The wind tunnels in corridor
Just what we needed for a night
We arrived and everyone agreed that it was sterile place there were 7 and we had booked 3 rooms. We turned around and left as the rooms were almost musty and smelly.
Room was cleaned and confortable. Service is good !
We asked for a non-smoking room and upon arriving could not even breath from the STRONG smoke stinch. We asked to change before unpacking and we were told they had a room but that would be $20 more. Thanks but no thanks and I have other choices I will be taking
fitness center was just 1 bike 1 eliptacal 1 stepper and 1 bike. Old property.
easy check in
Even though I had booked a room with 2 queen size beds I was charged for an additional adult (we were 3 people staying). It makes no sense to me to book a larger room and then be charged for additional people in the room that was supposed to be for the larger group!
This hotel was about 3.5 hours drive from the west rim of the Grand Canyon and a total waste of driving time, although the hotel itself was fine.
I was able to get a clean room at the last minute on my way to the Grand Canyon. The room was clean and comfortable.
manager unfriendly, rude and wouldn't turn on lobby lighting.
drive up access
you can hear the noise from the street/corridor. breakfast is just average.
The bed was very comfortable. Wifi had good quality. Room is big fridge
Nice brick wall by Days Inn sign now painted horrible dergy colour, unfortunately makes it look like a tacky motel from roadside, bad move.
Breakfast,price, easy location.
The maid took our towels the first full day we were there and never brought any clean ones to replace the dirty ones.
The room was comfortable and clean.
Close to my business meeting
Coffee and Breakfast
Price and Location
Internet speed very slow - 'Cold' personal service
Location was good
"Greeted" by a sour staff member, Mike. The shower was dangerous, going from ice cold to scalding hot and back again several times during bathing. The WiFi is dreadfully slow, to the point of being useless. No proteins for breakfast, only carbs and yogurt. There us no designated pet area. All grassy areas ask you to keep pets off, yet the are "pet friendly".
The location is great. Easy access to and from attractions and restaurants.
Found payment had already been made when arrived despite booking .com stating payment would be made during the stay. It took two days for a non working coffee machine to be attended to.the standard lamp in the room didnt work and the requested iron stopped working after a couple of minutes. Receipt for card payment was "not possible" and I have come out in a rash; bed bugs? Was told there was a language problem and some staff did not understand intructions. but nobody seemed to care ! Pay a bit more for basic service at any other motel.
Good price for two rooms.convenient.
Kids were disappointed the pool was not open
Nice clean up to date would not hesitate to recommend to others and would stay there again
There is a train track next to the hotel, it is very loud and woke me up once.
Clean, easy check in, 1.25 hours from the Grand Canyon, right in the middle of Flagstaff so there is a lot you can do without traveling far.
asked where laundry facilities were, he "pointed" in the general direction. Can not buy soap at the laundry room; had to go back up to the front desk to purchase soap. Manager should have told us then where to buy soap.
beds were comfortable, night manager was polite but not "pleasant".
Rates for return stau changed without informing me even though I booked it upon arrival of original booking.
All in all, I think the only thing was the wifi. Thus claimed to have free wifi, which try did but it did not work unfortunately. I'm not sure if it was down or the connection wasn't strong enough. Breakfast could have had more varieties but other than that it was greats!
So at first, I was pretty unsure about the hotel since it was so cheap. My expectations were not high. Once we walked into the lobby, my opinion changed. The staff was super nice and so was the decor. Apart, it was so clean!! We got to our room and it was spotless (I've never stayed ta hotel this clean) and it didn't have any weird stench. They had good cable chanels also. Everything was perfect.
everything. Dirty, smelly, old
