Located walking distance to train. Easy ride to downtown.
Breakfast was of a poor quality.
the location was great and the price was good also. the breakfast was better then i expected.
staff was a little slow.
Staff were very helpful and hard working.
We could not avail of the airport shuttle which is the primary reason why we picked this location. When I called around 5:30pm I was told that shuttle service stops at 3pm. I was told to take a taxi but hotel won't reimburse us. We took the MAX to the hotel and the receptionist was kind enough to have their driver picked us at the Delta station. It was already dark when we arrived at the station and a bit scary to walk to the hotel.
The value and location! Clean and had a gym, laundry and minimart in the inn. Service was friendly and helpful!
The bed was a bit too firm and bedding was a bit dated and not so comfy. Pillows were nice, though!
This hotel would have been comparable to a $40 night hote,l not $80. Needs major renovation.
Best, most complete breakfast we have had in years at a motel. Lots of variety. Nutritional and tasty. Food servers were prompt and courteous.
The floor plan is not set up for large groups, which there were both mornings we were there. Very crowded and not set up well.
Authentically personable, and knew the area and gave good directions.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a nice variety. The room was clean.
My room was on the first floor, which I don't like. My window did not have a screen so didn't feel safe with window open. My friends in the next room, their screen was all ripped.
The staff was very accommodating even though we arrived late (in the middle of the night).
The mattress was a bit springy, but it was fine for the price. I'm not sure if it was just that particular weekend, but there were a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot at night and drinking.
Room and the breakfast and the coffee and tea in the evening's
Parking some construction going on once finished may help with parking
Breakfast was good.
Mattress had a bad spring and was uncomfortable.
simple, easy, no surprise.
breakfast area is not very big. kids running around, was quite annoying
I booked this room while we were attending a wedding in portland and didnt want to pay the $200 per night for the downtown hotels. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. Had a room facing the soccer fields so it was quiet at night. Daily breakfast was excellent (even the coffee) and very convenient! Lots of places to eat around incase you miss the 9:30 end time of breakfast. Walmart is right behind the place as well which was good as well always forget something. A 10 min drive into downtown (very easy to get to) or a $20.00 cab ride. Staff were professional and very friendly/helpfull. The place is nothing fancy but if your looking for a cheaper clean place to lay your head this is the place!
the location is good. and the breakfast is also nice,
the sheet looks a little bit not clean and the air conditional makes great noise
What an amazing variety of food! Any questions I had were answered with warmth and respect. I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff.
The beds! Every movement from my daughter, I felt the mattresses seemed very, very old. The pillows, while soft, we're still very unforgiving at the same time so we ended up sleeping without pillows.
Staff was great. Dog friendly with affordable pet fees. Complete breakfast. Right off the freeway.
Bed was super bouncy and kind of hard. Parking lot poorly laid out. Not many places to actually walk the dog. Smokers.
Staff , Continental breakfast
Location hard to find, signage not the best. Parking in front poorly lit.
Location within Portland, but about a half-hour train ride from more popular sites. Good value for the money, a couple of restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Decent breakfast (although the dining area was cramped for our taste). We liked having coffee, tea and cocoa available 24/7. Staff was helpful in answering questions about sites and getting around by public transit (which we advise).
Next time we'll ask to have our room location changed. We were near a side door and guest laundry, and there was a lot of in/out noise and people hanging around, giving that particular room a less-than-ideal air about it.
Location ,breakfast and staff co operation
Air conditioner loud One room no fridge and no microwave
The hotel is a block away from a 40 minute train station to downtown. The service is pretty good, I called to let them know that I'll be coming late and the front desk cheerily let me know that it's fine. The front desk let me have amazon shipment delivered and they also keep track what's delivered and I had to sign off when I want to pick it up from the front desk.
AC is behind the drape, so I had to put something to prevent the drape from falling in front of the blowing AC. Sometimes the AC condensation drips.
the complimentary breakfast which was wonderful - lots of variety & very fresh. public transit is located a short walk from the hotel which is inexpensive and a great way to see the city without having to drive & park. The hotel is close to the freeway. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful with maps etc.
The hotel signage from I-5 was confusing as the hotel street address merged from exit but not the same name as on google maps. Of course not the hotel's fault but it did take a minute or two to find hotel.
The room was clean
The television would change channels arbitrarily and randomly, without my input. The room was clean, but the furnishings were stained and dirty. The bed was old, and worn out.
Good ammenities and can bring breakfast back to room as breakfast area not enough on heavy days.
Conveniently located off the freeway and we could not hear the traffic. They guy who checked us in was very friendly. Lots of choices at breakfast, although the same everyday. Convenience store attached to building.
Bathroom ventilation was horrible, always felt like a sauna. Housekeeping could have been a lot better. Rollaway bed was not made; 2nd day there they didn't show up until 4:30. While I might stay at another Days Inn, overall I would not recommend this one.
This hotel was more than we expected. The value was great for the accommodations-- wifi was amazingly fast, breakfast in the morning, clean room. The location worked well for us even though it's a little outside the city. Although we had a car with us, we were able to take the mass transit into downtown from a stop vey nearby. They are pet friendly too which was a plus!
Parking was a little difficult with large trucks taking up multiple spots
