There was a lot of movement outside my room from about 9 p.m till past 6:30 a.m. My husband worked night shift so that night I didn't get any sleep because I didn't feel safe not to mention that the people upstairs were part of the movement outside my room so they kept going in and out and it seemed like they were stompping on the floor. Never again will I stay there.
The outside grounds were very dirty and full of garbage. The stairwell had an open can of Ravioli, which most of was all over the stairs. The room was not very clean at all.
Front Desk workers were outstanding. Very helpful, pleasant, and very professional.
The staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful!
The door to the room was not sealed. You could see light around the door. The seal at the bottom was gone which left a big gap to the outdoors. Good thing it is spring.
Couldn't get WiFi to work. Didn't eat breakfast, so can't rate the food.
Staff was friendly. Room was clean & comfortable
The linens and towels were very stained - we were apprehensive of using them. Had booked expecting to use the gym before hitting the road again, but found upon checking in it was closed.
The staff were friendly and knowledgable. Good location for travelers.
Our TV did not work at all and when we called she told us to jiggle the wires. Still didn't work. The rubber stop on the bottom of the door fell off. The door latches did not feel that safe.
Location was good and the staff was friendly.
Pool and hot tub were green and cloudy. Afraid to swim in it.
I turned the heater on once I got there and I am not sure it ever heated the room. Didn't sleep at all the short amount of time I was there because I was so cold. I never asked for a diff room because I really didn't have time. I was there a total of 5 hours and needed to get some work done then tried to sleep about 3.5 hours before I needed to get up and get read .
Quick easy check in.
I had to run the heater the whole time. You could see outside the room at the bottom and side of door. I put a towel down on the floor to block cold from coming in at bottom of door but could do nothing about the side. I'm pretty sure it got down to about 10 degrees at night in kansas.
Staff was very friendly. Accomodations were good for the price. Clean and warm on a bitterly cold night.
Inconvenient outlets for recharging electronic devices.
Outdoor access to rooms very convenient for dog owners. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff. Nice, clean rooms!
Deceptive advertising. All we wanted after driving from Denver to Salina (on our way to Texas) was a hot tub. The advertised pool was across the parking lot in another hotel. It was cold, dirty, and the excess chlorine burned our eyes so much that we could not stay in the water for longer than two minutes.
Convenient location, friendly staff.
The room was clean and breakfast was good.
The door was jammed up, hard to open. The next morning when we left the staff said they would get it fixed.
good relatively clean room at an extremely reasonable rate ($60). Also the Mexican restaurant across the parking lot was awesome. Beds were clean and comfortable.
the young men on upper balcony sitting out in their lawn chairs smoking....im sure they were just there for their job since they all wore yellow safety vest but it gave the illusion of trouble makers.
beds and pillows were wonderful
The stated "indoor pool" is actually in the hotel next door. The water in the pool was frigid.
The hotel has a good location right off the highway and next to two great restaurants.
parking for truck and trailer
Desk staff not attentive, ie poor eye contact. Bathroom had mold. Room appearance was worn looking, one sheet had a stain. Ice machine put out portioned amount.
Continental breakfast was marginal and I found two flies in my first cup of coffee. Needs to be more closely supervised for all patrons.
Room was equal to other motels we have stayed in.except there was some stale smoke oders in he room.
Microwave and refrigerator in each room. Mattresses looked clean and had covers on.
large room, clean, very nice staff, excellent location.
The room was clean in appearance but the smell of cigarettes was a high turnoff. There was a notice of smoke free rooms but cigarette butts were every where. We were disappointed. Trash overflowing in the outdoor receptacles. Probably won't be back.
The staff very friendly and helpfull. The beds were very comfortable if you like a firm mattress.
We were upset after enjoying the Mexican restuarant so much which is next to your property to get home and they billed twice for the meal ???????? We then have to dispute it to get anything done. Oh my
Easy access and very helpful staff. We plan to stay again when traveling thru to family in Denver.
