Only location They said that Booking.com never pay them and I had to pay them again by another credit card. I do not Know if I was charged twice for the room, cause I do not have statements from both cards yet. The mattresses and the pillows are poor quality.

I liked the pool area the beach area and the room was nice and clean over all good from bad I feel this was a nice place. I did not like the way the housekeeping keep coming in the room one did not even knock. And I did not like the parking extra or extra charges for other things it would be better to raise the price and have everything included I feel like their were hidden charges.

The staff were excellent! We were able to get an ocean front room on the fourth floor with a great view of the ocean. The lady @ the Tiki bar makes a very stiff drink! (Be careful) Beach chairs and towels come with the fee of the room so dont pay for them. There were a lot of french there. Not many americans. But they were all nice.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Loved being close to the beach. Good value for Miami area and the place was full of people both days. Close to activities that we wanted to do. Very retro feeling, like something out of the 50's. Commode didn't work in the first room so we had to move later in the evening. Second room had more comfortable beds. Walls are a little thin so you could hear tvs and others talking in the next room, more as a din rather than outright noise.

Nothing. 200 USD pr. night for an old dirty hotel. Very very bad - Stay away !! . Not clean. The fridge smelled of dead fish.

Great location. There is a supermarket, pharmacy in front the hotel that makes the life easier. The staff is friendly. It is "beach foot". The cleaness is poor, there is a lot of noise from the bar late night in the bedroom facing it.

I disliked the service above all. They have maid service who speaks only creole. I tried to communicate in English, Spanish and French and was unable. The girl would walk into the room without even knocking. Bookings.com gave me a rate, and when I arrived they added all kinds of extras, parking, plus valet parking, plus resort, plus tax. Except for one of the managers, a girl at the front desk called Juliette and one of the valets called Diego, the rest was horrendous. If I were you I would take this hotel off my list. And the restaurant was just as bad.

My room had a view . Close to mall. The room wasent clean . THe bad was old . air conditioning to cold . didnt work to stop . we stay 4 days , they just change , no clean enough. Smel bed . The caferoom didnt work , not to people enough to atend. I asked to another blanket , they told me - we dont have ! ....bad

Staff were helpful & friendly. Minor problems were taken care of promptly. Room was large, clean and good value for money. Initial reception was quick and efficient with 2 'keys' automatically provided. Bill settlement arrangements fast. No free newspapers on week-ends or adequate tv program schedules provided on a daily basis.

Hotel is almost on the beach, with terraces and balconies facing ocean and pool. Lobby is nicely arranged. The shopping center is just around the corner. There are many posh, tall buildings around. The worst point about Thunderbird Days Inn is the working staff. We said “good evening” to Mrs. Beata Ryes at the front desk when we entered but there was no answer. “Lady” Beata was very unpleasant, she looked down on us and treated us as not as hotel guests but intruders and thieves. We had internet reservation, travelled in group and the company of one of us was going to pay for the room. We kindly asked for the bill for this person (who was actually staying there and paying with the credit card) and company name but Mrs. Beata informed us in a very disrespectful manner that it is impossible and illegal (!!!). We were very surprised and thought that it was a kind of misunderstanding. On the last day during the check out Andre was in the lobby and he was even worse. When we asked again he started yelling at us. Can you imagine that you are customer willing to pay for this kind of service?!? He used sentences as follows: “you had it already explained, do not talk to me because I am not talking to you”.. He did not allow us to explain anything. Then person, who introduced himself as manager came and started in similar way: “Do not talk, you have to listen, you cannot come to the foreign country and impose your rules, Listen but do not talk”. During this monologues with Andre and manager any of us could not even say single sentence!!!! In 10 minutes we were not able to tell anything because we were yelled at…It was a nightmare, we felt as children scolded at school. Finally, when manager finished his monologue we could articulate what we wanted (add the name of the company in the invoice) and he said: ok this can be done and started to do something on pc. However, the name of company had not appear on the invoice when printed out… Manager disappeared and we stayed with Andre. He said that he finished with us and he will not do anything more and started to talk with other people.

Tiled floors, good bed and good location. Before going to the hotel had to be called to determine charges for incoming mail, and a woman told me that there would be no charge. There was a charge for each item, and not the sympathetic Alex told us so harshly. On the second day, they had taken all the towels from the room and did not return. Had to ask for towels twice a night. The final surprise was at checkout, after we left the room, sign the receipt at the front desk, I ask the valet the car, found the "friendly" Alex again, he handed me the car keys and told me to get even! If you want to be treated like a human, do not go to this hotel!
