Close proximity to where I needed to be. Excellent value. A little noisy to open the window for fresh air, although we were on the second floor corner room on the roadside, so that was expected.

They switched our room immediately due to smoker smell in the room Wafles were good for breakfast One bed was broken, not setting on the frame, initial room smelled strongly of smoke and we were on a non moking floor Coffee for breakfast was bad tasting and food displayed and offered was fair/ besides making your own waffle

Location The room and lobby had a horrible smell of smoke and dirt. My room was non-smoking but clearly at one time it was not, the smoking scent was strong. The drapery rod was broken not allowing the torn/shabby drapes to open as well.

Room comfortable and clean, attractive for the price. Wi-fi easy to use and worked well Extremely noisy, walls are thin. Also traffic noise and late night noise from strip club across the street. Coffee so weak was almost undrinkable.

Right across the street from a porn shop and half a block from massage parlor. I wouldn't want to stay there again nor will I recommend it to friends or family.

Quiet comfortable bed and pillows Garbage can in eating area disgusting at night when I went to get a cup of tea. Generally untidy entry and front desk. Carpets newish, but hold the white lint making it look unclean.

The acoustics are not very good in that I was awakened by the people above me showering at very late hours & they sounded like a herd of elephants in the early (6A.M.) morning hours. Consequently I did not rest too well & felt fatigued during the afternoons at my conference sessions.

Good value and comfortable room. Breakfast is convenient and ok. Staff were helpful including recommending a good Mexican restaurant on the other side of the kfc. Road noise from the #99 wasn't too noticeable Couldn't open curtains without stairing into someone's apartment. However the other side of the building is the parking lot and the exhaust fumes from kfc next door.
