The room atmosphere was welcoming. Full kitchen and refrigerator was a plus.

The rude, insensitive person that called the room several times harassing to ask me to check out immediately after 12 noon when I clearly asked the day before for a late checkout at 1pm.

The staff was very friendly, and we loved the combination of a king and a double bed in one room.

There is no elevator to the second floor. We had huge suitcases for our cruise, so it was difficult getting them up the one flight of stairs.

Breakfast was poor.

I rented a king room with a kitchenette and was blown away when I walked in. I was not expecting a room this nice. Don't the immediate surrounding area keep you away because of looks. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

I did have to re-clean the dishes that were provided because they weren't as sparkling clean as i'd have hoped but it wasn't a big deal. It's not like there was food left on it, just not thoroughly cleaned. Don't let that keep you away though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room was very clean and comfortable. Though we didn't partake of the complimentary breakfast as we would be going to breakfast after picking up our granddaughter at Hobby, we were impressed with all that was offered.

We were pleasantly surprised by the facility as well as the very accomodating staff.

I was highly impressed with the Days Inn and Suites. When I walked into my room, I could not believe all the amenities such as an iron, microwave, and refrigerator. These are things that you seldom see in motels. I also was impressed with the breakfast hours and choice. The time, 6:30-9:30am was convenient, especially for my "sleep in" attitude. I was still able to go grab me a bowl of cereal and a nice cup of coffee. I would recommend this hotel for visitors. Also, it only took me 12 minutes to get to downtown, despite it being All Star weekend. It was once I got downtown the inconvenience of traffic. The staff also were nice. They were able to answer my questions and were knowledgeable with the local area and where stores were located.

Staff was excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for flying out of HOU, but so-so for other things. Bed and bath/shower were clean, which is always my top priority...

We stayed in one of the jacuzzi rooms. We do not smoke and could tell that people had smoked in it. It could also us some upgrades in the room...everything look old.

The accomodations were very, very pleasing, and the staff was very, very helpful and attentive.

Location, 3 minutes to the park and ride, 5 minutes to the airport, perfect! Beautifully furnished, nice little breakfast, very comfortable well appointed room, you just can not find better, the service was excellent!!!

The location by the airport also dictated that there were a lot of sleezy bars nearby but I guess that is the nature of the beast. Being near the airport was awesome!

The staff, service, the clean room. The attention to detail and requests were professionally handled I was impressed. The cost was reasonable.I would recommend it to others, and also would stay there again in the future.

With exception to the breakfast on Sunday morning, the selection for the other days could have been better.
