Our rollaway bed never arrived until after 10pm when we were already upset and not wanting it.....We had given over a weeks notice that we would like and and reassured even earlier that day of its availability. It would be better to say it's not available than to continue to reassure and not provide.

The room was big and clean. Where do I start? The fridge did not work and they didn't try to fix or replace it. That wouldn't have been so bad because I had a cooler with me. But the ice machine didn't work either! I actually had to go out and buy ice! The heater worked for about 5 minutes and then went cold! I won't be staying there again!

I chose the Red Bluff Days Inn because of convenance to my travels. I think the staff and owners were very friendly. They are doing a good job keeping the Inn going, wirh what seems like a difficult situation & location. The build seemed a little tired.

If it is a decision between sleeping in your car or staying at this hotel, you should probably just sleep in your car. Bugs everywhere! Bathroom had a tub full of fleas. Bugs in both beds. Stains on the carpets, walls, ceilings and sheets. Toilet would not stop running. Electrical outlets didn't work. The place was your average dump.

When a swiming pool is advertise it should have swimable water temperatures.

The Price. The desk personnel were very nice and helpful The mold in the shower. The shower to tub knob did not work. No hot water on my last day.

Cheap price; Easy freeway on and off; Able to smoke in room Air conditioner did not work well and it was 106 degrees outside. We suffered all night. The clerk told us we just had to "fiddle" with the controls to make it work, but made no offer to correct the problem

The location, jsut off I-5. The water for shower was barely warm, and a lot of flies in the breakfast or lobby area. We had booked a room with 2 double/queen beds, but was given a King. That's not what we wanted.
