Hotel de Point    

The hotel was really nice and clean. I liked the huge bed and the flat screen TV. Classy hotel. Close to the airport and the view from the rooftop is nice.

It would be hard to go out to leave at night on the weekends because the parking lot would be full but other than that, it was great!

We like that its new and the staff is very kind and helpful.

The room had a smell to it.Like mold and smoke. We know its a smoke free hotel. But we always seem to smell that.

I thought the total was 149 but the total was 173 a little miss leading

The staff was outstanding. The front desk manager met me herself at the LaGuardia airport acompying the shuttle driver. Very impressive customer service. Everyone was polite and courteous. I would recomend it to everyone.

No toothbrush inside room

Fast check in amd checkout and the shuttle bus to the subway. Clean

the shuttle times on the sign need updating. you all have 1/2 hour runs. but end upbeing hour runs please change the sign outdoors to the available pickup times

I liked the staff and the amount there was to do in the hotel itself

I didn't like that I was led to believe the hotel had a indoor swimming pool which was the main reason for my booking there and that was not the case when I arrived.

The design and interior of the room

The front desk is accessible by lift (on the second floor) only. The breakfast pastries (croissants, danish) seemed to be a few days old

It was too cold at night although we had turned on the heater. Will appreciate if theu could provide warm comforter with the roll away beds

Friendly staff. Decor of room was excellent. Convenience of other things to do right connected to Hotel. Great atmosphere!

The only thing I didn't like was that they couldn't serve alcohol yet cause they didn't have their license yet cause they were so new. Hopefully when I come back they will have it then.

would never stay here again staff is clueless,no parking for guest even when i asked they said plenty of parking,they did not tell you the stores also use the parking

I loved that there was pretty much anything you would need in the building. It's trendy & hip, clean and offers many conveniences.

I was unable to use the free wifi in my room (nor was anyone else from our group) and had to go to the lobby area to connect. Despite several calls, the front desk claimed "they don't usually have problems" even though of our 3 rooms, no one was able to connect from one. It never got resolved over a 4 night stay nor did it seem important for the staff to do so. The subway is not within walking distance but other then that, it was a great place to stay and I would definitely go back. Nothing is perfect, right? (Even though I think they might want to try a little harder as it is really a great facility and they should want to strive for that on all facets)

The hotel is open for business less than a week according to the staff so some of the services like breakfast are not in place yet. But the room is very clean and the staff are super nice.

The hotel room is decorated in modern style but I wish they use some nice dark curtains instead of mini-blinds. The sun comes in the room very early in the morning.

Su ubicación, muy tranquilo, para descansar. La limpieza. Personal de la recepción amable. Muy seguro.

Publicidad engañosa. Ofrecían piscina gratis y esta no estaba disponible para los que nos hospedábamos. Se tenía que pagar. Al gym, podías acceder pero se encontraba como a 15 cuadras del hotel. El estacionamiento si bien es gratis, también es incómodo porque es público y abierto. A veces no había donde estacionar.

Las instalaciones son nuevas o por lo menos parece y el diseño diseño es muy moderno y se ve siempre limpio muy aseado, la vista es bonita y tiene facilidad en el transporte publico, tambien tiene parqueadero gratuito sin costo.

El personal de la recepción es poco atento, el desayuno es escaso y poco variado, nos cobraron por llamadas a larga distancia aún cuando las hicimos con tarjeta prepago y al momento de reclamar no hubo nada que hacer. No se comunican con sus huéspedes para informar como utilizar los otros servicios que tiene el hotel.

Chambre très confortable

Climatisation fait trop de bruit pour pouvoir dormir ! (Boules quies ,indispensable) .trop long et compliqué de rejoindre manathan .

L'intérieur de la chambre neuve était impeccable. Navette pour le US Open. Cette navette devrait servir à plusieurs destinations comme le métro, l'aéroport, le centre ville de NY et autre attraits vue la situation géographique de l’hôtel.

Hotel en fin de construction, donc aucun service aux chambres et tous les restaurant fermés, ils nous on donné des pamphlets de restaurant pour livraison! Internet d'une lenteur incroyable. Employer de soir à la réception pas très accueillant. Hotel situé dans une zone industriel pas très rassurante. L'an prochain, assurément, beaucoup mieux.
