The bed was comfortable, the water was hot and the towels and wash cloths were nice and fresh. The room was nice and warm every night we came back.
The room could have been cleaner. The bath room had mold on the wall by the tub. The tv reception was poor. The bed spread was not comfortable. It was just a piece of heavy material that slid off the bed every night. The tv cabinet had one door broken off and the chair and ottoman were stained. I We only slept there and took showers there. If we were there more I would have cut my stay short.
quiet no traffic noise
parking did not offer complete loop had to go back around 3 sides to office
Great location for what we needed. Very friendly staff.
Outside facing doors. Smoking rooms are disgusting. Although WiFi was free, did not get any reception in room. Heavily static TV reception. Rooms were very dark and dated due to dark carpet and walls.
Great location if you're shopping at the outlets. Nice to have a fridge and microwave.
I'm not sure why but the hotel was very short on towels. We were only given 2 towels and when we called for more, we were told they were in the dryer and he didn't have anyone to deliver them. That was a big disappointment.
The location was good.
The run down appearance. The room was filthy, cobwebs, mold in shower, and feces on the carpet. This was after they "cleaned it'. Garbage bags piled up under the stairwell. Don't they have enough employees to handle the maintenance? This by far was the worst hotel I have ever experienced in my entire life and I have been all over the world with the military. This place should be condemned. I want my money back.
old bedding heat took long time to warm room TV was fuzzy
Clean, comfortable, breakfast included
The reviews were accurate about many things but the room was clean and that is a all I really cared about.
Enjoy the professional staff and plan on holding a future event at the location
Nothing. I missed using the pool
complimentary breakfast was very good. The staff did an ok job with the breakfast, however, there were no measures to keep the food sanitary as people would just use their hands and not the utensils.
I was very disappointed with our room accommodations. It was very obvious the rooms were never kept up to standards. The office chair was backing was broken. The shower surround had mold growing. The white shower curtain had two holes in it. The bed specifically the mattress was hard and not comfortable. The carpet in the room had multiple stains and evidence of worn usage.
Friendly male at check in
Unfriendly female at checkout.
We booked on booking.com and got a decent rate considering it was a holiday weekend.
The religiously over zealous staff worker in the breakfast room. There was no getting away from her loud prayers and singing Smell of cigarette smoke filtered in through an air vent during the night.
Reception area and breakfast, plus bed. All equipment and utilities worked fine. The afternoon receptionist was helpful the check out one was almost monosyllabic .
Rooms are dark, perhaps need some new paint?
Breakfast , wi-fi
room supplies from housekeeping such as toliet paper, towels & wash rags, time it took to check out
Everything was perfect, from check-in to check-out. The staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was close to everything one would need. A lovely area.
There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.
The bathroom was very small. Stuffiness in room. Door was very poorly secured.
Convenience to activities; room was clean
Heat did not work; bed was worn, valley in middle.
Too much outside noise, and my request for a ground floor room was ignored. I requested it because my wife has COPD and has trouble with stairs. It unset me that making the reservation in advance they did not accommodate us.
breakfast was the best continental breakfast we have ever had compared to all other places we have stayed. front dest ladies were very welcoming. The servers at breakfast were the must pleasant two women in all of penn,
there was a lot of construction and it made it hard to get into Rt, 30 lancaster
I booked a smoking room on Booking.com, I was given a non-smoking room. When I asked why they said that's how the reservation came in and there were no more smoking rooms left, and didn't try to accommodate me. When we woke up in the morning we found bed bugs! So disgusting knowing we slept in that bed all night. Overall this is my second time staying at this hotel. First time I stayed I checked in and when I got to my room the bathtub faucet wouldn't turn off which made it impossible to sleep, even with the bathroom door shut. Both expierences were poor and I will probably never stay at this hotel again when I'm in the area.
The on and off highway access was great. Close to downtown Lancaster
We were not in a renovated room. Bathroom is extremely small. Needs updating. Friends we were traveling with had a much nicer room for the same price.
Location was good.
The toilet was uneven and rocked back and forth with every motion. The wireless didn't work both nights. Just seemed run down.
Beds were comfortable.
Air conditioning barely worked, room was hot.
Location was good
Staff was rude. Walls paper thin. Could literally hear the person next door urinating in their bathroom. They completely ignored the do not disturb sign on door & kept banging until I answered just to ask if I wanted my room cleaned! I will not be staying there again. Many other hotels in that area to choose from
The Room was large and very clean
The Bed was as hard as a rock and for king size bed we where only given 4 small pillows
Coming from the west, we were able to check-in and rest before going to our evening event 6 miles to the east. The next day it was an easy drive 7 miles to the north on route 501 to Lititz where we spent the day. Great breakfast.
