Hotel De Anza  

Very comfortable cosy hotel unlike many business hotels around there where no one cares about you and people come and go all the time.

The room was not that big for the price

Resaurtant stopped breakfast at 10am too early. Front desk staff was rude. Mini bar key did not work.

I loved the location! So close to great food, great bars and Hp Pavilion. The bed was so comfortable. I loved that we could open the windows and let in the breeze the weather was gorgeous during our stay. in mid April.

This wasn't a major problem but while showering the water would get super hot. I am just assuming but maybe when someone flushed in another room, the hotel was built quite awhile ago so it's going to come with the territory.

We had tickets to the sharks game and decided to stay overnight. Great location. Nice rooms.

Tub is too high. Even with the warning in the shower that it is a big step down, still I almost fell.....and I'm not that old or out of shape. I think it would be difficult for elderly people to get in and out.

Location, location, location. Convenient to HP Pavilion and to any number of restaurants. Also, has a beautiful lounge.

The staff was accommodating and pleasant to talk to.

I purchased a stay at De Anza because I'm from San Jose and always loved the Jazz and environment. I think because I purchased a deal online, I ended up with amenities that didn't reflect what was written up on Orbitz. I paid $360 for a room that I could have paid less at another hotel. The room faced the street and was loud. Smoking from another room would make its way into my room. Frankly, I was disappointed by what value I got for my money. I probably won't do it again.

Rooms very big, huge comfortable bed.

Slightly disappointed in the bathroom, a little dated.

It's detail to cleanliness. Staff very helpful when we asked about the town and where things were. Room service was great.

Clean facilities and excellent location for the San Jose Jazz Festival.

Location was very convenient, room very comfortable with little extras such as shaving/make up mirror, extra TV in bathroom, windows that opened, good pillows, ample room for luggage, jug for water and great bathroom. It was a comfortable hotel room that made us feel at home. It didn't disappoint in any way. Staff very efficient and friendly. Great cocktails in the downstairs bar and we have never had a complimentary late night pantry which was wonderful and very generous.

Everything is great! Very organized, perfect locations, great staff, feels like home... I would definitely come back.

You can't beat the location! I'm not sure why some people gave this hotel average to poor reviews. The staff was very friendly and helpful around the clock. The room was cleaned immaculately every day. Restaurants, clubs, bars, tennis courts, and parks are all within blocks. The bathroom was huge and spacious which made for nice, long, relaxing bubble baths. I'm definitely staying here again on future trips to San Jose.

Comfortable bed, pantry is open all night for a late night snack (sandwiches and snacks). Excellent proximity to hp Pavillions and to downtown eateries. Free internet access was nice, but wasn't wireless - still nice to have with a laptop. The restaurant had an awesome breakfast buffet, worth the $15 they charged.

Hotel is histortic, which means older - but at least it was well maintained.

Photo sensor lights in the entry hall of the room. Could not get it to not go off. No gift shop.

Very comfortable room, spacious and very clean

If driving, the location iss convenient to the highway. It was within walking distance to a lively area with a variety of restaurants. And the bar was fun with live jazz.

they charge lots of money for extra bed, and pay attention to the price you are paying when checking out it is not the same as indicated in booking.com

部屋は広いし清潔。アメニティも十分用意してあって快適だった。スタッフも丁寧で申し分ありませんでした。- 夜遅く帰らなければならなかったので、夜食コーナーがあったのも嬉しい。クッキーと果物程度かと思っていた- ら、ちゃんとハムやレタスも用意してありしっかりとしたサンドイッチが作れました。

理由はわかりませんが、free wifiに繋がらなかったのが残念。
