people yelling, music blasting in the middle of the night and the room had roaches
Clean and well maintained
Parking and access to second floor
Room smelled like wet anal had stayed in the room and was not cleaned
The location was excellent and the room was great..
Breakfast was good and there was a variety.
Didn't like the tiny bugs (baby ants??? not sure) that were crawling on the walls, nightstand, bathroom counter. Didn't want to leave my comb or toothbush in the bathroom.
Good Price, location and comfort!
I didn't find anything I didn't like.
Was not the rite price for that room
Dog barking right next. Door in the morning, obviously left alone.
Musty, smoky smell in room. Outdated look. Proprietor nice but very unkempt. Too far off I 95.
Meeting new pepole
I liked the staff and how easy going it was.
The small pool
This hotel is sufficient for the price. The front desk gentleman wasn't very friendly but did the job he was there to do. The breakfast was mediocre but free so I can't complain too much. The pool was small but comfortable. The rooms were clean but smelled like smoke. Overall it was what we paid for.
Good breakfast.. Nice area..
Swimming pool was tiny..
Problem after problem! Leak in ceiling so I changed rooms. Remote for TV didn't work after three different remotes they sent someone to reprogram it. Door to room got stuck in slide lock and had to be pried open to get in. Room key stopped working so had to get key reactivated. All of these issues took a trip to the office each time to correct. No apologies or reduced rates to compensate for inconveniences.
AT THE FRONT DESK CARL WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND VERY POLITE ONE OF THE CLEANING FEMALES WAS VERY POLITE. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN
THE FRONT PERSON WHO WAS TRAINING CARL CAME OUT FROM THE BACK EATING NACHO CHIPS WITH HIS MOUTH OPENED SMACKING LOUDLY. THE FIRST DAY WE WENT TO BREAKFAST THERE WAS ONLY ONE STAFF MEMBER IN THE OFFICE RUNNING BOTH THE OFFICE AND THE BREAKFAST AREA AND THE ICE MACHINE LOOK TO BE MOLDED
Pool too small. Cleanliness ok but nothing to brag about
Hot breakfast was included in your price.
Comforters on bed was not clean.
They gave us 3 different rooms all dirty.. sheets, lamp covers w. holes and stains of rust, fluid and blood. Bathroom moldy, rusty, n not enough towels. The pool my 2 door coupe would fill it up, it was green w. algae... just unkept. Worst stay ever!!!
The price, of course, for a last minute booking, was reasonable, and some of the staff were helpful and knowledgeable...
Well, my boyfriend got to the hotel before me, and we had used my card to book- not to pay. A member of the staff charged my card and his card. One of the other front service staff knew what he was talking about, but apparently the manager told the staff member who double charged us to always charge the card on file. We didn't ask for a prepay, the card was only there in case of a cancellation and to hold our room. After we had everything straightened out (the money still has not come back to my card), we went to our room. The walls were dingy, and the "suite" we were in was located right next to the pool and parking lot where we could hear everyone talking till odd hours of the night! The bathroom had one tiny bar of soap and one tiny shampoo bottle...now I know this isn't the Hilton, but could you spare it? The room was outdated, and the airconditioning system (which wasn't that old) rattled on and off all night long, keeping both of us up majority of the night. Needless to say, we will not be returning, unless it is to get my money back.
price was good but an example of you get what you pay for!
beds were worn out and uncomfortable. people outside all evening fussing drinking and being rowdy! place was like a bad side of town and the manager tried to control it but there was lots of people on the outside!
Good price for what you get
Manager didn't have our booking from booking.com and acted irritated. Asked all of our information while other people were in line to check in behind us. We told him the price we were quoted, which others overheard and the lady checking in behind us was told very sternly (as we were leaving check-in), a very much higher price for the standard room. Not friendly at all. The room had no information on hotel amenities, no info about the TV, the coffee maker did not work, (which we only found out the next morning), no information about the surrounding area. It says it's located less than 5 miles from downtown but if you map it from your phone (at the hotel) it shows 11 miles and takes 23 minutes. It is close but with all the traffic lights, it is easier to take the long route.
the staff the location the hosipatity room the field were you can play kick ball
the pool it was to small when you look at it on the website it appear larger. Could not hold twenty people at one time. the room, they were renovating the rooms some rooms had nice tv, Could not use the hosipatity room for one night due to another engagement at the hotel. Breakfast food was very low no girt refill.
Too busy. Lots of people outside walking around like at a resort. Felt uneasy about safety and security.
I've stayed here several times. The staff was very nice. They were quick to correct problems once notified. ie.. the microwave did not work and shocked my daughter when she tried to plug it in.
Rooms charged the same but differ greatly. You may get a room with a flat screen t.v. and then same room type with an old box t.v. where everything looks green. The pool is very, very small. Seems to be a spot for out of town labor workers to stay that sit outside of their rooms drinking beer which as a single mother made me uncomfortable. First time we stayed the room was very clean. Second time there was a funny smell and a hole in the wall near the air conditioning unit. Also cigarette burn holes in the comforter.
