Very dirty, floor in the bedroom and bathroom didn't get clean from the night before. The front desk clerk had to clean our room ( on the 3rd floor ), we and some other guests waited more than 15 minutes to check in while the front desk was unattended! Coffee pot didn't get empty out, dead bugs behind the beds.

When we got there we were given a dirty room. The front desk guy changed our room and the room he gave us next was dusty but we accepted it. The breakfast was so bad that I ended up going to McDonalds.There was no coffee, there was no milk for the cereal, you had to make your own waffles with a waffel maker. There was no Pam for the waffel maker. When my friend went down, there was coffee but it had grounds in it. She went to get a bagel and some cream cheese, only to discover (after opening 3 of them) that the cream cheese was spoiled. She ate her bagel and while she was there the man came to clean up and walked in from whatever he had been doing previously, grabbed the breads and put them back into the loafs with his unclean bare hands. When we went to go check out we waited for at least 10 minutes for the desk clerk to get there to check us out, the file folder that they keep guest information in was on the desk and open for everyone to see. When we asked him about that, he became hostile and very rude. I was so mad. This hotel ruined our whole weekend!!!

Nothing! It needs updating and is unerstaffed! The staff did not say there would be a $25.00 fee to check out at 3pm! I checked in at 3pm and should be able to check out by 3pm the following day w/out being charged!

Low quality with the high price. Breakfast was terrible and there was nothing what I could eat or drink. First and last time I will stay in that place.
