Location to the airport Security lock on the door was broken. Room was dirty. There were tags from a garment on the floor and the rug was filthy. The shower curtain had mold on it.

Was clean, bed was great and location was great for us. No elevator and we were on 2nd floor. Pool area need a lot of work.

Location When I checked in the front desk person gave me a hard time bout showing him a credit card. I already booked the room online and gve my credit card info online so why did I have to show him a credit card. It was very late and I was tired. Then I get to the room and the key doesnt work so I have to go back down and get a new key.

It is located 5 minutes from the San Antonio Airport, And gives residents a free shuttle to the airport. A very important advantage especially for those of lus who have very little time in The San Antonio area and do not know our way around the area easily. Secondly, the staff was very friendly and easy to get along with and did everything in their power to keep us comfortable and rested. It is obviously a very hard used facility and needs some cosmetic and general maintenance work of somewhat extensive needs. The towel rack in room 118 was broken and not fixed. A lamp light was broken and not fixed till asked. There is tattering on the window coverings etc. but It is a GReat location and needs some good attention to remain the very good facility it can be.

Sucio, no le Gustó nada haberme quedado ahí. El desayuno continental muy austero! La recámara sucia las alfombras sucias y viejas al igual que el cobertor !!! La verdad no me vuelvo a quedar ahí
