Nothing to like.
Dirty, crowded, no chair at desk or any room for a chair. Bathroom disgusting. Bed uncomfortable, flat pillows. TV only showed TNT. Remote did not work. Breakfast sparse. The worst facility of our 7 day trip using 5 hotels.
Location was good and the staff was friendly and helpful
The building was a little old and in need of minor repairs
The rooms was very small;
The bathroom was not clean (used towel and soap left in there). The staff was not very accommodating of my requests for information and late check out.
The room had a horrible stench to it, the bed was very hard and the pillows were lumpy and small, what little bit of sleep I got I got up and my back was in so much pain and no I don't have back problems and I could barely move my neck. When we arrived they did not have the type of room we booked so we got stuck in the only room they had left, if I had enough time to look for another hotel I would have. In the middle of the night we were awoken by someone trying to get in our room, you could hear all the footsteps on the 2nd floor and the vending and laundry were right there next to our room as well so needless to say it was very noisy. Then the room adjoining ours the people were fighting and cussing one another out, the pool was very small and not heated as in there description, the hotel looks nothing like in the photos in this website. They also blamed booking.Com for us not having the room for us and told me I should have called them directly because booking only saved me $5.00. There was no coffee pot in the room, the machine was there but no pot, you could not control the temp of the refrigerator. I did mention as I was checking out what a horrible stay this was and that we would not recommend them to anyone and they just did not seem to be bothered by any of it, I also went to the front desk and told them they may want to check on the people in the adjoining room to make sure no one was getting hurt or worse because they were fighting so bad and they just ignored all of it. Please do yourself a favor and find a different hotel to stay at.
I liked the customer service I received from the front desk clerk. She tried really hard to help us get to our destination in the city.
I did not like the fact that the hotel us undergoing construction during our stay.
I was able to check-in when I first arrived because of Ashworth College Graduation.
no Microwave or Refrigerator in room.
Hotel was having some upgrading done in the lobby and it was a mess but the staff did there best to provide breakfast for us. Nice effort.
No stopper in the sink or tub, sheets were a tad dingy and worn.
The room was dark. Could not eat breakfast there ad promised due to renovations. The lobby area was messed up. The room smelled. The bathroom floor was dirty.
Staff was pleasant, polite and helpful.
Construction in progress. The pool was extremely over chlorinated. One of my grandson's eyes hurt so bad he cried.
bed was comfortable.
The room smelled like mildew was moved to another room per my request and that room smelled also. Not clear on no show policy, called in advance to report was traveling would be in late, wasn't made aware that their was a time cut-off. Hair was in the bed. Television remote needed batteries, could not change station initially. was not a comforting stay. hotel was under renovation in the lobby area so it wasn't eye appealing. not good at all!
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.WiFi was good.
Room was dirty, especially carpet, shower and bed comforter had burn holes in it.Walls looked way past due for a paint job.Electrical outlets did not have covers. Looked like something you would expect in a 3rd world country. VERY disappointed.
The guy at front desk had a great personality...they actually changed sheets...wasn't very noisy...had WiFi
outdated... smelly carpet...thin comforter
Excellent reception, kind staff, and good amenity
Some bathroom ware is kinda worn, but it's just the outlook, it still work well.
Bed linens were aweful. Cheap shampoo.
Holes in ceiling and bathroom door. Heavy cleaning smells trying to cover heavy bad smells.
close to highway
very old and worn out - lots of babies crying down the hallway. Construction going on in the lobby only, seems like they can invest some money in the rooms and linen - no place to eat the meager breakfast.
Stayed on the 1st floor, I did not sleep well at all since I can hear the movement of people on the 2nd floor.
Paid 101 for a water smelling room, the bottom floor was dusty do to renovation.
The location is ok.
Wifi is bad and they didn't provide the username and password. Everything in room looks old. Overpriced.
Breakfast service in NG
Wi-Fi, parking, nice room for this price
Hotel name is not visible from the road. We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights but payment was for 3 nights. We said about it at the reception and after third reminder money for extra night came back to us. Advice: Always check how much money is removed from your card! We didn't do it at once because it was late night and we were tired after a long flight.
Staff, breakfast, and the room were all nice
Can hear a lot through the walls/doors
Everything was perfect, and it's a good location.
Wifi wasnt great, but no big deal, was enough for basic communication.
