our room was clean. in a good area not too far from things to do
no trash bags in the room. staff could've been friendlier
Very quiet and private.Cleanliness was great.
The Restaurant was closed, very disappointing. HoJo's was known for their Eating establishment and Hot Cocoa.
Hot Shower. Comfort of the bed. And I could smell the bleach in the sheets and the bedding was clean.
The Cobb webs! Dirty corners.
Location wifi available
Bed uncomfortable no breakfast served for $67 price
Bed slept well and good Wi-fi
Room was infested with young roaches and there was mold in the bathroom ceiling which was also cracking.
The Front desk clerk was nice.
Rooms were unsanitary, pillows had a sour smell. BED BUGS!!!!!! A family member was bitten several times in her sleep which caused an infection and had to get medical attention. The Owner refused to compensate for the medical bills and claims his hotel doesn't have any BED BUGS per an inspection by the environmental dept which I requested. This business lacks integrity, we have photo documentation of the BED BUGS. I recommend not putting you or your family's health at risk.
The convenience of having stores available, but they needed to be nicer.
The stores attached downstairs were unclean looking and cluttered. Made the hotel seem cheap.
The staff was very friendly and helpful
The location was scary. The store accross the street looks like some kind of a front for illegal business. It was some type of a food mart and very few people entered very over priced all the food items were expired. drinks only had a few choices and only one or two of each item. It was as if they were trying to discourage business.. 2 MEN VERY UNHELPFUL...very SCARY
Location was dark and not well lighted. They agent was texting and acted like she didn't know I was coming in and then found my preprinted check in. Didn't ask for ID to verify it was me. A/C didn't really work.
Friendly prompt service.
Beds not very comfortable.
It was every dirty and outdated
Easy access to freeway, great service and good breakfast
Friendly staff, easy drive to wild adventures, clean room
easy off interstate
no breakfast /continental available rooms run down bugs in bathroom
No continental breakfast
nice clean room for the $$$. thanks.
The gentleman at the front desk was VERY nice and polite.
The room was damp and muggy. The first room smelled like a smoke house, there was cig burns on the comforter, the sheets were so not clean. Got moved into another room... Damp and muggy. It took all night to cool down. The sheets were also nasty. We pulled down the nasty comforters and slept in our cloths putting our arms in our shirts . I will NEVER recommend this facility to ANYONE
Location was convenient for an overnight stay on the way to Florida. Location was clean. Check in was easy. Price paid was fair.
There was nothing negative to note about this location.
Location right off highway, very convenient. Price is right. Was clean and comfortable enough for the price. Need to re-open restaurant at some point! That would be nice.
Sort of out dated, and old fixtures. Nicks, cracks, etc.....But that being said, all we did was sleep there, and it was certainly functional and clean enough for that.
The detergent used for the bed linens and towels had a very unpleasant odor. We had to spray the sheets and pillows with cologne in order to sleep.
BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE
ROOM WAS FILTHY AIR COND. DID NOT GET ROOM COOLED DOWN TILL LATE IN THE NIGHT, CLERK WAS RUDE BUGS IN THE LIGHTS BATH ROOM FAN WAS NOISY THERE WAS DIRTY LINON BETWEEN THE MATTRESS&BOX SPRINGS THE CARPET WAS FILTHY.THIS IS THE NASTYEST ROOM I HAVE EVER STAYED IN AND HAD TO PAY FOR NEEDS A BULL DOZER RUN THRU IT
