The room did not have a kitchen. There was no hot water on the 3rd floor.
Bed was very comfortable and room was clean.
The hallway was dim and there was, what appears to be drywall rubble on the carpet in several spots. A vaccuum would have fixed it. Also the night clerk smelled, he could have used a bath and deoderant.
Located 2 miles from my work
A/C so loud had to shut it off and open the window to sleep. There was NO running water in the shower in the morning.
Front entrance looked inviting Employees nice but not very helpful. Wi-Fi worked most of the time.

There was no ice no machine anywhere
Pool was closed, took 7 hours to cool room , lots of damage in room.
Back door unsecured
Bed was comfortable. Location ideal for our needs.
Hallways were hot and dark. Breakfast choices were meager. AC was noisy.
I thoroughly enjoyed the staff during our visit.
There was a bit of an issue with the shower handle not working.
closeness to work site.
Cold water shower! I was in room 615 and the hot water doesn't work. All I got was a "I'm so sorry!" from the desk manager at check out. I was expecting some compensation, but that's all I got! I will never stay at a Days Inn again.
The equipment in the gym was broken. Not a show stopper but it could have been better.
Breakfast need to better cause the only have cereal and fruit for breakfast
friendly helpful staff
All of the Staff made you feel welcome . great price !!!
Overall... Rooms & rest of property were clean. Management took care of "rowdy" guests by calling Police to remove them from the property
Although a program guide was in the room there was no hbo. Cable tv was fuzzy. First night there was rust in the hot water when turned on. Due to a water heater replacement that afternoon said the clerk. Elevator was inop all week. There was no luggage cart available and no safe deposit bix for our valuables. Manager stated that this was "...no Hilton...we are a simple hotel, nothing fancy.." She was right.
The location and the friendliness of the daytime staff.
The quality of the hotel has gone down a lot since we stayed there in April. The elevator in the front broke down and they didn't tell the guests upstairs and we had to go the long way to get to the other one. At night it smelled like a skunk in the hallway and the night desk person argued with customers that they over booked the hotel so people with reservations couldn't check in there were also missing items in the rooms. I will not stay there again.
My reservation was not what I ask for. I had booked 4 rooms smoking and could only get one. One of our rooms the door would not lock or shut and we ask that it be fixed and no one ever came. We ask for extra towels at the front desk and was told they did not have any. The pool was not clean, as well as the lights did not work. There were people living in this hotel full time with small children. Which is fine if they were not trying to sell us drugs.
The service. First of all when we arrived Days Inn did not have my reservation and it took forever for the young man to finally get us in a room. My Husband and I got stuck on the elevator and once we finally was able to get out, I called the front desk and they did not show any concern. The water in the shower kept going from freezing cold to scorching hot in all 3 rooms we had. The breakfast was awful with roaches crawling on the counters. The ceiling was falling in down the hallways. I thought I was staying in a Days Inn, but this was surely a roach motel. I stayed in a Motel 6 the night before and it was very nice. I will never stay here again. The pool was dirty and we did not get in it. Honestly we paid 57.00 a night and that was really too much for what we got.
the room was nice, the beds were comfortable, clean
no lightbulbs in any of the 3 lamps in the room
You were allowed to smoke in our room and it had a small balcony that my husband could go out on so the smoke didn't bother me.
The breakfast - there was hardly anything there to eat, the microwave wouldn't work, and the orange juice was out or broke The pool was not easy to navigate. You had to ask the front desk where it was to be able to find it. The hotel hallways were creepy. The light fixtures needed to have light bulbs put in them. The cleanliness of the room. This was fair however sometimes there were weird stains on the sheets!
It was in a good location.
My shower was scolding hot and when I told the front desk they switched me from a king room to a double room with the same shower problem.. Also we had 2 adults and a 13 yr old in our room and when I asked for more towels ( bc there was only 2 in the room ) the front desk told me he couldn't do anything until the maids got there and later that evening ask for more towels to go swimming different guy at the desk gave me towels .... Need to get friendlier staff personnel and get the showers fixed.
