Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. I don't know what all the complaining is about. If you want luxury, pay for it somewhere else. If you want a cheaper rate, you get what you pay for.
Room set up was weird. Enter into the room and you are in the bathroom area. The bedroom is on the other side of a wall. Bathroom grout could really use a good steam cleaning. Wash the comforters.
When we checked in at 5:30 pm there was a note on the counter that someone would be back in 5 minutes, when she came down the stairs she was chewing her food and had a spill on her shirt. Quite messy. I felt that it should have been better thought of, and I was slightly offended.
Beds were decent. Location was good by freeway and restaurants.
Bathroom floor was terribly dirty--hadn't been swept for prob a week and scrubbed for prob a year. "Breakfast" was choice of toast, waffles or yogurt--that's it! We went to breakfast twice but the lights were out and no one was there except 2 ladies drinking coffee, both times! I can see why. Bathtub was original to the property (circa 1970s or early 1980s prob) and needs replacing, but functioned just fine.
Room was to small.
- Location - Quiet room - Able to cancel my third night without penalty. - Weather was perfect.
- TV was had a fuzzy picture, even on non-local stations - Pool had too much chlorine - Breakfast layout was not efficient. Guests kept getting in each others' way even for simple tasks like getting a napkin or a fork. - Not enough room in the breakfast area. Many guests stood during breakfast. - Booked for 4 guests, had bath towels for 3. Front desk was out of towels and had to bring them up later (both days). - Nowhere to hang wet towels... Not enough towel racks or hooks. - Bathtub didn't drain well - A few small, low cost changes in the kitchen layout and bathroom amenities, and this could be a more comfortable hotel.
the location is great, our king sized bed was very comfortable.
Although this is owned by the same people who own the nightmare Rodeway Inn it is a much better hotel. The problem is that you can tell the owners inherited a hotel that was very well taken care of and have chosen not to invest in maintaining or upgrading the property. The walls were paper thin, the television from 1993 only worked once in a while, they have information about the breakfast,tv channels etc. In the room that is not accurate. I'll stick with Fairfield Inn or Best Western Abby Inn from now on.

Great rates. Easy to book. Good location.
Uncomfortable beds. The clerk had a computer glitch while we were trying to check in very late at night after driving 8 hours so it took awhile to get checked in.
Desk clerk was friendly, property was well maintained, room was clean. For a place to sleep and shower this motel served me well.
Bed had a sprung spring. Motels in this city seem a little high priced.
I liked the location.
The complimentary breakfast was offered little choice. It was below standard compared to other motels I have stayed in. The facilities seemed to be out dated.
good location, right off I 15. price was OK.
*very noisy room with the air conditioner, the walls were like cardboard. I could not sleep well. *The breakfast had no half & half for coffee (artificial stuff), eggs that were like rubber in part, Styrofoam in another, *staff did not speak English
Room was quite OK but the place needs some serious maintenance
The dead palm trees in the courtyard. Limited breakfast range. Bathroom fittings and finish old and tired. Incredibly noisy bathroom fan.
We were very comfortable and thought it was such a good place for such a good price.
Friendly & competant staff Close proximity to I15, fast food outlets and Red Cliffs shopping mall Pool & jacuzi
The breakfast was good much better than the Super 8 in Hurricane and the gost was $50 less. It had yogurt and apples plus all of the average things like waffles etc.
There was a note they use the sheets more than once!? but I do understand they are have a drought in Saint George right now. It still freeks me out?
Location. Helpful staff.
Breakfast could have had some protein. Like sausage. It had frozen egg.
Staff was helpful and courteous.
The TV was old and the picture on some channels was very poor.
Has been fixed up since last year. Made it much nicer. I appreciate being close to the airport when on a quick trip. The shuttle is so convenient and the driver was very helpful and nice.
Though it is a No Smoking facility the place reeked of stale cigarette smoke. We had 2 "identical" rooms but one was much nicer than the other. The staff did not seem very professional.
Had everything we needed: wi-fi, free breakfast, fridge, microwave, jacuzzi, pool, laundry facilities. Staff was helpful when asked.
Bed was a little uncomfortable; some noise at night w/ window open (Rm #351)
good bed, comfortable sleep
older facility, dated decor, but I was just there for overnight, not needing "the best" overall was fine for my needs
Everything was acceptable and close to things
Hot tub & pool
The elevator door not working all the time
