Days Inn Flagstaff - West Route 66    

The location was nice.

When you take a shower you get sprayed with hot water then cold water. No constant hot water.

The staff was friendly and the property and rooms were very clean; the room comfortable; cable tv and free wifi were plusses!

Pool said it was heated, not heated... Breakfast was very unorganized... I cleaned off my own table.. hardly any food... old toaster, just bad over all. I had a cold English muffin.. no bagels... needs an upgrade

The location was great, the room was clean and nice. Lobby has nice fountain detail.

The bar and pool/gaming area was not open for us to relax and enjoy. Breakfast bar did not have any protein or fruit.

Was disappointed in the continental breakfast, mainly because it wasn't as advertised. No fruit or warm cereal - only bread, pastries and cold cereal which I can't eat.

Accomodations were excellent....ESPECIALLY For the price!!!!! I've stayed at much more expensive hotels and not been this pleased with what was offered. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. In fact, we're still traveling and staying in Days Inns because of the experience at Days Inn Flagstaff!!

everything is fine except the water of shower. The water is too weak. FYI, the breakfast is terrific.

The service and the waffles for breakfast. The location was good as well. Even though there was a busy road in front of the hotel it was quiet.

The Motel is a bit old, which shows for instance in the carpet.

I got this room on a deal and was more than pleased with the cost/per day to comfort ratio. It was a 30 min walk or 5 minute drive to downtown shops and pubs but it was nice walk by the university.

Breakfast was your typical small breakfast assortments but I'm not a huge breakfast eater so I feel this only applies to some.

Very Nice Motel although near railway line however this didn't cause any problems noise wise. Would stay there again but...

When we settled the bill at the end of our stay there was an additional charge that we hadnt been told about. It stated Safe Insurance but the safe in our room couldn't be used. When queried this we were told this wasn't to do with the safe at all but was "Safety Insurance" which was mandatory and we had to pay it. We said that nothing was shown on Booking.com regarding this but it was pointed out that on Booking.com it stated that the price quoted didn't include any additional charge that the Motel might apply. Now the charge wasn't that high but who is to say that they couldn't have charge us what ever they liked using that wording. It spoilt for us what had been a very pleasant stay. It was the principal not the amount, we should have been told about it when we first checked in. Its not right to add additional amounts without being told about them at the beginning. Because of this I wouldn't recommend them which is a shame.

Not impressed

Did not like that the walkways were not cleared and I fell down on black ice. Not normally a bad thing but with a new hip - and several women with us were 70's - that makes the black ice a serious hazard that should be dealt with. The staff at front desk seemed ambivalent to the ice which I did not appreciate.

The clerk at the front desk did not ask for ID when checking in.

the room was not clean, there were hairs in the shower upon entering the room, the sidewalk was not shoveled in front of our door and was packed ice/snow, the breakfast bar was out of coffee at 8 o'clock...etc,etc

Accepted our shihtzu. Matress was comfortable. Liked breakfast.

Dog poop right outside the door. Add waffles to breakfast menu .

Staff was very accomidating it is a good value for the money.

Had to walk around building to get to room. No problem, except I had two pcs of luggage, a back pack, and a carry on bag. And I am handicapped. Need a cane to get around. Two young men at the desk late at night when I checked in. Neither offered assistance, so I did it myself.
