Slept like baby in the bed. Liked location. Staff were nice
Wasn't very clean. Poor Wifi. Bathroom door unpainted & stained. Front door in need of repair.
Pleasant staff members
We loved that we could walk to a lot of places! Nice staff even tho some didn't understand English!!
The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The WiFi seemed to go in and out, we were constantly signing in to get the internet!
the helpful staff, breakfast, comfortable rooms
the wifi didn't work for us
The room was clean. The desk clerk was very friendly. Great location.
Very noisy children in room on floor above. We called front desk and it calmed down.
We liked the location it was close to everything there on the parkway! It was quiet!
Great location. Within walking distance to just about everything.
Although the motel is older, it is very clean and has some updates. It is an excellent value for the money. The staff was polite with good maid service. We would stay again for a short get-a-way.
Great location and staff!
I have no complaints.
Staff was Great!!!
Everything else...literally...room was dirty...breakfast was disgusting...
Loved the location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, hot breakfast...
Not much to say there... :)
The hot tub was nice.
They never changed the sheets and could hardly ever find someone at the front desk.
The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was hot and very adequate. It was in a very good location and we would stay there again.
The hotel was older and was showing its age but it was being well maintained.
The bed caused us to have backaches. Unavailability of wi fi. The breadfast was very limited.
great rooms and super sweet staff
the Wi-Fi was awful so I don't suggest taking any work to do on a computer
The lodge was located close to everything we wanted to do.
I liked the fact that it was directly across from The Island.
The bed was not comfortable, and it made too much noise when you moved.
It's in the heart of town walking distance to food and entertainment the staff was very polite and helpful
I don't have any complaints
The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, great location, and the rates were great.
We did NOT like the beds. They were very hard and we couldn't get comfortable. Our backs hurt every morning and took us a little while to get moving around due to the beds. Overall, we did enjoy our stay except for the beds.
The room wasn't that bad for a older room. And we were within walking distance of fun, food and shopping. The hotel is in the right spot.
The room which was a smoking room which none of smoke was the only room available. And the room had a very, very bad smell. We tried spraying the room but even after coming home our luggage and clothing had the room smell. The bathroom was very small and the room had an old TV not a flat screen.
The stay was nice , was the comfiest hotel bed we've ever stayed in.
The wifi was really slow, maybe because it was really busy.
Great location. Walking distance to the Island in Pigeon Forge and many other attractions. Short trolley ride to Gatlinburg. Room was good for the price and staff was very accommodating. Beds were nice. No kitchen provided in my room. Cleaning staff was very friendly.
Water pressure was terrible. Had to run around in the shower to get wet. Internet was very undependable. TV needs to be updated...very poor picture. Cleaning staff, while helpful, had the loudest cleaning carts in history. They sounded like a train moving from room to room and woke us up every morning while cleaning other rooms. The lady in the lobby trying to sell time shares was nice but very annoying. After driving 6 hours, we had to visit her to get our parking pass. 45 minutes later, she finally gave us our pass after we politely told her we were not interested.
Bed sheets were not changed before arriving. The bed covers was pulled up over the sheets that had not been touched. They were still pulled down from last night stay.
Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke although it was a smoke free room and all the ones around us were smoke free. We left the air conditioner on all night just to be able to breathe. It was January.
