The staff was nice and accommodating. However, they placed myself and my daughter on a smoking floor.
From the malodorous smell of marijuana in the hallways to the noxious odor in the bathroom that turned out to be black mold, this facility was uncomfortable and toxic to say the least.
Clean and comfortable
They are completing upgrades, but it was not a detriment.
The fact that my account was charged twice for a one night stay $256.31.
Smoking and non smoking rooms on same floor Fridge not working
I did like the location it was overall close to everything and away from the busiest atl traffic.
When we arrived there was this awful smell in the lobby like fingernail polish remover. The bathrooms were not clean spots on wall toilet was nasty. Spots on wall in bedroom and no comforter for the bed. I had to listen to the people on the second floor walk all night which sound like they were coming through the ceiling at any time. Complained to front desk they said the people would only be there one night and they would not put anyone else above us. The next night same thing i complained only to be told noone was up there. I finally let the guy come into our room to listen. He says he went up there and noone was there. They ended up moving us to another room. When i checked out another staff told me they did put someone in that room. He probably was the nicest and most helpful.
Nothing at all.
Where to start? This is an old, run down hotel that needs to be demolished. The AC did not work, they sent a guy in who only looked at it (and when I say looked at it that was it). He did not fix it; he did nothing to it. He just walked out and did not offer a different room. The room was dirty, the hole in the wall that they patched was not painted over, the halls and room both smelled like cigarettes and weed (not the legal kind), and the indoor pool was cold. The preview pictures were not accurate at all. This hotel was not worth my money or time. I feel like I would have had a better stay in my car, but I had a 2 year old with me.
The location of the hotel and the staff
The size of the "little room" I received and the noise and level of the neighbors; especially directly above my room and in the hallway.
The area the staff I give a thumbs up
Bed flips up at bottom.
The staff was friendly and courteous, the room was nice and clean, and the pool was clean as well.
The only negatives were the stains in the carpet and on the ironing board liner.
Not enough parking
The staff was very kind and I love the location of the place. Was very quiet each time I have visited.
My bed sorta flipped up at bottom. The air conditioner blows under curtain. Refrigerator rocks and couldn't take a bubble bath. Found bottle of gin in refrigerator.
Everything. From the service to the peace of mind.
I had to go to the first floor for everything
Nothing to like.
Dirty, crowded, no chair at desk or any room for a chair. Bathroom disgusting. Bed uncomfortable, flat pillows. TV only showed TNT. Remote did not work. Breakfast sparse. The worst facility of our 7 day trip using 5 hotels.
The bathroom light did not work. The room smelled like mildew. The refrigerator did not stay cold and it rocked in the case they had it in. The people that hung out out front made it seem like a rooming house. Staying here was the worst decision EVER!!!!
Location was good and the staff was friendly and helpful
The building was a little old and in need of minor repairs
The rooms was very small;
The bathroom was not clean (used towel and soap left in there). The staff was not very accommodating of my requests for information and late check out.
The room had a horrible stench to it, the bed was very hard and the pillows were lumpy and small, what little bit of sleep I got I got up and my back was in so much pain and no I don't have back problems and I could barely move my neck. When we arrived they did not have the type of room we booked so we got stuck in the only room they had left, if I had enough time to look for another hotel I would have. In the middle of the night we were awoken by someone trying to get in our room, you could hear all the footsteps on the 2nd floor and the vending and laundry were right there next to our room as well so needless to say it was very noisy. Then the room adjoining ours the people were fighting and cussing one another out, the pool was very small and not heated as in there description, the hotel looks nothing like in the photos in this website. They also blamed booking.Com for us not having the room for us and told me I should have called them directly because booking only saved me $5.00. There was no coffee pot in the room, the machine was there but no pot, you could not control the temp of the refrigerator. I did mention as I was checking out what a horrible stay this was and that we would not recommend them to anyone and they just did not seem to be bothered by any of it, I also went to the front desk and told them they may want to check on the people in the adjoining room to make sure no one was getting hurt or worse because they were fighting so bad and they just ignored all of it. Please do yourself a favor and find a different hotel to stay at.
I liked the customer service I received from the front desk clerk. She tried really hard to help us get to our destination in the city.
I did not like the fact that the hotel us undergoing construction during our stay.
I was able to check-in when I first arrived because of Ashworth College Graduation.
no Microwave or Refrigerator in room.
Hotel was having some upgrading done in the lobby and it was a mess but the staff did there best to provide breakfast for us. Nice effort.
No stopper in the sink or tub, sheets were a tad dingy and worn.
The room was dark. Could not eat breakfast there ad promised due to renovations. The lobby area was messed up. The room smelled. The bathroom floor was dirty.
Staff was pleasant, polite and helpful.
Construction in progress. The pool was extremely over chlorinated. One of my grandson's eyes hurt so bad he cried.
bed was comfortable.
The room smelled like mildew was moved to another room per my request and that room smelled also. Not clear on no show policy, called in advance to report was traveling would be in late, wasn't made aware that their was a time cut-off. Hair was in the bed. Television remote needed batteries, could not change station initially. was not a comforting stay. hotel was under renovation in the lobby area so it wasn't eye appealing. not good at all!
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.WiFi was good.
Room was dirty, especially carpet, shower and bed comforter had burn holes in it.Walls looked way past due for a paint job.Electrical outlets did not have covers. Looked like something you would expect in a 3rd world country. VERY disappointed.
