Location to AT&T stadium.
I loathed everything else about this property. Awful experience.
Friendly Staff Location across from AT&T Stadium
Friendly staff Close to Cowboys Stadium
Poor WiFi Very cold room
leaving at 3 in the morning.
same cars constantly in and out all night. these werent weary travelers.
1. The shower water temperature was uncontrollable. 2. Shower head had only a few streams of water actually coming out of the shower head the remainder of the water was leaking past the shower head. 3. Towels felt like sandpaper. 4. As we were leaving there was a person sleeping on the sidewalk immediately in front of our car and only a few feet from the hotel entrance.
Close to stadium for our game
Had to change rooms and unable to access wifi
Property shows its age.
had to pay extra for parking on game day
Convenient go getting to att stadium
Paying for parking
It was close to my friends place, the staff was friendly.
The rooms are decent, the staff didn't have key for me and I had to inconvenience my self with that after a long drive. The breakfast is a joke.
Antiquated property with lousy staff and parking.
the extra charge of 45.00 to park my car even though I had a room
Had to pay for parking and any and everyone could park there for at price!! Wow
Location next to AT&T stadium
Room hot when entered, had to keep thermostat at 50 degrees to stay cool. Shower temp changes. Room location poor and noisy. Staff said no other room to move, when there was. Tied up card funds 1 month early and could not use card in cities before here. Wifi signal hit and miss. Bug bites when waking up in morning.
We booked this room to be close to Texas Rangers Ballpark so we could walk. The location was convenient. The room was clean.
We didn't know there was a Dallas Cowboys game going on at the same time we were attending a Texas Rangers Game. We had to pay an extra $45 just to park our vehicle at the hotel we had already paid for. They were making this extra money and crowding the cars in like sardines. Not fair at all! The room was very warm. The breakfast was not worth eating. Even the OJ was watered down. Will never stay at a Days Inn again.
Location was the best was right across from stadium
Hotel old smelly staff not nice never asked how our stay was but who would blame them I would be ashamed if I worked here They also charge $45 parking fee during game days really ???!!where was this in the booking ?? I am staying and paying for the hotel room I should not be charged a ridiculous fee to park also the room was at least 50% markup which can be expected during game day but to add parking ??!! Never never stay here again !! I could have parked cheaper at the stadium
Facilities were clean. View of AT&T Stadium was nice.
Main complaint was that our a/c was not working. We set it to 65 degrees at 4:30 and left for the Cowboys game. We arrived back around 10:30 and it was still high 70's low 80's in the room. Both of us are very hot natured so this is a problem for sleeping. When you pay $150 for a room and then are hit with an unexpected $45 for parking, you expect to be comfortable in the room. Staff gave ZERO cares about our situation. We were told that we should have set our thermostat on 40 degrees when we left, so it was our fault. Who has EVER set a thermostat on 40 degrees?! We were offered a box fan and that was the extent of the customer service. No rate reduction, no option to move rooms, nothing. I continued to argue until finally they agreed to call a manager and see what could be done. The phone call to our room came an hour later, after we were in bed. We were told that the owner had heard our complaints and that we were being evicted, that we must pack up and leave immediately. Of course I argued this until they finally said that we could stay if we agreed to not argue the charges any further. At that point all we needed was sleep, so we agreed. They continued to call back an additional THREE TIMES threatening to make us leave. The customer service in this situation was the poorest that I have EVER seen. Staff was rude, condescending, irresponsible, and ignorant.
Pool, Comfortable beds, breakfast was excellent, peaceful sleeping, location right across from venue making it an easy walk.
Wi-Fi did not work most of the time. Had to keep calling front desk for it to be reset. As popular as Wi-Fi is, this should be a priority, expecially if it is a selling point for your motel!
WI-FI Connection very poor .
We really enjoyed the location. It was close enough to everything we could ride the trolley. Friendly staff.
The rooms were small for the price. Blow dryer def needed updated. Rooms need irons.
The was smoking in the hall ways !! My kids are asthmatic and had to make a trip to ER because I forgot their inhalers and home. I should not had to encounter this situation
location is excellent if you go to the stadium, pool was great
The staff really tried make things happen It was acroos the street of the att Stadiun
The parking was terrible The Hotel needs major upgrading inside and out The room was terrible no microwave, no refridgerator tv with poor cable service no guide Had to pay to park even if spending a night at the hotel Got block in because the parking was to small to be across from the stadium Check in took forever because of the rush of people coming in
Location is great. Staff is friendly. Clean rooms.
