn't so tired I would left . They even charge more then the Internet price me. Bad customer service especially when people are tired from work then waiting for delays at the air port .. I wouldn't stay there again with the experience I got!!!!!

The location close to the airport and the beds are comfortable. The shuttle service is good.

The location is a bit grubby. Wifi is only in the reception hall. Breakfast is very minimalistic. The photo with the pool must have been photoshopped as the photo shows a straight pool border and in reality it is very small and all rounded.

Price and transport to the airport. The room had been refurbished and a fridge and microwave installed. Staff very friendly and understand the needs of travellers catching flights at the airport.

The air con was very loud when the compressor cut in. Had to switch it off during the night to get to sleep.

From the pickup at the airport on, everyone was very helpful in helping us find our way around Phoenix. We had a full day to wait for family to pick us up so, the staff at the hotel even kept our bags for us so we could site-see, after checking out. The bed was comfortable.

It was cheap. Facilities were decent. It is close to the airport, easy to get to and easy parking. They had an iron.

Woke up to find ourselves covered in bed bugs. You could literally see them all over the sheet and comforter. I have over 40 bites from ONE night!!! Hopefully our luggage isn't infested... Shower and walls were dirty. Door handles and walls above the garbage were especially filthy.

We liked being able to park and fly. The shuttle service was convenient and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

It was a little difficult to regulate the room temperature; the AC blew up under the curtains.

The bed was very comfy.

No food was really available. The wait for the delivery was almost 2 hours, so I had to walk down to the Circle K for a very bad sandwich

Surroundings - strip club across street, many properties in disrepair and abandoned.

Had Plenty of room. Was a good place to lay your head and get some sleep. Room did have a safe to protect valuables.

The bathroom door wasn't very secure "the metal plate for the latch was missing", and water didn't drain very well in the sink and bath, so while taking a shower, I pretended I was in a submarine that had been hit.

Pickup service at the terminal was prompt. Desk clerk was friendly and attentive. I was very impressed with my single room with king size bed! The room was very clean, spacious, wellappointed and only like $63 including tax! Such a deal! :-))

Location

No lock on first floor bathroom window. Dirty carpet - something spilled/vomited and was only scraped up, not cleaned. Poor quality facilities and decor - looks and feels seedy. Clock not set properly (a week after the time change) so I was ready for a 4:00 am shuttle at 3:00 am - I was not a happy camper!

Staff was a bit rude. Neighbourhood was shady. Not recommended if you can find somewhere downtown for a similar price

Desk staff was very competent and helpful.

Dirty, especially bathroom. Bad smell from cleaning solution. No screens on windows. Lumpy uncomfortable beds. Only pop machine was broken

Didn't stay, looked like a bad area of town at night, my son didn't want to stay. The name is misleading, one might think its close to the airport but it isn'T.

The breakfast was very mininal..there should be more offered..for toast..only margarine ..not even jam or honey..and bread low quality..everything very minimal..need warmer bedding on bed..perhaps get new blankets..toilet not working properly...and remote buttons did not all work for tv..ex sleep button did not work..and should advertize that pool is not heated at all..and the picture on the net of the pool does not match..maybe he put in a new pool?..fix the broken table at the pool..buy a new one..lol..
