Daily breakfast was not good...juices colored water, waffles hard,
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. We would go back again in future.
Finding the hotel was difficult as it was late in the afternoon and we were driving into the setting sun. At the last minute we saw the logo and were able to turn around. For anyone else in this situation, the hotel is near the freeway at the far end of town and by a gas station.
No matter where I go I always reserve with Days Inn.
Indoor pool staff very kind
Confusion over my prepayment.
Pool and breakfast
A/C heat unit didn't work properly
The location was great for the places we visited. We also enjoyed the breakfast provided with all the choices. Staff was friendly & helpful. Room was always clean. Thank you
Location, the pool, the breakfast
Very poor wifi , no elevator
Good location for Grand Canyon visitors. Clean and well kept motel Good free breakfast, serving hot food Friendly hotel staff Good parking for guests Wi fi worked great Good TV channels
Comfortable, clean, good breakfast.
Charged for using safe (we didn't use it). This charge was removed without question when we complained, but only because we checked our bill.
The room was clean and comfortable the staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again if we go back to that area
There were no ironing boards in the room we had to go to the front desk to get one both days...
Clean hotel Breakfast was ok Pool and hot tub were good
Frontdesk personnel were always in the back, except when checking in.
Williams is a nice little tourist city. It can be a bit expensive, specially gas.
Nothing specially. The hotel is a bit far from the city.
This was a planned motorcycle trip to the Grand Canyon. We arrived late, cold and hungry. The front desk was very helpful and very friendly. She directed us to all the best food and best bang for the buck. The complimentary breakfast was also great. I have referred four co workers to this hotel and they also were very pleased. This was a long distance trip and I will continue book at Days Inn until I have a bad experience.
Nothing to mention
Well managed and good breakfast nice size room well cared for
Place and pool full of noisy kids not the hotels fault. Parenting lol
A lot for the money. Comfy bed, overall a nice room. Very nice hot breakfast options in a clean, spacious atmosphere. Best value for the dollar during a 2-week trip from CA to NM.
Indoor Pool Good Location Good Breakfast
The breakfast was quite good and it was convenient to have that available daily. Accommodations were good for the value. Staff was pleasant. The location was about 50 miles from the Grand Canyon and central to where I wanted to visit in the area.
The bathroom did not seem clean enough. I am not too picky, but it was not inviting to take a shower. Just a good overall scrub in the bathroom will go a long way. Or, maybe time for a bath tub and tile update?
wifi, refrigerator and microwave in the room, cleanliness, specially in the restroom.
Clean and quiet
Great king size bed and perfect breakfast!
Very good location when going to Gran Canyon. Takes only one hour to drive.
Everything was just ok.
It's quite far off from the Grand Canyon national park - 1 hour drive. Chose this hotel because all the closer ones were sold out.
ARRIVED TO FIND NOISY TEENAGERS RUNNING RIOT THROUGH THE CORRIDORS AND THIS CARRIED ON UNTILL 11PM EVEN THOUGH BEING PROMISED THEY WERE ON A 7PM CURFEW AFTER COMPLAINING TO STAFF WHO DIDNT SEEM TO BE IN CONTROL OF THE SITUATION. ASKED TO BE MOVED BUT ONLY ROOM AVAILABLE WAS ON SAME FLOOR AS UNCONTROLLABLE COACH PARTY OF 50 TEENAGERS. FOUND HAIRS ON PILLOW.(NOT OURS) BATHROOM SMELLED OF STALE URINE. WIFI EXTREMELY SLOW. NEEDED TO BE A SHUTTLE PILOT TO WORK TV. NOT ENOUGH SEATING AT BREAKFAST. BATHROOM TAP SPURTED COLD WATER ALL OVER SURFACE WHEN TURNED ON FULLY. REFRIGERATOR WAS SWITCHED OFF. TOILET ROLL HOLDER RUSTY. NO IRONS AVAILABLE.
Trees all around the hotel, good breakfast
Wifi was not working at all and we got awaked by slamming doors from very early in the morning.
Excellent hotel to stay...stayed only one night while going to Grand Canyon South rim....GREAT breakfast and good value for money...
