Score from 75 reviews Wonderful
Location & shuttle service was very good
Noisy AC. Old TV and furnishings. Dirty shower curtain.
Moldy shower curtain, no refrigerator, no microwave. Have to pay jewelry vault even if we didn't use it. Beddings don't smell fresh especially the pillows.
Room was a disgrace. Bed frame falling apart. Sheets looked like they needed to be discarded. Pillows lumpy. Wall paper taped up in places. Bathtub rusty.bathroom door falling apart on bottom edge.generally dirty room. Toilet leaked on floor
Unfriendly staff, including shuttle driver, and no coffee after poor breakfast that ended at 9:00 a.m. Poor location, as no other restaurants or stores nearby and not a very good neighborhood for walking.
Close to airport and free shuttle service.
The bathroom badly needed cleaning and updating. The shower curtain had some mold on it and the sink drained slowly and the plug was broken. Also, the breakfast was very minimal...cereals, toast, 2 juices, apples and coffee.
The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly.
Bathroom not very clean. Dirty tub and did not drain at all. Mildew and scrungy
A bed and free continental
Paid for 'meal plan' with our room, but the continental breakfast was free to all guest, so was ripped off. The beds were horrible, I kept sinking into an area on the bed that was worn down. The shuttle driver looked like he never changed his clothes the whole week we were there and he dropped our backpack with our laptop in it out of the back of the van. We are staying somewhere else next time. It will be worth the cost.
The rooms were kept clean.
The bugs and mold
Nothing it smells and moldy, breakfast is ok and muffins with two tables
It seems the area immediately surrounding the airport is not very safe. Being an airport hotel, it would be good if they had a little more security
The room was very comfortable
The Days Inn company should really upgrade this facility. The bathroom door wouldn't even close completely, you had to drag it to close it. The non-smoking rooms are apparently too close to smoking because you can smell it every time someone smokes. The AC blows up the curtain and not into the room. Just a very run down place that could use some TLC. We only stayed there 7 hours so it provided us with what we needed for a cheaper price. The staff was always wonderful!
The shuttle driver was very pleasant and chatty! Front desk gentlemen were also very nice.
Shuttle to airport
Not having suitable restaurant nearby.
The lady in reception was very pleasant and helpful when checking in to the airline for the flight. The shuttle driver was very friendly and a good driver.
This is a good hotel for one night with free wifi if you plan to get a good nights sleep. Free shuttle from the airport was the deal reader for me, this service was efficient, the driver polite and very nice. I will stay again
Management and staff are friendly Great shuttle driver and helpful
Mold on the shower curtain. the sign said new rooms. no sign of any new rooms. Top Blanket had several holes in it. Just not a place I would send anyone.
Everything was dirty from the door to the bathroom. There was a condom package open on the floor. The worst night I have ever had!
The facilities were very old and worn out. We had a small tube television with a green picture that then turned red and then quit working the next morning. The carpet was very dingy and worn out and there were tiles cracking and coming off the wall. I also had one outlet in our room not screwed to the wall and another that looked to have had fire damage from a short.
The staff was very friendly and helped with any questions.
Door lock was loose TV outdated AC loud Iron burn on carpet
We had to wait about 20 minutes to be picked up in a van that was honestly filthy. The staff was nice. The room was decent for the price, but the location seemed almost dangerous. In the middle of the night we were woken up for an hour by people in the parking lot yelling and swearing. They seemed to be joking around with each other, but they were very loud and rude. It was scary for my daughter and we both had a hard time sleeping during and after the incident. When I told people in Arizona where we had stayed they said, "Never stay there." I wouldn't ever do it again.
I chose it off the internet for the price and the free airport shuttle
There were some hair on the bed and the pillows, one of former customers had probably purred coffee powder in the water tank of the coffee machine and nobody fixed that, bathtub was clogged, tv was too small and old.
location, free airport shuttle
able to leave car and use shutle
The room was rather small and dingy and one of the pillows was dirty. The neighborhood wasn't the best, either.
The price was very reasonable, especially for a hotel so close to the airport.
strip club across the street busy rundown area dirty pillowcase. holes in bedspread safe that didn't work
people were friendly and seemed to be trying hard to make things nice breakfast was reasonable
It's just an older hotel. It didn't seem real clean although it looked clean. People outside were to noisy during the night. It was good for one night. No information on how to connect to wifi.
I liked the price and the continental breakfast. The sheets and pillows were clean. I did feel safe at night.
