We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and very accommodating as we were traveling with an elderly person. Relaxing in the jacuzzi after a day of traveling was the perfect way to end the day.
STAFF WERE GREAT
NEEDS TO BE UPDATED
Family run hotel
Needs an elevator.
Had a pool
managent would not refund money even after showing him bedbug bites on arm and bedbugs we caught and put in cup and showed him. Not the place to stay. Night staff member fooling around with girlfriend in the breakfast area when we checked in which was uncomfortable.
Room was comfortable and looked clean even if older.
Bed was very firm
clean and comfortable
minor repairs need attended to such as broken loose tiles and ceiling repair,
Quiet, very clean rooms. Good value for the money. Friendly staff. Good breakfast a bonus.
They need to double check the rooms to make sure everything is stocked. One visit no towels, another visit very little toilet paper Minor stuff but important.
My total price to pay was different as I was given making the booking. I was given 75 plus tax. I paid 103 total and asked why employee stated I don't know why price is different.
It was a few more miles down the road from Yakima.
Hotel was not of very good quality. Back door had duck tape so it would not lock. Young man from apartments behind entered the door and headed down the hallway. Front desk clerk said not to worry, that she lived over there too. We made sure our door was locked and hoped we'd be safe. We did sleep well. It was very quiet.
The Staff, The Location
There was a terrible smell in the room, Wi-Fi didn't work, it would connect but not stay connected. Ice machine broken!
Everything was nearly perfect. I had a couple of requests for the front desk person and her answer each time was yes, of course. The swimming pool was up and running as well as the spa. Our second stay here in the last few months and each time things have improved. New furniture and matress and a brand new flat screen t.v. Thank You Rita.
the only draw back was a constantly running toilet. The noise was not noticeable with the bathroom door shut.
I was upgraded free to a hot tub suite and fully enjoyed it. The room was very clean, looked like new carpet. This trip I did not take advantage of the swimming pool but will at a future stay. I appreciated the very clean room I was so relaxed slept like a baby.
Only thing is in some spots the wallpaper was separating a little seam bonding and 10 to 15 minutes would have taken care of it. A safety handrail on the wall by the hot tub would have been nice. Very minor things.
clean quiet cheap staff was friendly-no issues a-c,fridge,lights all worked
informative signs were just printouts, looked cheap, did not say please or thank you breakfast was minimal, but better than nothing, "you get what you pay for" damaged/soiled wallpaper could use an update
Room very comfortable. LOVED the recliner and desk chair.
Couldn't connect with Wi-Fi - asked desk for assistance and followed instructions). Also, breakfast wasn't attended well. Long line for waffles, no jam out, no bowls for cereal, bananas too ripe (black spots), juice machine ran out.
Nice rocker recliner in the room. It would be nice to have room for two of them.
This hotel is great(clean and reasonable price)! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. And my 5 years daughter enjoyed the pool. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to others!
The room clean, staff friendly and great breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Oh! Great park across the street to do a lap or 2 of walking(:
The staff/manager was very nice and hospitable. We enjoyed our visit very much. We would recommend it.to family and.friends. We would also.stay there again. Thank you very much.
A reasonably good place to stay. We were there for one night while heading home.
Even though I sent them a.message regarding needing an accessible room on first floor they put us on the second floor - with no elevator. They were able to alter this (even though they said the first floor was booked). They put us in a "king suite". The door to one room didn't lock and it was closer to a double bed than a king. But it was clean and did the job.
The convenience of where our room was, near the pool and the dining room. The room was comfy and we slept well! It was nice being able to have our dog stay :)
The breakfast was all carbs. Would be nice to have some protein, such as hard boiled eggs, bacon and sausage links, etc. Also some steel cut oats would be good! Our dog, snoopy as she is, found some old sunflower seeds and other stuff under one of the beds! Maybe clean better under the beds!
Cheapest option Worked fine for a short stay Allowed pets(for $9.99)
Poor service Broken ice machine Broken air conditioning Room had no towels, cups etc.
The staff is very friendly
Staff were very pleasant, and location was easy to find. Room was immaculate, and the amenities provided were exceptional for the price
Gave me a rolled up blanket when I requested an extra pillow for my back pain.
Breakfast was fair
Pool sucked. No H2o in it. Lol
Strong wi-fi signal. I've been in other places that said free wi-fi, but so poor they might was not have had it. This was great and I was able to log into my remote desktop and do a little work as needed.
Breakfast was ok, but on the weaker side of this kind "continental" of thing, but still pretty good overall. The coffee wasn't bad and that's saying something.
