this is the first place to stay at that has a pool table and piano for guests
We didn't arrive until after 9 pm and didn't have much time to do anything except sleep.
First able I traveled with 2 elderly persons and a 9 years old kid. That night was frozen cold and the heater wasn't working properly and didn't heat up enough to keep the room warm, and we had to sleep with sweaters, scarfs, hats etc. when I cold the receptionist she came to check the heaters in both rooms and she said that's the hottest it would get and all she could do was to give me extra blanket which she did, but when I was going to to used them they were so dusty that we started to sneeze, breakfast only yogurts. Oranges, apples, cereal, donuts, and toasts. Never going back to the place.
Breakfast being taken away from someone who arrived one minute late
Close to campus and tons of free parking.
The vents brought in cigarette smoke and made the whole room smell like cigs- yuck! We requested batteries for the safe (? Because there were none already in there?) and someone said they were going to deliver them but never did. Also, the shower is clearly made for someone shorter than 5'2". Lastly, the lobby smells a bit like piss.... Which is too bad because it looks quite spacious.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were good. Easy place to get to and from.
All OK by me.
Flagstaff has a good location to the famous visitor points. (e.g. Grand Ganyon, red rock country/Sedona)
Very noisy, because the train was too near.
Large room and bed, round table and chairs for 2/3 people, very clean bathroom, no noise, close to many restaurants and stores.
Mediocre friendliness of staff.
the room was very clean although a little outdated. everything including the lobby and grounds were well kept. we arrived a little early but we're allowed to check in. Very good value.
nothing. I would stay here again.
I like the view of the trees out the back of the property. The location was close to everything, without being in the rush and noise of everything.
We were told the pool was not open, yet it was open.
Great stop over on the way to The Grand Canyon.
please can you arrange for better weather next time.
Everything was clean and heating was in good condition.
Wanted rooms to be downstairs not up stairs as i requested.
breakfast and playing pool
facilities were outdated
The property is against railroad tracks and all you heard was the trains all night long. No wi-go.
Clean room with great bed! Very helpful staff
Barking dog next door.
Too much railroad noise.
Booking help desk, really helpful.
Our car broke and we couldn´t make it to the hotel. We contacted booking and the hotel and explained the situation. Booking tried to help, but the hotel didn´t want to reason with us and charged the cost for the two rooms we booked. Very very poor staff experience. Will never book again with Days Inn.
Good for the price. Practical for passing through. I stayed when I was a rocong through flagstaff.
free wifi in the rooms, free parking
very very noisy, arogant receptionists, very noisy AC, not clean rooms, we arrived around 15:00 and room was not ready, breakfast only includes bread and nothing else. awful hotel...
Did not dislilke anything
If your room is in the back, the buses park there and the train goes by every hour on the hour. Can't control the train, but passengers boarding the bus at 7:00 in the morning could have been more courteous to other guests still sleeping.
Helpfull staff, easy location, good breakfast, value for money
great location, staff all very helpful.breakfast very good
safe in room,not working
The size of the room
The air conditioner was extremely loud and keep on switching on and off at short intervals. The laundry facilities were poor.
Great place to crash after a busy day at the Grand Canyon. Spacious comfortable clean room. Galaxy Diner down the street is a great 1960s place to eat. Staff friendly and helpful. Wifi worked good.
Neighbors came in drunk about midnight fighting and waking everyone up.
