Location was great, shopping and restaurants right in the area.
Great location, easy to access. Nice breakfast provided
The furniture in the room was uncomfortable (Chair & Bed). Primarily the bed and pillows were in poor condition and did not make for a comfortable nights sleep.
VERY CLEAN GREAT RATES GREAT ALL AROUND
NO COMPLAINTS :)
Reasonable price, breakfast wasn't bad.
Fitness center was a gutted empty room however it was still open using the key card. My sink was clogged and the clock was set 2 hours ahead.
The bathroom layout and the nice sink and countertop. the staff was friendly. I liked the plethora of pillows on the bed.
The water pressure was poor. The paint color in the room was ugly. The bedding was yuck. And the coffee was awful.
Fine hotel overall, especially the staff, all of whom were very helpful.
The address says they're on Woodland Road, but the only entrance to the driveway into their parking lot is around the corner on another street, had no lights to make it visible at night, and the only sign that says "Enter" is tiny and very low to the ground -- not at eye level for drivers. Each of us, arriving in separate cars after dark, drove around for a while just trying to figure out how to get to the hotel.
Most things in general
Traffic noise in the early morning.
Good Value nice and Clean, Good breakfast..
Our room was very close to the highway 422, we are very light sleepers and the traffic kept us up, also toilet in the bathroom was making funny noises, after shutting the door the problem was resolved.
Breakfast is supposed to go until 10am, however, when we got there at 9:45, everything was empty. If something is advertised until 10am, it should be stocked until then. So, basically I paid for a breakfast I didn't get.
Breakfast room, food is good, but room is small
price to high for double beds i paid 184.00 a night thats out of this world. Also told me my bramd new just used credit card was no good. Was not worth it to me amd my friend never again.now im spending my lunch hr. At work to do this. Not happy at all. I travel alot and would think twice about goimg back.
Front desk staff was very friendly. Bed was pretty comfortable.
Breakfast was nothing special. Ended up having toast every morning. Shower was not good...horrible water pressure....Was either Luke warm or burning hot. Room needs LOTS of updates. Had to hunt for plug ins to charge our phones. Carpet was dirty and dingy. Some stains on the walls. The free WiFi that they advertised didn't work majority of the time. Asked the cleaning lady for an extra towel and she was very reluctant to give me one. I don't feel like the amount of money paid for the room was worth it.
Front desk staff when we checked in was wonderful!
We had to park in the back of the hotel they had spaces blocked off in the front for construction equipment The bathrooms were dirty. There was dried pee on the back of the toilet and the toilet ran. The shower did not drain well. The tub and toilet were in a very small space and the sink was outside of the bathroom. The continental hot breakfast was okay. They had egg omelets with what i think was peppers in them and sausage. They also had waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt etc. I prefer the hot breakfast that is offered by Hampton Inns which is by far much better than Days Inn
It's friendly and all the services are satisfactory.
It's a little close to the highway so you hear truck noise in the room. There is no entrance aat the address, so if you're using GPS you will be directed to the parking lot of the business next door.
Incredible that the hotel has no sounding proofing windows as it sits 50 feet from route 222. The wrap around noise of the truck traffic all night long is disconcerting, you felt like you were sleeping in the the middle of the medial strip. Inexprnsive but not a place to sleep over night. I was scheduled to stay three nights. Checked out after first night and went to the A Lincoln hotel in Reading. No noise, clean: slept!
The staff provided great service and the breakfast was very good.
The window screen was badly torn, however, cool weather had set-in so no insect problem was incurred by having the window open. The drain in the sink neither closed completely or opened fully - shaving was different.
Close to our baseball tournament. Plenty of food options.
Room air conditioner was working properly. Room toiletries not replaced.
IT WAS A NICE BREAKFEST AND IT WAS NICE TO HAVE WI-FI
THE ROOM WAS NEVER VACUMED THE ENTIRE STAY, 7 DAYS. SOME NIGHTS WERE NOISY WITH DOORS SLAMMING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH. PILLOWS WERE NOT COMFORTABLE
The bed was super comfy!
The breakfast area was completely packed with people and unruly kids. I gave up and went out to eat.
Lack of concern when leaving and I told the receptionist that TV reception was bad.
Room was not clean
It was a clean comfortable place
The FRONT DESK STAFF...very rude and standoffish
Bed was uncomfortable
The easy location was great.
The room was quite unclean, and had a horrible musty odor, and it was obvious someone had smoked in the room. We had to sleep with the window open and the ac on just to be able to breathe. The carpets did not look like they had been vacuumed - crumbs everywhere. The pictures on the website are a gross misrepresentation of the rooms. Well overpriced for what it is.
Staff was friendly. Price is not too bad, but there are better options in the same area.
Breakfast quality could be improved. My room was not cleaned during my 2 days stay. The room furniture is old, bed not too comfortable.
