Bedroom was clean and comfortable
Wi-Fi password was not working at all. The cleaning in the morning was noisy and you can hear people talking in the hall way.
The free breakfast.
The Wifi was poor.
It's on Aurora (Highway 99) which has excellent express bus service to Seattle Centre and Downtown. Enough parking that felt secure enough. Close to two Starbucks & CostCo. There's an elevator. The continental breakfast was fine and nice to have. It's close to the I-5 and Northgate Mall.
It's fairly far from Downtown. There are some undesirable businesses in the area.
The staff was wonderful and I would recommend it to everyone.
Since I was only staying long enough for a night's sleep and a shower, I didn't want to pay a lot of money. Seattle's prices for hotels are very expensive. I was very pleased with this hotel. It was very clean, quite and pleasurable. They have coffee makers in the rooms as well as a nice continental breakfast in the lobby.
Nothing wrong with it. Very convenient for Rapid Ride public transport - faster than car & cheap. Functional place to stay if your relatives don't have a spare room.
Location - busy road with nothing of interest within walking distance except the 'adult' venue... and a KFC.
When we checked in, there was a note on the counter informing guests that road construction was going on between 9pm-5am. It was very noisy and it would have been nice to know this before we booked our room. Also, right across the street from adult bookstore/massage.
Good location for our particular purpose.
Noisy street construction, but clearly temporary.
Greeted promptly and professionally. Easy check in and out.
Wi-fi advertised but didn't work
I booked for 2 nights. I arrived late. The front desk person that checked me in didn't look closely enough at my reservation and, unbeknown to me, signed me in for one night only. The following day when I returned to my room in the afternoon my keys didn't open the door. The front desk person argued with me that I signed in for one night only despite my showing him the reservation that clearly stated 2 nights booking. He didn't apologize for the error and continued to argue with me that I signed for one night. I explained that the night desk person said nothing about one night only and I believed I was simply signing into my room as I would any other hotel stay. I will NOT ever visit this location again and likely will not use a Days Inn again either.
Very clean and well maintained.
My only complaint was that the bathroom was very tiny. I could not close the door without steeping into the small space between the tub and the toilet.
Nothing other than price.
Lousy attitude of the staff. Mix up with booking on their end and felt that we were inconveniencing them with a request for an extra room. Place is run down. Beds are too soft. Temp control unit not functioning properly (we ended up opening the window instead). Breakfast was sparse and not replaced (most items hone before 7.30am). Green banana was the only fruit available (no apples or oranges). 6 muffins and 6 croissant sliced up for the whole hotel. A case of you get what you pay for (or in this case less than what you pay for). Avoid and do not recommend!
It was comfortable & the rooms were very clean & cleaned everyday to an exceptional quality.
The staff wasn't friendly. The evening it snowed the staff didn't care if you can get in due to too much snow on ground. Not helpful. I am handicap & had someone parked in space without a permit, when I told the clerk he just responded that due to the snow that person was ok to park there. Not a good person. No compassion.
There wasn't no wifi signal on the room 109, and we payed expecting to use o wifi. When I told this problem to the receptionist he said that we couldn't do nothing and was very arrogant.
-Bathroom and sink area were clean -Convenient area for dining and being able to sight see without being in the city -Staff was efficient
-TV didn't work -TV remote was disgustingly dirty -Too little seating for breakfast (people stood or brought food back to their rooms)
Quiet and relaxing place to stay in.
Cannot thing of anything bad but you need to upgrade your TV sets if feasible.
I didn't like anything. We will never stay at a Days Inn again.
We had business in the area...it was convenient
It wss all fine
The room was reasonable and the location for visiting a friend was great. Having kfc in front of my window left a chicken smell but that was ok as I like the product. It would be annoying if I didn'T.
The staff were quite closed and had little pr awareness but were functional if needed.
The location, free internet, free breakfast.
When I arrived the staff on duty told me I must have gone to the wrong Days Inn. I hadn't. He struggled to find the paperwork but I did get my room eventually.
Excellent Wifi Quiet Room Helpful Staff Good Parking area
Breakfast: Food unhealthy, poor choice. Breakfast area shabby and run down looking.
the hotel was close to all the main transport systems.
the breakfast was poor even for a budget hotel.
It was very clean and the bed was extremly comfy
The only thing i didnt like was the drive to the city.
clean and quiet
smell of old cigarette smoke in lobby and hallways
