All good it was too cool
Mostly the friendly people Lee's clean the rooms clean sheets every day soap all-around good
Could not use safe in room as it was locked on arrival. Override code provided by reception staff did not work.
Clean, comfortable and within 10 minutes of Old Town Albuquerque.
The bed, clean room, no hassels.
Front door was recently painted & struggled opening every time! Charged 3x with different amounts that will "work itself out". The bed was terrible need I say more?
Staff was above average friendly!
Hotel was full, very noisy!
The property needs attention, cleaning, and the bed covers seemed outdated and the array of colors on the bed covers seemed to be dated back to the 70's.
The location to the main freeway was great and easy to access.
Every morning, Room Service asked if we wanted our rooms serviced (3 day stay in 2 rooms- I'm a mom of 4 kids. If I'm paying for a room, please just assume I would like it to be freshened everyday!). "Free Wifi" was at its user limit constantly- I was not able to get on 1 time in 3 days. Days Inn was not able to accommodate any of the three requests I had made at booking (poolside, connecting rooms, or even neighboring rooms- tough for a family traveling with kids). If I hadn't already been locked in, I would have stayed elsewhere.
Price was good but, honestly, not significantly better than I could have done elsewhere. Bed was very comfortable!
Could not access wifi. To many were using all the time receptionist acted like she was bothered to have to check me in.
Furniture was soiled, torn and scratched. Bed was saggy and toilet was about to fall off. Room, especially doors, needed paint. Really cheap even on bath soap & shampoo.
Access to freeway was great. Lots of fast food places nearby, no real restaurants that I saw.
There was nothing I didn't like!
My room was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable, and they LOVE my dog! I stay here everytime I travel from Colorado to Arizona. ☺
The pool and the beds were great!
Everything was good :)
Bed and pillows were very comfortable, easy to get to and the hotel is like 10-15 minutes away from almost every fun attractions.
the staff that checked me in, Had no record of reservation and was very rude. Refused my room until i showed him the email and then charged $1 more than quoted.
The beds were very comfortable
Room loud...pool hours staff did appear too care
Bed was nice...
The inside pool was great loved the hot tub. When we checked out we didn't realize till later that day that we had left our pillow which was a sleep number pillow I called the motel and I was lucky that the housekeeper turned it in. And the manager was nice to send it to me. I will stay again when we comeback through again. Thank you
The carpet was so dirty we did not let our feet or clothes touch the floor. The room key did not work and after three try's we were giving another room.
The bed was comfortable.
Breakfast area was too small and overcrowded. Wasn't worth waiting in the long lines for a continental breakfast. And would have been nice to have a microwave in the room since there was a refrigerator.
The room was dirty, filled with stains and smelled terrible. Asked for a new room or compensation and Lacy at front desk flat out refused to even try to help us. I did not stay and have never been treated as poorly. They also refused to refund me despite me showing video of blood and urine stains in the room. Worst experience at a hotel ever!
The coffee in the room was not really great. The coffee in the lobby (continental breakfast) was not hot enough.
My room was clean and quiet. The availability of ice was convenient.
Breakfast needs more hot food.
The man that checked me in was rude. The fruit was old for breakfast. To much money for what we got.
There was eggs for breakfast.
Smelly room with a smelly refrigerator. No ice.
The first room we were given was filthy. The sheets and pillowcases were covered in hair and stained, the carpet was stained and covered in melted wax in different corners of the room. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been swept or moped in weeks. The second room was a little better, but the pillowcases were yellow and the bathroom floor was just as bad as the first.
The person working the desk was very kind and quick to act when I alerted him to how disgusting our room was. He quickly gave us a new room. Our towels and sheets were definitely clean, as they smelt strongly of bleach. The location off the interstate was very convenient.
Nothing bad. Got just what I expected for the price.
Right off the x-way, great rate, real nice breakfast. Just stayed 2 night on the way to Santa Fe
Would have liked laundry service. Would prefer to make own waffles.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good service. Lovely clean spacious room, quiet and very comfortable bed.
