location was great valet parking was expensive and our car was delivered to us covered in bird guano. The valet gave a half-hearted effort at cleaning the car. |

Lovely clean rooms. Huge pool area,huge hot tub, great access to the beach. Fantastic view from room. Would recommend to a friend Pool wasn't very clean |

It was very relaxing. It was close to some good seafood retaurants (like FiFi's) and the beach access was awesome. I thought they could of offered a breakfast option included in the room costs. |

Francisca (guest relations) upgraded me for the last two nights to a ocean view, otherwise we would not have stayed. We did not like the hotel. The hotel was boring, the jacuzzi was not working when we arrived, when it worked, the jets for your back don't work. The pool pump was broken on our third day and closed for our last two days.The Tiki bar was boring; the hotel food menu was boring. The staff was not friendly with the exeptions of consierge and Francisca. |

Jeg likte det overhode ikke. Ble kjempe skuffet over rommet og parkerings opplegget var et stort mareritt! Sjekket ut dagen etter at vi kom. Hotellet ligger i ingenmanns land. Oppussing!! |

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis des Frühstückangebots Das Hotel hat mit Sicherheit seine besten Zeiten schon lange hinter sich. Die komplette Anlage ist schon sehr heruntergekommen und Renovierungsarbeiten finden beim ganz normalen Hotelbetrieb statt. Ab 8.00 Uhr ist auf Grund des Lärms die Nacht vorbei. Selbst am Pool wurden bei unserem Aufenthalt Platten vom Dach in den Poolbereich geworfen und wir mußten unseren Liegen wechseln. Der Zustand des Pools ist auch sehr schlecht. Die Farbe blättert überall ab und auf der Wasseroberfläche schwimmt eine Schmutzschicht. |

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ein grosses Problem ist die Liftkapazität: teilweise musste mehr als 15 Minuten auf einen freien Lift gewartet werden. |

dié Lage Wir haben das Hotel nach zwei Nächten, in denen wir einer in dieser Art und Weise noch nie erlebten Lärmbelästigung ausgesetzt waren, vorzeitig verlassen. Wir hatten dieses beim Servicepersonal reklamiert um 23:00 und um 2.00 nachts - beide Male wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass man an diesem Lärm nichts ändern könnte. Wir wurden aufgefordert ein Beschwerdeformular auszufüllen, man würde uns dann für den entstandenen Schaden (Verlust von zwei Urlaubstagen durch schlaflose Nächte) entsprechend entschädigen. Wir haben aber nichts mehr gehört.Der Pool und die Aussenanlagen waren zudem ziemlich verdreckt. |

Groot zwembad, ligging vlakbij het strand. Kamer was vrij groot met zeezicht. Mogelijkheid koffie te zetten. Hotel was gedateerd, oude kamers en oud sanitair. De receptionist was weinig efficiënt. We hebben 50 USD extra betaald om vroeger in te checken. Het was er zeer rumoerig en druk maar we waren daar net op "memorial day". |

Enfrente del hotel hay un supermercado que abre las 24 horas (Wallgreens), tienen de todo. También alrededor de la zona hay varios restaurantes, mcdonald's,dunkin donuts, subway, pizza hut y tambien restaurante Manolo's (made in Spain) la misma calle del hotel Collins Av., saliendo del hotel a la drcha a unos 10 minutos andando, se come bastante bien y no muy caro. El mobiliario de las habitaciones es bastante viejo, la fachada del hotel necesita una buena reforma, le falta balcón en la habitación (hay cristalera que no se puede ni abrir), está lejos de la zona de ambiente (Ocean Dr) a 4 millas ( 6 km). |
