the staff was friendly the lobby area/breakfast area very nice
the location. Not a lot of restaurant choices. Tough when you do not have a car - nothing near by as far as variety of food options, convenient stores, etc. Too bad there was not a lounge or restaurant on premiss
Excellent breakfast Clean rooms Good location
Close a lot of hotspots
There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. The staff answered all of my questions I had and plus some. They was so friendly.
The staff were excellent and really helpful. The breakfast was the best I had in a six city business trip to the US.Also the position is good in relation to Downtown Philadelphia-about a 15 minute walk to the Liberty Bell area etc.
The real issue with this hotel is which side your room is. If you are on the side looking over the Delaware to Camden it is great-quiet and an atmosperic view of the river and the bridge. If you are on the other side you are right beside the Delaware Expressway and it is very noisy. Check which side your room is.I arrived quite late and was allocated a room on the expressway side-but the staff were really helpful in arranging for me to move for the following nights.
The rooms were comfortable and clean and the continental breakfast had a variety of food to pick from. There was plenty of seating, which is a big improvement over past years.
Our remote for the TV didn't change the channels. They should be checked to make sure they are working properly.
Good big beds Free breakfast Clean hotel rooms Good service Decent location
Loved that this location was right near my family but a situation arose and was unable to complete my trip. Have every intention of rebooking with them the place appeared to be well kept and the staff very capable.
The location was good, walking distance to the city. The breakfast was good. Whenever I called to get anything, they quickly sent it up to my room.
Our room was close to the highway so it was always loud. Luckily I was very tired my entire trip so I was able to go to sleep very easily.
Staff was SUPER accommodating. It was Philadelphia Marathon weekend and they gave us MAXIMUM flexibility to check out late.
Tight parking. Inconvenient location.
Excellent bathroom. Nice comfy bed. Good view from the room. Staff on reception were very helpful.
We stayed 3 nights. The room wasn't seen to by the maids at any point during our stay.
No bar or restaurant. Too close to main highways, very noisy.
Cosy and clean room, walking distance to important sights
Very packed breakfast room, too small for highly frequented breakfast
The staff was really friendly
The noise from the trains
The staff were very friendly and helpful The breakfast they offered was great nice variety of breadfast options. the bed was very comfy would highly recomend this hotel
I like the following things: Room Facilities - very good cleanliness- good Good value for money . Free transport service to go to nearby tourist spots and very good morning breakfast. Very kind people in the Help desk.
Slightly far away from the airport. Near to the highways
The hotel was within walking distance of historical landmarks, although there is only one way to get to and from the hotel on foot due to the major highway separating the hotel from the city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection and the eating space was adequate to handle numerous guests.
Even though we were on the 7th floor we could still hear the traffic on the highway, which interrupted my sleep as did the light that crept through the curtains. However, I noticed too late that the hotel offered ear plugs and other personal items free of charge. Next time I'll read the signs first. I also think the hotel should offer, at the very least, discounted parking. Given the parking lot is part of the hotel grounds, it seems exorbitant to charge $25 for overnight parking, particularly since the shuttle was not very convenient due to the demand.
The shuttle driver was awesome, he showed us several philadelphia landmarks while taking us to our destination,
The front desk was quite rude while checking in, did not give us much info about the hotel, and she seemed too overwhelmed with the several people in line to check in, the next morning was a different woman and she was quite friendly
The bed was very comfortable and large. The room was a good size as well.
There were people in the halls at 2 am making a lot of noise. In the morning the cleaning staff was in the halls also banging around and making noise.
Staff, shuttle service, view
Nothing - would come back anytime
breakfast was included; good location; shuttle bus was available
The staff was helpful from the start of our stay to the end.
Staff were very good and extremely helpful. Shuttle bus into Philadelphia very useful. $10 shuttle to airport. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Lovely views.
A bit further out of the city than I had realised.
Fitness was not crowded, relatively close to the center. Breakfast was really good!
receptionist was rude to a lady customer (not us).
The staff was very accommodating and the availability of the shuttle was really helpful for us. Historical sites are within walking distance.
Very noisy because of thruway on one side and busy street on the other.
