Beds were pretty comfortable. Price was ok for what we had.
A/C did not work and room was hot and stuffy. Parking was ridiculous. Continental breakfast left a little to be desired.
across the street from stadium
No parking and had to pay 20 dollars and still walk. Never could get connected to the wifi. Could hear everything going own in the hall way and next door. Very noisy.
I did like the location. The room was booked for one price but charged another. Also because of something that happen to be going on across the street at cowboys stadium I had to pay an additional 20$more dollars to park my car in the parking lot of the motel I was staying. So in the end I could have stayed at the Hyatt for what I played and the room would have been comfortable. The ac didn't even work...
I think I've explained everything
Need to update hotel
Loacation and price were key factors in my stay here.
Very dated. No microwave or mini fridge in room and very dreary atmosphere.
Management was inefficient. Room was dated and smelled. Parking was inappropriate for event.
Decent breakfast and close enough to walk to the stadium
hotel itself was a little outdated, they need a more modern make-over but for the location it was worth it and I'd stay there again.
The only reason (seriously, the only reason) to stay here is because it's across the street from the stadium
Everything except its proximity to the stadium
Location to stadium was great.
Older building. Inconsistent water temp.
They over charged me and told me I had to get with booking.Com to get my refund.
location was great, close to where we were visiting
wifi was sketchy, off and on thru out my stay
The contentinal breakfast
Didn't have heat first night but they came and fixed it right away
Closeness to areas needed to go. breakfast nice room great staff
Over charge using a phone that i didn't use as I have a cell phone and the internet was poor.
Next door to AT&T Stadium
Everything. This hotel is absolute no frills. It's a bed. That's it. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Continental breakfast was a joke. Lobby is old and looks dirty. TV in room did not work properly. Wi-fi was in and out entire stay and staff didn't seem to care. Lots of blank stares and blaming it on management. Also, temperature of rooms cannot be controlled by guest. One heating and air thermostat for entire hotel. If it's too hot, it's just too hot in your room, though they will bring you fans.
Clogged bathtub, noisy
A 100 deposit that won't be returned for 7 to 10 days for a 35 dollar room seems kind of ridiculous.
Location. Walk to att stadium
Overpriced. 300 for a 70 a night room. Very outdated. Crummy breakfast. No discount for military. Overall rip off! One coffee per room.
Texas shaped waffles. Directly across the street from ATT Stadium.
The price, $900 a night for two queen beds? I realize they have a captive audience for the National Championship, but outrageous. Paper thin walls - we thought the people next door talking were in our room.
Proximity to stadium
Heater did not work often.
Location was fantastic if you want to be close to Cowboys football stadium
Staff was non accommodating. Acted like they did not understand English when approached with a problem. We purchased a VERY EXPENSIVE room in advance and were told it was the last room available, yet we were in the lobby and saw people come in the day of the football game and got a room for WAY cheaper than we did. We had another room issue and staff did nothing about it to help.
Great location for an event at AT&T stadium.
Its a Days Inn-they are old buildings. The shower faucets were wore out and didnt shut off as designed. The tv was fuzzy and small. The toilet ran all night. ****Beware**** IF you stay here during an event at AT&T stadium, they will charge you an additional $40 for parking! Thats right-you pay to stay at the motel AND pay to park your car there. So, compare prices accordingly with other places.
Walking distance to ATT Stadium
Bathroom smelled like urine and owner/employee children were allowed to play in the hallway. Upon check out I could not use the restroom because a man was in there (employee) and urine was in the floor and on the lid
The staff were very helpful and right across the road from the Dallas Cowboys Stadium.
Told at reception that I would be fined if I smoked in the room. I am a non-smoker. The room stunk of stale smoke and it permeated all my clothes.
This location was perfect for going to AT&T stadium and conveniently located for restaurants and shopping.
I like the location right next to the stadium.
I didn't like the fact that there was no elevator. Had to walk up three flights of stairs.
