Since then I stay away from this chain.
Service,staff,kitchen facilities,very dirty place...
Quality of breakfast
It was filthy...the tub was disgusting we couldn't take a shower. To worried we would catch a disease.
Breakfast room too small.
Dirty breakfast area, dirty windows, dirty everywhere, I will never stay in this hotel.
that was nice
not something special
Smile a lot of smoke of cigarrete
location, breakfast bathroom, long, long, long walk to the room
Some of the lights in the room did not work,
The hotel provided Wi-Fi, but the strength of the signal in our room was weak. The room was clean and everything worked fine.
The young lady at the desk wasn't very pleasant, when she was being asked questions. People from all over were walking around the area in the parking lot. While the doors to the hallways weren't really being secured. Late at night people were able to just walk in.
I liked the room, that was clean, very spacious and the breakfast is good. The localization is very good, the is a walmart very close to that. I paid $15.00 from the hotel to downtown.
It does not have elevator neither a service for carry your luggage.
First room dirty bathroom toilet cracked they gave us another room stated last room they had and floor (carpet) was soaked and it smelt but we didn't have a choice late night wanted to sleep they offered nothing for all the hassle not worth the 100.00 we paid :( do not stay here spend the money somewhere else
We paid in cash and I was very appreciative they gave us a refund since we only stayed one night.
I attempted several times to call the front office before we arrived. No one EVER answered!!! I wanted to go over pricing, room location, and preferences. I had to call the Super 8 hotline, who assured me all my requests would be taken care of, and needless to say they were not (I talked to Serenity). When we arrived I was told by the front desk that since they do not have voice mail, any contact with their facility is pretty much non-existent since they are busy. The representative was snarky in both her tone and manner. We asked for a ground floor, smoking, but was never informed the smoking rooms are on the second level. When we arrived, no smoking rooms were available. When I used the shower the water went to scalding hot to bitterly cold several times with the temp being set at slightly above lukewarm. There was no Wi-Fi signal available in the room, and we were forced to sit in the hot lobby without the comforts being able to use it our room; which is surprising since the room was only 30 feet away from the computer. We were not informed that because we booked through a third-party that all fees must be paid in full at the beginning of our stay, which normally wouldn't matter, but we were informed that if we had called the hotel directly, we could have avoided that. Since we were unable to reach the hotel in the first place, that seemed somewhat redundant. There were other guests complaining about toilets not working for more than one day, which thankfully we avoided, but the reaction of the people at the front desk read that they simply did not care to be bothered. I would not recommend this hotel again. The customer service needs improvement and there should be more communication between the main customer service and the hotel, since the front desk at the facility is unreachable.
It's pretty much what you would expect from a Super 8 hotel.
Microwave was broken. So was coffee maker. Very dark and dingy corridors. Room was basic but ok. Crowded breakfast area and worst breakfast of our stay so far. Rotten wood at entrance. Not a good experience and was glad to leave. Sorry folks- you need to improve.
The price is great for one night. It is a good place if you aren't looking for luxury.
The building and rooms look run down. Everything was clean but just felt and looked shabby. The guests you will find there are mostly not well mannered families.
the facility was filthy inside and out.the hall leading to my room was dark, they offered continental breakfast, nothing was served by 7am,outside the the landscaping was unkept, weeds and cigarrete butts everywhere.
Drug deals in the parking lot. The small breakfast area, seemed to be a temporary housing place more than a hotel. Very scary place if you stay carry mace or some other form of protection.
I really liked the location. Everything was close to the hotel... wal-mart, restaurants, shopping, etc...
I rented out 5 non smoking rooms for family trip, I was very dipapointed with 4 of the rooms smelled like somebody had been smoking minutes before we walked into the room. The rooms were not clean enough.
Not much! Checking out and getting as far away as we could!
Location, room was too closter phobic. Too dark! bathroom was too small. I could barely reach the toilet paper. Type of people this place attracts is not for families!!
It was close to shopping and restaurants.
Room was very dirty and smelled BAD. The bathroom was so dirty I wouldn't let my kids take a bath. The bedding was in horrible shape. It was a very uncomfortable night.
The first night we got there, there was a prostitute in the parking lot soliciting "business". Nobody was at the front desk half the time and the towels were rough and small; not to mention the bathroom is the size of a shoe box. I will NEVER stay at your hotel again!
