Disappointed to find reservations for two rooms was not correct in their system, had to show them my confirmation email from Booking.com to prove my reservation. The lady honored it but let us know that because of that , the place was now overbooked.
Wish they didn't have an opening since the place was disgusting. Filthy room, we wouldn't even remove our shoes, my daughter's room looked like a crime scene cleaned up with stains all over the carpet. We heard constant knocking at 2 in the morning two doors down of a crying transvestite trying to convince "Amber" to let her in.
There wasn't enough shampoo, towels or toiletries so I called down to the front desk for more and was told by the young girl working that morning that housekeeping wasn't open until 10 am. I could walk down for more towels, but she had no shampoo etc. I have never been more grossed out by a place, in fact, we didn't even stay there the second night, chose to stay at my son's frat house and return the keys the next day. The so called breakfast was a joke, no water bottles, just a few yogurts and fruit, but you wouldn't want to even eat there since it was so disgusting. I will never stay at another Day's Inn after this trip and from now on, I will take more time to read reviews etc. We were in a bind for attending my son's college graduation in Cheney Wa and all the other places closer were booked.
It's in an unsafe neighborhood also, close to homeless hang outs.
