customer service was great, loved the shuttle bus, loved the pancake maker
I know breakfast was included but wish they had simple eggs instead of the eggs with cheese.
I was there in the winter and liked the idea that the hotel was close to the ice rink at Penn's Landing. It is also close to the "L" train for easy access to other areas of the city. The complimentary breakfast was a nice plus and the food very good.
The hotel is located right next to interstate 95 and the road noise was relentless at all hours making it difficult to sleep.
We left a jacket in our room, were at the convention center and housing delivered the jacket to the shuttle who then in turn delivered it to us at the convention center so we could catch our flight on time. This is personal service above and beyond. Thank you!
Price. Saw no need to charge over 245 dollars plus an extra 25 for parking for a basic 2 bedroom room.
Good location, excellent breakfast, large clean room. Parking available on site. great staff, good value.
slow Internet, no fridge in room, poor gym.
breakfast is included.
there is no microwave and fridge in the room.
Very trendy chic styled rooms . Very clean facility and friendly Philly staff
The lack of a small in room cooler /fridge and microwave
The only thing that I didn't care for was the $25 a day parking fee.
me gusto la ubicacion y las instalaciones °
the parking fee ($25 a night) may be a bit high
Great Location near historic center and waterfront. Spacious room.
Surrounded by highways. Lots of traffic noise also during the night.
The lobby was welcoming however arriving was confusing must enter in separate driveway where you must pay for parking
That you had to pay 25 for parking . And the parking lot was unsettling . The room decor was nice but had a business feeling I didnt care for, also bed was very uncomfortable . Very small bathroom
Convenient to new years eve festivities on new years eve. Everyone was pleasant and the room was nice enough. Good value but not plush by any stretch.
Staff and breakfast Living room very nice
Staff and rooms :)!
Hotel was very clean and spacious. Breakfast good and convenient.
Parking fee should be included in room price. Don't nickel and dime guests. People plan on paying a certain price based on booking guarantee. Then you get slapped with another (outrageous) fee. So stupid.
Restuarants close by. Access from the interstate. Access to the city. Parking was allowed until late in the afternoon on the day of checkout.
Parking fee was pricey and unexpected.
the staff was friendly the lobby area/breakfast area very nice
the location. Not a lot of restaurant choices. Tough when you do not have a car - nothing near by as far as variety of food options, convenient stores, etc. Too bad there was not a lounge or restaurant on premiss
Excellent breakfast Clean rooms Good location
Close a lot of hotspots
There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. The staff answered all of my questions I had and plus some. They was so friendly.
The staff were excellent and really helpful. The breakfast was the best I had in a six city business trip to the US.Also the position is good in relation to Downtown Philadelphia-about a 15 minute walk to the Liberty Bell area etc.
The real issue with this hotel is which side your room is. If you are on the side looking over the Delaware to Camden it is great-quiet and an atmosperic view of the river and the bridge. If you are on the other side you are right beside the Delaware Expressway and it is very noisy. Check which side your room is.I arrived quite late and was allocated a room on the expressway side-but the staff were really helpful in arranging for me to move for the following nights.
The rooms were comfortable and clean and the continental breakfast had a variety of food to pick from. There was plenty of seating, which is a big improvement over past years.
Our remote for the TV didn't change the channels. They should be checked to make sure they are working properly.
Good big beds Free breakfast Clean hotel rooms Good service Decent location
