The room was dirty, filled with stains and smelled terrible. Asked for a new room or compensation and Lacy at front desk flat out refused to even try to help us. I did not stay and have never been treated as poorly. They also refused to refund me despite me showing video of blood and urine stains in the room. Worst experience at a hotel ever!
My room was clean and quiet. The availability of ice was convenient.
The coffee in the room was not really great. The coffee in the lobby (continental breakfast) was not hot enough.
Breakfast needs more hot food.
There was eggs for breakfast.
The man that checked me in was rude. The fruit was old for breakfast. To much money for what we got.
Smelly room with a smelly refrigerator. No ice.
The person working the desk was very kind and quick to act when I alerted him to how disgusting our room was. He quickly gave us a new room. Our towels and sheets were definitely clean, as they smelt strongly of bleach. The location off the interstate was very convenient.
The first room we were given was filthy. The sheets and pillowcases were covered in hair and stained, the carpet was stained and covered in melted wax in different corners of the room. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been swept or moped in weeks. The second room was a little better, but the pillowcases were yellow and the bathroom floor was just as bad as the first.
Right off the x-way, great rate, real nice breakfast. Just stayed 2 night on the way to Santa Fe
Nothing bad. Got just what I expected for the price.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good service. Lovely clean spacious room, quiet and very comfortable bed.
Would have liked laundry service. Would prefer to make own waffles.
Staff was very helpful and nice to deal with.(girl at front desk) good bed and heater. Like the pool in the middle of the building and breakfast was good compared to other hotels
Oder from room smelled like a public restroom. Bathroom smelled like it hasn't been clean so I didn't take a shower . I left the next morning and still smelled the same Oder because it was on my clothes..
I didn't stay once I saw the room
The rug was filthy with chunks of dried food & stains all over it. It was a non-smoking room and smelled very bad, and the sheets had were NOT clean. There was a spill down the side of the sheet all the way down to the bottom of the box spring. I left.
Inexpensive and good. Easy on and off I40. Good resturants close.
Hot tub was great after a long day driving
I have a bad back but I found the bed to be very comfortable. The TV was also nice.
Roominess and amenities, indoor pool, room refrigerator, and coffee in room.
Carpeting needs to be cleaned.
Bad. Location old rooms slow draining sinks
easy access to HWY Price per night Water quality good Frig was handy Towels were clean
Difficulty getting into the room -bad door keys Really noisy traffic and neighbors TV sound failing Front desk would not swap TV or fix door keys until the following day when I left Carpet filthy
The motel was okay but getting to it was awful!
Albuquerque traffic in late afternoon was an absolute nightmare. I would not plan to stay at this.motel, nor in Albuquerque, ever again.
Safe in the room
Bed not so comfortable
Ease off highway
Drug dealers n users hanging around
The staff had breakfast ready by 5am so that people going to the fiesta could eat before going.
Had to go to the office to get coffee and wash cloth.
The room was clean. Basic breakfast but good enough to get you through till lunch time.
I booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. However, we chose not to swim in it because it was very cloudy and you could not even see the bottom. Pool area was also very dark and gloomy. Beds/pillows not comfortable. Did not sleep well.
We liked all the accessible restaurants !!! We could just walk where we wanted to eat. My daughter loves the pool, although it does need some work. But our room was by the pool so it was neat.
We didnt like the crazy people driving the bikes on the freeway at nite,u could hear everything, and the ac didnt work very well, there were some used shampoo bottles in out room, that were not cleaned, and the breakfast was ok but they should have donuts or something more to offer, the lady was not very nice when we checked in, and like i said the pool does need some work, its old .Fixable things.
You know what to expect at a Days Inn and this was fine.
Location.not safe,old,needs to be refurbished.
