Score from 179 reviews Very good
That was the last place I used my credit card. It was also the only place I used my credit card while down there in WA. Two days later there were 4 charges put on it after I had returned to AK. That is totally not kool. I'm so glad I didn't use my debit card. That would have been horrible. I think you should check your employees. The girl who checked me in was so sweet I would hate to think it was her but I do not know who else had access. Not going to use them again. Not worth it.
Had kitchenette all around great place to stay.
Only one front entrance
Had everything promised and it all worked.
No hot water in a washing sink
the staff were pleasant and the location was good with easy access to the airport. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Love the location. Very close to the airport. Free shuttle to the airport.
Very basic amenities. The hotel is a little run down in general.
Accessability Parking Price Comfort Location
Normal hotel rabbit warren to get to your room.
Family kids in room above thumped across the floor from dawn till after 10pm every night. Complained to the front desk and it stopped by 10 each night. Bathroom had a whirlpool tub (nice bathroom), but there was a window to the bedroom that was not curtained, so every night the bath light would wake one of us when the other one used the bath. One small vial of shampoo for two adults.
We got to the hotel in the morning and did not have to wait until 2 PM for a room. We had to wait a few hours but was able to get to the room around noon. The clerk was very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom floor and the rug was so dirty that our socks and bare feet were dirty and sticky after a short time.
The shuttle from the airport and shuttle to the train were both free. The check-in was easy. We got there early and our room wasn't ready yet, our issue, not the hotels, and they stored our luggage so we could go shopping until our check- in time. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay in this hotel again when going on at cruise to Alaska.
There was not a down side to staying in this hotel.
Location to airport was good.
Rude girl at front desk when we arrived. Tried 3 times to get the shuttle but ended up having to take a cab. Girl didn't care, said she was too busy to answer the phone...
Close to airport Large room
Was a bit dated
good airport service
Keys did not work for anyone. we had to stay in our room. Clerk at front desk was trying to address, but no manager assisted. In addition, homeless person was hanging out on the property.
Van driver and friends talking loudly until after 2 AM under my window.
Location & 24 hr. Shuttle.
Smokey smell and seemed kinda low class.
Near to the airport
The reception was not friendly, The road was in construction, poor environment near to the hotel
Hotel is affordable and offers great access to the airport and the nearby rail station into town. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
It's not the fanciest place in town and is a little (maybe a lot?) outdated, but it's clean and comfortable.
Friendly and efficient front desk staff
Facilities were in poor condition. Room desparately needed refurbishing and upgrading.
courteous staff. parking ok. location good.
refrigerator not cold. cannot keep food @ 40 degrees F
The room had a bathtub! That made me so happy at the end of a cross-country flight. Everything was very clean and comfy. It's only a block or two from 7-11, Denny's, and another diner. (Eat at Denny's - it's better.) I will always stay here after traveling.
The breakfast could have been a bit better. The van was kind of slow to arrive at the airport pickup place.
It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I liked the separate sitting room and bedroom.
The hotel was extremely outdated and worn.
Staffs are friendly enough. Location is good
Large Gap around door when closed that let's light in. Very noisy hallway. Sheets are old and smell.
checked in past 11pm and the front desk was still super friendly. Got upgraded to the king bedroom suite because was told by the front desk that they need to keep the double queen rooms free for the night for some cruise ship customers. Asked for a quiet room and they were able to accommodate my request....Winning!!
Outdated carpets, couch and room decor. Breakfast area was too small only had about 5 or 6 tables. Had to eat standing up or had to bring it to your room. Would like to see breakfast selection expanded to include eggs in addition to the existing toast, jam, waffles, OJ, fruits and muffin and tea/coffee. For some reason, their WIFI was terribly slow past midnight on the night we stayed over but it was superfast the next morning.
We liked the location. The front dest receptionist was knowledgeable. The Shuttle bus driver was amazing! While we were there we watched him drive the shuttle bus, stock and clean the complimentary breakfast and help cruise travelers store their luggage.
The breakfast was very minimal compared to a comparable motel just down the street we had stayed in one week before. By 8:15 there wasn't much left, but we figured out that that was because the shuttle bus driver who had to leave every 30 minutes to take people to the airport, or other close destinations was the only one stocking the breakfast. Which equates to about 15-20 minutes an hour to stock and clean up the breakfast area. During this time we watched 2 receptionists help the same customer. For the same $ we had a much better breakfast down the street and a pool.
