Room was very clean.
They had charged me slightly more than the booking had mentioned. I spotted it and got them to fix it but would be ideal because often one doesn't remember the exact price. Water was dripping from the roof on second floor and created a small puddle. The refrigerators and microwave were not connected to the outlet. This was a minor inconvenience.
Everything was great for the money you really cant beat it
After we told them the shower and refrigerator did not work, 1 staff member gave us another room without question. Low price.
The elevator was extremely hot. In the first room the shower and refrigerator did not work. In the 2nd room the alarm clock did not work, and there were parts missing from the refrigerator. When we told staff member we might be a little late checking out, she said it was not a problem. Then when we came right about checkout time, another staff member said she was going to charge us for another day if we were not out exactly on checkout time, so we had to rush like crazy. Not a good way to leave after a bad experience to begin with.
Pool was surprisingly clean, WiFi signal great.
I get that this isn't a 5-star hotel but there were bugs in our room. I mean at least 10 found over the weekend. We also called to get extra towels and were told you had to walk down and get them yourself. It was a kicker to come down to the lobby and just have all the employees sitting on their phones doing nothing.

I arrived late (around midnight) and the hotel seemed run down and in poor condition. I checked in and dealt with attitude and poor customer service from the young man at the reception desk. He was short and not personable at all. Check in took forever, and when I finally got to the room, I was extremely disappointed. I have young children and had requested a non smoking room. I walked in the room and immediately started choking because the smell of cigarettes was so strong. The beds looked like the sheets had just been left on them from the people that checked out the same day and housekeeping just came behind and tucked the top comforter in. The bathroom and sink were dirty and in poor condition. When I went back to the reception area, all I got was more attitude from the young man at the desk. When I described the condition of them room, he offered no apology, no alternate solution, he simply said he would give me a refund. Don't waste your time, or money. I will never stay in any Days Inn because of the poor experience I had. You're better off anywhere else.
Pillow was comfortable. Too bad I sweated through the pillow case. Soaked!
AC was not cooling the room. Asked for a fan that did not show up 90 minutes and called back and it took another 30 minutes. Unacceptable that the AC was not working but poor customer service. Shower did not transfer from tub to head more than a trickle. Refused to comp my stay. Could not spend two nights as planned. }

The staff and location were fine
We cancelled the 4th room on site, it had roaches in the bathroom. Forced us to consolidate from 4 rooms to 3, since it was a holiday weekend we had no choice.
Everything is good but I have stay at other hotels in the area and this one charges me more than the 11% tax. I think they over charhing and I think is not right. Wont stay there any longer. Stay in howar jonhson and booking.com say a price thats what they charge plus tax.

The price was good for one night stay coming back from key west. We just needed a cheap price since we were back late that night
The room smelled, blanket had a couple of cigars holes, and wash clothes were torn. I work for a linen service that this was not acceptable but you get what you pay for.

Rooms were dirty, nonsmoking room smelled like smoke, Cockroaches crawling on the walls in the middle of the night. Staff was not helpful.
the location was great for us as we were going to ft. myers beach and to visit in lehigh acres. enjoyed our stay.
ramp for deficient, parking, bed, chair, internet is good. checkin and checkout.
microwave is not working. The part is brocken. Regrigerator is small. Breakfast is good for me, but my wife needs to eat anything whit salt.

The television turned off and I had to call someone and then it turned off again and I could not get it back on
Some of the staff was very friendly even though they didn't speak English.
The refrigerator didn't work in the room and when we informed the front desk instead of them saying they'd take a look or fix it they argued and said all refrigerators were new. Then she asked us when we noticed it wasn't working. Instead of asking these type of questions they should have just tried to fix the issue. They do serve breakfast, but nothing my kids could eat since they're on a gluten free diet. All they offered was cereal, toast, and waffles. Although the rooms are cheap, keep in mind you get what you pay for.

The room smelled old, needed updating-could not use all appliances at one time, not enough outlets. Not many comfort measures.
I did NOT like the bathroom shower it was old & hard to operate, roches crawling around, carpet looked dirty, beds were small & bedding seemed old.

Rooms were big. Quiet location on third floor.
Kelly at front desk had nasty attitude. Skin broke out because of bugs in bed. Woke full of bites and inflammation. Took pictures and requested sheets steamed or changed. Then refund when Kelly refused and had an attitude and still she refused. Patrice was pleasant and apologetic. Cable didn't work nor did safes in any room and had to pay safe fee still. All of the safety locks were broken as well. The North location is more maintained with friendly staff.
Friendliness of staff
Spotting two bugs upon entry...one a silverfish and the other a beetle typbug ib the bath area. Poorly painted, way too worn and outdated.
