The room had a musty smell to it but it wasn’t too bad and got a little bit better after the air conditioner ran for a while. It’s not a 4 star hotel but it was perfect for our stay the bed pillows are just a little too thick puts your head and neck in a bad position. The tiki bar was a lot of fun pool was clean and water was good

Had no problem with the room, but it was very basic as expected. The free breakfast was ok. There's a vending machine off the main hallway but it was empty. The location was convenient for my needs. Had no problem getting food delivered via Doordash. There was a large metal wall (it may have been a portable dumpster) blocking the view from my window but I actually liked this as it gave me more privacy.

It was an overnight stay on the way to somewhere else... Not much to say. It was Microtel, so the room was small. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. But, again, it was just a short stay on the way to somewhere else. We ate at 360 Burgers... great food and my wife loved her shake.

Helpful staff; clean, quiet rooms; very good pricing through Booking.com
Not so much: carpeting needs replaced, small bathroom counter, no hair dryer or bathroom heat lamp, unremarkable 'breakfast' ... great if you like bagels, roast, waffles or cereal ... no meats, not eggs, etc.. From what I could tell, it's the same every day.
Breakfast at Denny's close by was a much better choice.
For the price through Booking.com, this can be a very good choice.

Our stay at Fairfield, Cambridge was the best!
Our stay at Fairfield, Cambridge was the best!
We stayed at three other hotels during our trip, and none of the other hotels came up to your quality.
We would recommend eating at The Forum, in Cambridge. We had a lovely meal there.

Pool, no water. Looked like a dump!
Pool, no water. Looked like a dump! Lobby had employees’ child laying on couch for customers. Duck tape holding up wallpaper in bathroom. Shower had tiles actually falling off! Hair ( the kind you don’t want to find on toilet. Coffee maker was actually IN the bathroom, and to plug in you had to move INTO the sick on vanity! Who puts a coffee pot IN the bathroom?? The ONLY chair in the room was a terribly ripped office chair, can’t imagine what was in that! Garbage back that stayed outside our door the entire time! And as you drove to your room there were 2 employees ( with NO gloves on ) cleaning a toilet with bleach IN the grass, wow classy!! Did I mention the Indian lady who had a large garden IN the parking lot? How dirty it was, I was actually afraid to sleep in bed for fear of bedbugs! And look what I got! I have NO clue how you can charge someone for that MESS! I want my money back!! STAY AWAY!!!

We went to research genealogy, and Cambridge has an excellent genealogical Society. We loved Ladders Coffee Bar, Kennedy’s Bakery, and Wally’s Pizza, Georgetown Vineyards, and cute downtown shops. We ate at Bob Evans and Cracker Barrel.

I loved historic Cambridge, had some cute stores.
I loved historic Cambridge, had some cute stores. I especially liked Black Cat Vintage. We were visiting from out of state for the annual Cambridge Car Cruise in. Enjoyed food from the Bear Den Steakhouse as well as Chealsea's place. There were many choices to eat and we had trouble deciding on where to eat. Cute town!
The location was great - just off the freeway. Free parking! The bed linen and towels were clean, the bathroom was also very clean, checkin and checkout were smooth, the receptionist was friendly and efficient, the breakfast was standard (i.e. nothing to write home about): bagels and cream cheese, hardboiled eggs, cereal, soymilk and regular milk, bags of oatmeal, tea, coffee orange juice. Average hotel fare. Overall it's an ok and affordable stay to break a long drive.
Absolutely nothing!!! This was the most disgusting place that I have ever walked into. There was urine on the bathroom walls. Filthy sheets and blankets. hair in the sink, and the mirror hadn't been cleaned in forever. The lampshade looked like it had been dragged through a dirty puddle. No toilet paper We were so disgusted that we asked for a refund and ended up staying at the Baymont. I think that Booking needs to remove this hotel from thier site as an option.
When we arrived the cleaning staff was not finished with all rooms so had to take what was available. Also website says $15 extra for pets, but when arrived was charged $50 a night extra for both pets. Their explanation was people have not cleaned up after there pet so they have to charge extra. With no bags availavle in the pet walking area I see why people ha e not cleaned up. Neither has the hotel.
Breakfast not that good. Ran out of some things, students came in & a man brought more food out for them. An elderly couple came in & she ended up with cold cereal & a yogurt. I ate a waffle, that did not completely cook, a bit of gravy & a cup of terrible decaf coffee. My husband ate eggs that were ok, a waffle, similar to mine. His coffee was ok. Not the worst hotel breakfast we have had.
The rooms at this hotel were terrible. They were dirty. The floors are dirty. The floors under the linoleum on the floor was rotted out. The toilets were not connected to the floor. The bathtub knobs were completely off the bathtub. It was generally a terrible terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The bed was absolutely comfortable. Fluffy big pillows that you could sink into. Right off the highway. Breakfast was great. We used the hot tub for maybe 20 minutes. It was very hot and couldn't really enjoy it. No jets. Did not try the pool. Hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly. Recommend and would stay again.
I have an issue with the front desk clerk having to do breakfast and service the front desk.
We had to wait to check out while she was busy cooking. The owner of the hotel is abusing her by having her do 2 jobs for the pay of one job.hire a cook so that we don't have to wait
I found the bed to be very comfortable. Also as an older client I found the grab bars and the anti-slip mat in the show to be very useful. I think all hotels should have the grab bars. That alone will cause me to stop there when I am traveling through Cambridge.
Just off the interstate and convenient to restaurants, this hotel is a quite nice and built adjacent to a scenic hill. The parking lot is large enough to accommodate a truck and boat. I've stayed here previously and will again.
The hotel provided excellent value and far exceeded our expectations in all categories for the $80-$90 dollar per night range compared to other hotel/motels we stayed in previously.
