Windows had a plastic film, Maint difficult to see stadium.
I love the location. I'm a diehard COWBOYS fan and waking up being able to see the stadium was PRICELESS.
If you want two beds, make sure you book a double room with two beds. I booked a double room in advance and it was only one bed, a twin sized one. It was my cousin and myself on this trip. They refused to upgrade me to two beds. When I booked the room it said the room was a double. I've always thought that meant two beds...Anyway, I paid for a two bed upgrade and we had a great time on our trip. Geaux COWBOYS!!!
Location was great and comfortable beds.
Air conditioning blew out warm and then kicked off about 1am and never came back on it was hot! Called front desk but nobody awnsered. The next morning went down to complain and was long line everyone with, same complainet ac didn't work. Was cooler in hall and elevator then in our room
didn't leave supplies in room when cleaned No heat had to use electric heater that manager let me use Roaches NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY
The area of the room was next to parking lot to noisy, the drawer in the room broke the first day and didnt get fixed
they charge for every little thing even if it was there before us
Good stay for the money.
The business center both girls were laugh ibg and playing. Did not greet me upon entering. Also was asked to sign an old fashion charge receipt twice. Called credit card company to report it. Be careful when staying there. Breakfast was bad no one freshing up the area. No coffee asked if someone was going to make coffee but no one did.
Location - directly across from Cowboys Stadium - was there for the game.
No internet - totally unacceptable. Was told by the staff that when they fill up the connection dies. They had 4 connections available, none of them worked and when I could connect to one it was either too slow to use or the connection dropped. 100% unacceptable in this day and age.
Located across from stadium.
Building is run down. Patch maintenance work is horrible. Felt like we where in the hood at a pay by the hour hotel. Lack of parking. Apartments behind the small parking area left us very uneasy about leaving our truck parked there all night.
Fair breakfast tables a bit small But overall good. Coffe was great
Air conditioning barely worked even it was chilly that night we were hot and stuffy.
The location is good, very easy to get to and from Cowboy Stadium/Ranger Stadium
Didn't sleep well AC didn't work, other guests mentioned they went down stairs and asked for a fan, I know it wasn't expensive to stay there but a working AC is a must, especially if you want your guests to return.
Location is across the street of the cowboy's stadium.
I did not find out about the $65.00 parking fee until we arrived.
The hotel is in a great place if you plan to attend an event at the AT&T Stadium.
We attended the noon Cowboys game and spent the night. Very upset that we had to pay for parking ($65) when we had a room!!! The room was higher priced because of the location and then this was added on top of that. Ridiculous and uncalled for!
The location next to AT&T Stadium
Jacking the price up from $68 a night to $180 a night of a cowboys game. Hotel was average at best. small dinning area for the free breakfast to cramped which I've had better. Also We got a double room with only 1 packet of coffee that made 1 cup :( ??? Really ? use common sense people.
Location is great for those who do not have a car to stay for the game.
wifi was really slow and barely worked. Its in need of an update and when charged $184 + tax a night, you would expect it to be a bit nicer....
Location - right outside the AT&T stadium.
Rates high on game days - paid $237 for room plus $65 for parking. Worse they demanded a signed blank credit card receipt for any damages found. On check-out they sent a maid to check the room and I had to wait 15 minutes - then when room was found intact they refused to give me the blank receipt back instead giving me voided copy.
close to stadium.
charged $65 dollars for parking ,did not read small print from booking.com. receipt said free parking, already paid $195 dollars for room.I had just travelled from Denver had no trouble at the hotel their ,just as close to the broncos stadium but no hidden extras . thought booking. com should of made it clearer [will not use them again.
Elevators are horrible!!!!
location, surrounding, rooms, staff and price, extremely disappointing stay and they booked wrong size room and charged extra! Double billed my credit card and failed to apologize i had to spend two hours on the phone with credit card company fixing problem.
No water pressure on 4th floor. Hot to cold to hot to cold whole time during shower. Slowest elevator in the world. Good thing there is only 4 floors.
It was dirty! Cost for the room we stayed in was over priced!
Location to AT&T stadium, excellent. Friendly staff.
Needs improvements, noisy
One mattress was not clean.
