definitely did not like having the suite door in the room....a drunk with radio blaring and some private affair kept us awake much of 2 nights.
Location close to Bay Reasonably silent Comfortable bed Light breakfast included Staff was hospitable
Marginal upkeep: Stopper in bathtub did not work Carpet was very dirty
Close to shops, restaurants, and main road.
Carpet was filthy, wore my white socks around the room and they ended up very dirty on the bottom. Had a lousy sleep because the air conditioner and the small refrigerator was very noisy. Kitchen ran out of eggs within the first half hour of breakfast. Coffee was horrible.
Proximity to I 80.
The rooms, 123 &125, were filthy and smelly. Had hoped for non smoking rooms, but didn't get them. Walls and doors were dirty and full of holes, carpet was scary dirty, beds had only a thin sheet and blanket, glad we had extra blankets in the car. Will spend more and stay elsewhere next time.
The variety offered with the complimentary breakfast was great. Waffles, oatmeal (with toppings), fresh fruit, toast, boiled eggs, and morning beverages. I slept very comfortably in the queen sized bed, and enjoyed the free HBO. The bathroom was clean. Staff was very courteous and professional. Microwave & mini-fridge a bonus!
The rooms and the beddings smell of cigaret smoke. They advertise two queen beds but in fact its tween beds. The room is extremely small dark and dirty, completely NOT what it looks like in the pictures. Breakfast extremely poor even for the basic cheep hotels breakfasts. Definitely not worth the 90$ they charge. My advise stay away!!!
it was closer to breakfast thou which was convient since i carry so much from breakfast
Im a regular however this time i was in 221 and it was loud from traffic and office entrance so nextime ill request a different room
rom smell of cigarrets
Location is close to many stores. Easy freeway access to san Francisco and 6 flags.
Room was very warm, hard to sleep. Changed out AC unit, still didn't work. Hard beds. Cramped parking.
Easy to reserve and easy and fast. Checking in
We had gotten a room with the airconditioning not working. We were told that there wasn't anymore rooms available that day. Then we had to extend again for another day maintenance came to check it out it worked for 5 minutes only . After being in the room waiting for another room the woman at the front desk was being very rude and made smart remarks. Finally changed my room at the end of the night.
The bathroom door didn't even close
Air cond was off on hotest days, toik four days to fix
Staff mgr weird
Clean rooms, fantastic breakfast!
Parking is a bit limited, but still ok, I'd stay here again.
The location and free breakfast
There was an ant infestation in the sink area. Rather than offer us a new room, they sent a guy who started spraying while my small children were in the room. I kept washing the kids feet because they were black with what looked like soot. I soon realized that it was coming from the carpet. There was a 'non-smoking' plaque on the door but the room smelled like cigarettes.
Staff was very polite.
All rooms are smoking rooms. There is a detachable no smoking sign on the front of the doors. The room was extremely stuffy. Pillows were flat, blankets were thin and old with holes, whole room is run down and out dated. I don't think they even wash the bed sheets after every use. All of our belongings smelled of cigeratte including suitcases. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
126 has ants
Breakfast was great! There was a waffle maker :d staff was nice and the room was clean and smoke-free smelling. Queen bed was comfortable and bathroom was also clean. Overall a good experience! We stayed there for a night.
Took a bit for us to check-in but there was a problem with the person ahead of us checking in so not the staffs fault.
The free breakfast,enviorment
Staff was courteous and friendly. Room was clean.
No iron and board. Location.
Helpful people and no pressure when I requested changes. Polite and lovely breakfast.
It rained n some stairs to go down had water pouring on them from the roof. Pillows felt too soft.
Great Manager, easy going and always ready to jelp
only 5 TV channels working.
Comfortable beds, convenient and good location. Good price.
This was the longest check-in process I have ever been through. I am not sure what took so very long. After 15 minutes (no exaggeration) of checking in, I was told my room number and given a key. Once I got to the room, it was obvious that the last guest in the room had not yet checked out. I went back and spent more time getting that straightened out. Luckily, the guest whose room I was given was not in there, so I didn't walk in on anything I should not have.
IT was close to where I was doing business.
It was noisy, OK, room smelled like moth balls, very musty, room very small. It was OK, just a room.
Well furnished. There was everything we needed.
Bath Towels were pretty small. Room had too much fragrance. Room next door had the television on all night long and the sound came through clearly.
