This historic New Orleans hotel was built in a refurbished bank and still features some of the original vault doors. It is less than a 15-minute walk from the French Quarter.

The only negative thing we had to say about the place was the pool could really use some work and parking is something you have to look for.
The room was large enough to hold our party of six comfortably. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful
Elevator was somewhat defunct
I loved this hotel, it's not fancy but it is comfortable and the staff was very friendly
Close to everything also very big an nice
Ran out of hot water and towels, but front desk was very generous and provided more!
The location was awesome, quiet, balcony, plenty of room for 6 women!
older hotel that needs basic remodeling in bathroom, kitchen, elevators and hallways. little pricey
friendly staff and excellent location
Remodeling is needed. Windows don't cancel out noice at all. Walls too thin. Need big refrigerators. Elevator need to be fixed.
That the patio was under construction
Everything was wonderful
The manager is not very accommodating and do not complain about anything being wrong because she won't burve you. The pool was drained and the rooftop patio was closed. No hotel parking; the lot next to the hotel charges 30.00 per night. Don't ask her about that either.
No TV in bedroom
Dark and dungeon like room, no natural light. No Internet service in room Lobby only. Not very good mobile/cell phone service in room. Other patrons seemed satisfied on upper floors
Location & Staff
Only minus was you could see where housekeeping dusted around things. Also the walls are really thin! LOL
We were close to everything - French Quarter, Riverwalk and the casino. Staff was friendly and helpful. Suite was awesome and much better than staying in a cramped hotel room.
The location of the shower head wasn't placed in a very good location. With the huge whirl pool the step was in the way, I tried adjusting the shower head to spray further away, but being 5'7 it only hit my mid back. Our room was located right off the outside pool area and other patrons were out there early morning and it sounded like they we're sitting on the love seat right next to me on the pull out couch.
The location was great! Couldn't hear any noise from the streets! We got there at noon and we were able to check in.
This was close to the French Quarter and Harrahs. We were off season and the price was great for a 3 bedroom place. Clean, comfortable and great staff
Room dark No hot water one evening
Front desk assistance Space
The wifi did not reach our room
The room was amazing and I would get it again if I were to travel down there a second time.
I love the fact that everything was within walking distance.. Staff was friendly and helpful.. Good parking... Would recommend this hotel to anyone...
Location, location, location
We had a great stay. It was perfect for the four of us. This is the third time I have stayed here and will stay there again.
The dirtyarea by steps and roof patio was closed
The character of the building
The front desk could have been more friendly she was not making any conversation
Well first of all I was excepting much less. The rooms are actually suites and very roomy. I had a room next to the street on the first floor and it was really nice seeing the parade from our room.
Parking and the fact that my car got towed because of the parade ...staff didn't advise us of parade on Sunday all she said was meter was free on Sundays ... There should be parking info posted to let tourists know when and where not to park
Wifi just a bit slow
Lots of room & 2 bathrooms, great for a party of 6 traveling together!
The elevator was a little scary. Lol. It needs some maintenance done to it. Other then that, awesome place amd close to the casino, frenchmans market, and.Bourbon !st
This was an excellent hotel. We stay 2 nights for $298, split between a group of friends. This was more like a 2 bedroom apartment rather than a hotel!! Yes 2 seperate private bedrooms, living room, dining table, full kitchen with toaster, pots n pans, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, fridge, stove, microwave. If I knew they had the little stuff then I wouldn't of packed my bender n throw away plates! They had everything!! And let me tell u, they didnt have a regular bath tub. This was more like a huge round hot tub that would for 4-6 ppl!!! It also had a shower in it. A seperate area from the bathroom for the ladies to get dresses, do make up, and hair infront of a huge mirror. They even had a blow dryer to use. I highly recommend this place!!
Room like closet with no window refrigerator not working
Location and staff
The fact that the parking lot I parked in wasnt part of the hotel like I thought it was. When we got ready to leave it was a boot on the car
