almost everything. The room was clean, quiet and well furnished.

The alarm clock didn't work but the wake-up call was right on time.

The room was stylish and comfortable and totally what we had been looking for.

Location was great. Staff was wonderful. Good parking. Quite room.

Carpet outside room had a smell of chemicals. NO WATER IN VENDING MACHINE. NEEDED EXTRA BLANKET. NO SENIOR DISCOUNT OR MILITARY DISCOUNT.

The bed was very comfortable.

The pass keys were hard to make work in the elevator. Everyone I rode the elevator with reported the same problems.

Close to University so we could walk to it

Restaurant expensive for amount of food you didn't get.

Walking distance to University of Washington. Clean and comfortable. Parking availability in the U district

I like the proximity of some fairly priced fabulous restaurants, also I liked it being one block off University Ave. The shuttle was handy and the front desk was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. It really is a beautiful hotel.

This is a very minor thing, but the TV could have had more channels available. If I didn't have to spend alot of time in bed I'm sure it wouldn't have bothered me.

The location

Felt like I have stayed in nicer rooms in a best western hotel for a third of the price I was charged here. We were there for a anniversary weekend and I was expecting much better based on the price I paid. We were also woke up by the maids loudly cleaning the room directly accross the hall at 7:30 on a Sunday morning.

Close to UW. We could find restaurant easily. Very good location.

I wanted fresh air. But I could not open the windows. It was locked by the pin.

The staff were very friendly, the room comfortable and very spacious. Easy access to stores and the University district, a bit pricey but that seems to be the norm in Seatlle.

I liked the location and the parking.

Every detail was well-selected and designed, from the music in the lobby, to the pedestal sinks in the bathrooms, without appearing fussy or staid. Our room, while cozy, was perfect for two, and the view of the Space Needle and surrounding University District were splendid.

Rude staff, room phone did not work, requested a specific item due to disability and did not receive it, website makes rooms look bigger then they are, small bathroom with a filthy toilet. Horrible visit and will never stay again.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced and a short cab ride away from a few great areas of Seattle.

I was under the impression I booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. However upon arrival they advised us according to the system I had booked 2 rooms with 1 king bed. They were able to change one room to 2 queens, however had no additional queen bed rooms available for our 2nd room. A bit of an inconvenience. Not sure where the misunderstanding took place on that one.

Tv did not work. They got the bill wrong and it took much too long to get fixed

The decor is gorgeous and the attention to detail amazing. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Rooms too noisy. You can hear people in the next room if your room has an joining door. Also you can hear people upstairs through the vents. I greatly value quietness and this was not the case

Very near to the University of Washington. Many restaurants nearby.

No easy public transport to downtown. Couch in the room was not very clean. My booking informed that microwave will be available in room, but when I reached hotel I got to know that it can be made available on request.

The location was good for visiting the U. area, Ballard and Capitol Hill, which were our goals. We liked the look of the room versus what we normally would find in a hotel room. Great looking lobby too. Friendly & helpful staff. We borrowed a couple of DVDs; that was nice. And back on the room, we had a wonderful view out of our 7th floor room, looking straight at the Space Needle.

The noise level from the traffic on the street was rather intense. Saturday night, our last night there, there seemed to be two rooms (1 on each side of us) that were partying together. We finally called the desk at 3:00 a.m. and the noise did stop. The walls are very "thin". We understand you have no control over this until you hear of the problem. You could make a more pronounced (noticeable) statement somewhere on a card in the room that guests are expected to be considerate. Also, there was no indication about where to put materials to be recycled. Why not have some sort of decorative bin in the room that says "recycling" where people could put newspapers etc.? Also, a sustainability statement in the room somewhere. I had no way of knowing what H. Deca does to be more eco-friendly. And one more suggestion - how about 2 chairs in the room that are comfy to sit in, rather than 1? There was room for 2 in our room.

Buscabamos un hotel cerca de la Universidad y este está al lado. Ahora bien si se quiere ir al centro esta alejado. Aun asi hay autobuses rapidos que te llevan en 10 mn. El hotel es moderno y bonito con habitaciones comodas.

En general me ha gustado todo. Solo el baño un poco pequeño para dos personas
