Located on the beach!

Exterior door to room had about an inch of open space at the bottom. Only a few rooms have a microwave

I liked that it was at the beach and was convenient to all the sites.

Yes, the hotel while very inexpensive, did not really focus on customer service. I had booked a king room, but at last minute a friend wanted to go, so I called the hotel and they were so unhelpful, even though I knew I had booked the king, I just wanted them to know that if someone else really wants a king and has a double, we'd be willing to swithc. They were all mouthy and saying, we are sold out. "Listen" to me, I am not complaning and not requesting, just offfering.Then when I got to room, air conditioner was broken and it was a hot day, and at 10pm at night it was 80 in the room. I called front desk and they said, "oh, that room air conditioner was broken ysterday." And you sold me the room, and so I said, well we have no option, so do you have a fan .They brought it up, they were very nice,but didn't make the room cool. I went to desk next morning and said, can you give us some compensation for the uncomfortable night. They didn'T. They said to call you, which I emailed you about on Sunday. Please give us some satisfaction, the ignoring us is worse than the hot room.

Location

Upon requesting a booking for a future trip with 2 small children and staying in the same room I had this visit, I was disappointed to learn that they could not accommodate putting a roll-away bed in this room because it was on the second level of the hotel!
