Staff were very accommodating - let us check in early Free breakfast was yummy Room was clean and bed was comfortable Location is pretty close to Old City - just a walk under the overpass
Could hear people in hallway, door didn't seem thick enough Loud traffic noises were audible Air conditioner was really loud and sounded like it was on its way out
Courtesy shuttle, gets you almost anywhere. Also within walking distance of places too. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Being on the west side was very loud with interstate road traffic. I don't know if the east side was quieter, but my wife and I wore ear plugs to sleep.
Location and helpfulness of the staff Thank you so much!!!!
Interstate noise - but the positive out scores the negative
On websit said was a shuttle. Was niot clear that it. Was not an airport shuttle
Location, parking, shuttle service and breakfast is why we chose this hotel. Staff were very helpful and kind. Our room had a nice view of the river and we were just a short walk to harbor park and the old city.
Noise from the highway.
Friendly and efficient staff, clean rooms and a good breakfast. Beds were comfortable, and room well equipped.
Room was noisy at times from others using plumbing. Tv did my work well at all.
Great staff, always friendly and helpful.
The fact that even if you are a paying guest you still have to pay for parking is rediculous.
closeness to Center city
The free breakfast
The breakfast should last until 11am
The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of food and variety.
The hotel is located next to a highway. Labor Day weekend had concerts each night after the clubs closed the party continued in the halls. Security had to be called.
the view was fabu.....
told that the group of wedding folks were not waiting for the bus transport - had we been told the truth, i.e. that we would not make it on the next shuttle bus, we would have hired the taxi sooner. Very noisy guests at hotel, even at breakfast at 6 am guys speaking very very loudly to each other. Way too noisy for us old ladies....
Very clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast and wi fi is a huge plus especially when travelling with a family. Located in Historic section about a 20 minute walk from the liberty bell and Philadelphia visitors center. Only thing missing was a pool. Very happy would definitely stay there again.
The view from our window was gorgeous. Overlooking the Delaware River made the experience in the room more relaxing. Tha breakfast was served in a nice space, with plenty of seating and ample sunlight. Room was comfortable...
I guess the "Express" refers to the later check-in and earlier check-out times. This made the experience a little more hectic than I would have liked, especially considering the scenic, relaxing location if the hotel
I liked the view of the water and the bridge.
The only things that I didn't like was the sheet on one of the beds were ripped, and that there were pills on the floor against the walls.
Perfect location, historic downtown within walking distance. Excellent service and comfort.
This hotel is in a very good location, it has a pick-up and drop-off shuttle service very helpful to reach any venues with great schedule. Breakfast is good but not various.
I'm not a big complainer, but when you buy souvenirs and a t-shirt, leaving them in a paper bag, which is yours!, in your room and the cleaning lady decides to pick your stuff...You must complain! What did the staff do?Nothing.I'm still disappointed.
Great location to visit the old town. close to restaurants. Nice view over the deleware river
Expensive over night parking. Breakfast OK but overcrowded due to limited space
staff wasn't very helpful elevators were always full and you had to wait a long time and the parking lot was over full and difficult to get out
We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was easy to get to and minutes from the pier. Very clean and comfortable will definately stay here again!
Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, staff was nice, including all the cleaning staff we ran into in the hallways.
Check in time of 4pm is simply too late. And we still had to wait for a room. It was a Sunday, this is not a casino. Check out was 11am, there should've been enough clean rooms to check us in on time. The breakfast was fine, but if you get there midday through, the eggs are gone and they are not replenished that I could see when I was there. They need more people helping on that when there's large crowds coming down at once.
The highway noise was incredibly loud in my room. And I had to pay $25 for parking but they didn't have enough space for me to park so the attendant had to hold on to my keys so he could shuffle my car around all night.
Nice hotel and good location
The restaurant is small so I had my breakfast standing because no chairs enough for all guests
Breakfast was good. Access to city center is good.
Not good sleep. Not well sealed windows makes a lot of noise inside the rooms.
When I first got there I took a shower, a very cold shower, and I do not think if you are paying to stay the night there you should have to pay to park
