The hotel is close to everything. It was very clean and comfortable. We stayed at different hotel in the area paid more and this was by far much better. The night staff was wonderful.
The morning staff wasn't too friendly, the comfort and needs of the customers were not a priority. She didn't have anything to say to us upon or departure. No thank you come again or anything.
Totally surprised with the entire stay. Have stayed at the Best Western a block away several times, which has a higher score, but found this motel to be far better. Breakfast room and choices was far superior!
I like the location of the place. It was centrally located downtown close to where the event was taking place.
I don't blame the hotel, but our room was next to some rude people. In the wee hours of the morning someone was banging on the wall so hard our headboard was shaking. This happen twice. When I called it to the attention of the desk attendance all she could say, "I'm sorry your experienced this". I don't know what I was expecting, but it was more than this. We saw what looked like transients sitting on the sidewalks. That should've gave me a clue to the caliber of people we were dealing with. We traveled all over the world and this was my worst experience and again, I don't blame the hotel.
The pillows were awful
We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the Sacramento Airport and shuttle service to the airport. We had a very early flight, so needed the shuttle at 3:30 am. The shuttle was very prompt and we were only about 10 minutes from the airport. The hotel was very comfortable with a nice size refrigerator.
Location was great - close to downtown. The room was nicely decorated and clean. Front desk staff was excellent.
Breakfast was a little disappointing - the juice was merely water. Slow wi-fi. The toilet paper was so thin that it refused to tear on the perforated lines and shredded, every single time.
Bathroom was dirty
Everything but the breakfast could use some work
renovated rooms, spacious rooms, good wifi
beggars around hotels
tv didnt work properly, breakfast ended too early, air conditioner didnt work properly
The room was beautiful, the bed so comfortable. Everything worked fine. The office staff was very pleasant and helpful, providing directions and advice. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly.
The breakfast area was not well stocked. I had to go through cupboards looking for a plate. The waffle supplies had been put away, the syrup dispenser didn't work well. The breakfast area and supplies seemed neglected.
clean and comfortable
dark spot on one of the top sheets and my friend felt they may not have been clean. Since it was almost midnight by the time we returned from our meeting at the Sleep Arena she was too tired to try and get it changed.
Very newly upgraded, lots of plugs and USB ports, great furnishings, very comfortable easy chair, ottoman, and bed. Breakfast better than usual for a continental, and included fruit, waffles, and little frozen omelets as well as juice and yogurt. Quiet room. Pool clean, but didn't use it.
A bit far to walk to Old Town Sacramento. Few restaurants close by. Not much to complain about.
Very clean, modern room and bathroom, Jag at front desk was very helpful! Waffles, yogurt, cereal, juice for breakfast.
Close to the highway and very noisy
Bed very comfortable, and room well equipped. Nice and clean too. Price extremely reasonable.
VERY helpful staff. Convenient location.
Narrow parking spaces. Air conditioner was a little noisy.
The location was perfect for the concert, walking distance.
The breakfast time could have went till 10:00 instead of 9:00.
The people above us were really were walking around loudly off & on all night.
was very easy to find..clean roms with lots of useful information about area
Everything was better than expected. It was lovely, and I enjoyed my stay there.
It was a comfortable stay. Close to freeway.
Smelled cigarette smoke out in the hall
Newly renovated, super friendly, conveniently located if you travel by car, this is easily the best Day's Inn I have stayed so far. Most rooms are surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the freeway.
The only disadvantage is that you probably will want to rely on your car to go downtown.
Love Days Inn. Friendly staff & great comfort at a great price.
