If your room is in the back, the buses park there and the train goes by every hour on the hour. Can't control the train, but passengers boarding the bus at 7:00 in the morning could have been more courteous to other guests still sleeping.
Helpfull staff, easy location, good breakfast, value for money
great location, staff all very helpful.breakfast very good
safe in room,not working
The size of the room
The air conditioner was extremely loud and keep on switching on and off at short intervals. The laundry facilities were poor.
Great place to crash after a busy day at the Grand Canyon. Spacious comfortable clean room. Galaxy Diner down the street is a great 1960s place to eat. Staff friendly and helpful. Wifi worked good.
Neighbors came in drunk about midnight fighting and waking everyone up.
Maintenance poor- some lights didn't work, sink faucet leaked, doors fit poorly Breakfast variety poor- no fruit, yogurt, no jam, peanut butter, etc for toast
Location is good. Plenty of parking. Good for short stay. All amenities, such as fridge, microwave etc.
Loud party of other guests, until late at night. Not the fault of hotel, just inconsiderate people. Very difficult to open the door to the room with the key. Multiple attempts every time.
the location. easy to get to the canyons from here, but you´ll need to have a car.
On Route 66 - we were on the road trip. Price .
Beyond walking distance to town centre. Limited btreakfast
Layout of room was great
The bed was soft not comfortable.
Cleanliness, staff, safety, location to NAU, fan that could drown out sound of train, comfortable room, quality bedding, coffee in room was perfect, nice breakfast, nice lobby, pool and work-out room
We are travellers from the UK and hadn't heard of the Canyon; we chose Chinle as a convenient stop off. I don't have words to describe the Canyon - a 'don't miss'.
Travelling from Az we hadn't realised that Navajo Nation is 1 hour later. We missed dinner (ended at 9pm, we thought it was 8) the woman at the restaurant entrance was not at all friendly or helpful.
Good location. Plenty of parking. Guest laundry available.
Decor needs updating.
Small, threadbare towels
Large heated out door pool Good rooms
Good price for a spacious room in the heart of Flagstaff
Continental breakfast a joke, lack of any staff present an issue.
No iron or ironing board in the room although was available on request. Bit noisy due to people arriving and leaving at different times, breakfast was basic, did hear a couple if trains
It was conveniently located.
When we checked in we waited for over 5 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. The morning we checked out the lady at the front desk was sleeping. Another front desk person had no suggestions on things to see or do. Another concern was the breakfast. Items were gone many times and only refilled when you asked.
Man at front desk was rude and unprofessional.
Trains real noisy
Nice & helpful staff Close to highways Near town center Near restaurants, groceries, and shopping
Too close to train Stairs placed in odd areas Breakfast could have more variety Mattresses a bit uncomfortable, but passable
Didn't feel dangerous or in that bad of an area.
The free breakfast is laughable, ended up going to a small restaurant in town instead. The beds feel like sleeping on a pile of springs, and the bathrooms were tiny with awful design. Do not recommend
It was fine hot I. There lat
Good size room
Beware of bedbugs.
