Bathrooms were dirty and the shower smelled like a sewer. Wall paper was peeling. Stains on carpet.
It was quiet so we did get a good nights sleep. When we went to check in they didn't have any record of our booking through you, but they did give us the king bed that we wanted at the price you were suppose to book us for because I had the confirmation # and the price.
Paint was peeling off the walls, there was only one electrical plug (we needed two for our CPAP machines), there was only light that worked (one didn't have a light bulb in it) the price was too high for what we got.
The facility is dirty from the outside to the lobby. The staff is unfriendly and really unprofessional.
The staff were trying hard to please. Breakfast had a good variety of foods to choose from. I've never been able to make a fresh waffle. Waffle maker a real plus. Location made for easy access and return to freeway.
We visited twice in an 8 day period. The first visit the carpet hadn't been completely vacuumed. There was toilet paper on the floor. The second visit the bathroom toilet was running when we entered our room. Ball cock was gone. Isolation valve lacked a handle so I couldn't turn water off. Staff member moved us to another room. Facility is very worn. The neighborhood is somewhat rundown and scary to walk in after dark.
We had a late check-in, maybe they were full, the staff asked me if I need this room after I asked some more questions. WIFI only available in the office building.
This hotel was convenient as it was a last minute decision to stay in town. It had wifi and a continental breakfast. There's a fridge and coffee maker. There is also an Indian restaurant that is connected to the parking lot.
Front desk staff was unenthusiastic, interior paint/repairs done poorly; paint drips all over carpet. Get what you pay for! It was pretty much just a bed to sleep in.
Where to begin. The room was the worst I have ever stayed in. It had hair in the bed, bathroom not cleaned, white socks walking across the room turned black. Everyone was itchy after getting up the next morning., no bible in the room. The staff did nothing so we checked out and went somewhere else for twice the money. It was worth knowing it was clean.
shower and lighting
toilet too low for older person and hard to flush
It was within walking distance of downtown Spokane. We loved walking there and would recommend it. We had driven for 4 days from Texas and wanted to walk somewhere! It was quiet, bed was comfy and clean. The rooms were fine.
The outside needs work and the pool was closed. We wanted to swim for more exercise because of our 2400 journey. It was not very clean outside but the room itself was clean and acceptable.
Just next to the highway; so terrific for an overnight stopover while traveling. Clean rooms; cheap rates; good breakfast spread; the only negative was no wifi in our room, probably because it was located at one corner.
Ice machine Good size breakfast room
Paint on carpets broken shower stained bath broken light switch Air con top was missing and unit functioned poorly
Boasted about free wifi, there was 0 wifi available in our room. Dirty walls, dirty shower, burn holes in blankets, very dirty carpet, grumpy staff, dirty lobby, alarm clock broken. TV was old and showing picture tube burns in screen. No screen in window, unsafe for 2nd floor with kids. Mattress was old and could feel springs , bed sheets on inside out as were the pillow cases, no care at all put into maintaining hotel, plus the pool was closed as well. Will not stay again and will make sure no one I know stays there either!
Vagrants and dirty entries and surroumding area
Even though I booked a room approx 1 week in advance. Days Inn showed no record. The booking number was of no help. Fortunately, they had 1 room left. Cobwebs hung from the walls. Tub was COVERED with cigarette burns. Some of the lights didn't work.
It's location was close to our late night plans and affordable rates when looking strictly for a bed to sleep in.
The pool was down and I was nervous about parking my car as far away from my room as I had too. small lot, shady neighborhood. Also we were told that the Wi Fi was spotty and they'd understand if we wanted to leave. Also the breakfast options were sub par. English muffins, cereal & make your own waffles.
Location:5-10 minutes away from Amtrak/greyhound bus station , close to shops and downtown area. Parking on site available
It is as dirty as it can get. The room didn't look like it was cleaned after the previous guest. Dirty carpet, hair on the pillows, smelled like smoke although I asked for a non smoking room. Front desk staff was OK but nothing to rave about. I was just there for one night but would definitely not want to stay longer, at 60$ it really felt overpriced and not worth the money
No wifi and beds were springs and paint peeling in bathroom
carpets dirty and stained sink rusted out stain on bed spread door had a 2 in opening under it door jam need painting
We booked the motel hoping for some time on the internet since we had been camping for a while. And guess what, the wi-fi did not work in almost any building. And they where supposed to have a pool. Guess what, no pool working. At least they could have the courtesy to tell you about it before booking. Even worse, the door look did not work, we had to move to Another even worse room. So, sorry, but if you want to go budget, choice Another Place.
Comfortable rooms with a tv, fridge, and microwave. Located close to plenty of restaurants.
Said there was a pool but it wasn't available for use.
The location was wonderful and the facilities were clean. Also have friendly staff.
I booked this for my daughter for her graduation trip. I really wanted a place for her and her friends to swim in the hot weather. It would have been nice if somebody told us your pool was down. That was very disappointing.
Central location near hospitals and close to freeway entrance/exit.
The pool was covered (apparently has been out of commission for 2 years). When telling the clerk about our disappointment since we had chosen the hotel in part for the pool, we were told they could refund our stay and we could go somewhere else; rude! The wi-fi never worked in the room, we had to go to the office.
No Wi-Fi and one got the impression it was ever thus although they advertise free wi-fi ( no apology for it being down) No batteries in the TV remote. Dirty washroom dusty furnishings.
