Good value Comfortable room No problems
This was my 2nd visit to this hotel, it was very clean, plenty of towels NO bed bugs and with good staff members. I stayed here on my way to my destination and again on my way home. Will stay again.
The area where the hotel located is a little shady, quite a few homeless people hanging around across the street at the McDonalds otherwise a legit hotel.
Front desk personnel were excellent: friendly and helpful. Reservations were just fine. Breakfast was really good, clean breakfast room, and very helpful and cheerful staff.
Room was cold and took a long time to warm up. Walls were thin and heard everything neighbors said and did. It was extremely noisy when toilets were flushed and showers ran, woke us up several times. Door to interior hallway let in light and cold air, had to hang a coat over it..
Close to highway and within a block of 4 or 5 restaurants. The room had all the amenities--refrigerator, microwave, coffeepot, etc. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean.
The room was clean.
Maybe a bit better breakfast choice. BACON!
location, clean, friendly.
Clean, comfortable bed, good WiFi, good location, quiet, helpful staff and the price was reasonable.
Breakfast dining area has limited seating so we went across the street to McDonalds.
Nothing fancy but good price clean facilities, and efficient staff.Thank you.
It was a very pleasant stay
Noise from heavy-footed drivers exiting 24hr servo location directly across road
If you are looking for a place in Tucumcari to simply rest on your road trip - then this is the place. No pool or hot tub - but otherwise this place is GREAT! Cheerfully and tastefully decorated looks newly renovated. Things we liked: Staff was great - Microwave oven and refrigerator (which was already turned on when we got there) - Hair dryer - Comfortable bed - 2 Night stands - Flat screen TV - Lots of pillows - Tall style / adjustable shower head - curved shower rod and more! We will certainly look forward to our next stay here.
The only thing we would suggest is to stay upstairs. We were downstairs and at 5:30 in the morning we could hear the people above us. We need to get up early anyway. So that was OK.
The young ladys on the front desk were very helpful and the room was great. Very clean very well laid with everything you need. Would recommend this to any travelers needing a stop over near it.
the motel was in a good location and made us feel at home. The area has alot of the old places from the 50's. good stop.
Overall cleanliness, convenient location, friendly staff.
The rooms/buildings/hallways need to be updated. Everything was old and buildings had a strange smell. It was all clean, but somehow didn't feel clean because the rooms/buildings were old. The hallways/stairways had no ac and it was hot. Small bathrooms.
no parking for a trailer to noisy hard to sleep
The people working at this Days end make the difference. We stayed at another Days end in Denver and it was the reverse. In Tucumcari we were treated like long lost friends from check in to check out. The stay was great!
The Days Inn's parking lot was full, not enough parking spots for the facility. The exterior door did not shut tight, there was a gap in the door and insects could and did craw through the gap.
This is a perfect place for someone needing a good night's sleep in a clean and convenient location in a long stretch of otherwise empty interstate between Amarillo and Albuquerque. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast bar decent, and the rooms recently redone and extremely clean. A flat screen TV, microwave, coffee maker, and small fridge were great additions.
No complaints at all other than the access for handicapped patrons is sub-standard (no observable ramps).
breakfast was good
no elevator for 2nd floor
Great room. Room had everything I needed. Breakfast choices were great.
I wish there was more parking spaces/larger parking. The breakfast was not hot but that is because someone had accidentally turned off the hot plate.
Nice place to stay. Rooms each have two exits. KFC right next door.
Lumpy pillows. Small breakfast area.
Ground floor Room, with Car by door, Great breakfast, Close to a very good Steak House
Had been assigned a non smoking room by staff not cool. Older hotel in need of some work.
A little costly for the area.
Everything was very nice and the staff was very friendly
