loved location, friendly and helpful staff, free cocktail hour, and price was right.

pool seemed small, and had a lot of children in it so wasn't too appealing. thought there could be a few more amenities in room like shower cap and body wash.

The rooms are design with a different style than most hotels. Love the sitting area very cozy! Great view!

The bathrooms are very small and tight spaced. Wish there was more lighting in bathroom.

Retro design in rooms were neat at first glance but got old really really fast. Additional $109 in other hidden fees, no parking except $30/night valet which was also not mentioned once before my arrival. Air conditioner didn't work all that well during the day

Room design and layout very good. Room very clean. Location excellent Valet Parking good.

Refrigerator too small, and only support honor items. Valet parking and parking at hotel way too costly. No free customer parking No microwave oven in this modern day,cannot believe it. A fridge and microwave is considered basic items and this wand a total let down. Everything Moslem to be geared towards extracting money from customters.

It was a nice-looking hotel.The hotel is in a great location. I got a pretty good deal on the room.

The valet parking service is very poor and quite unorganized. It's much worse when they're busy. My shower head was broken and fell completely off when it was moved. The engineer came to fix it and was in & out of the room several times for around an hour. And once the shower head was "fixed" it couldn't be adjusted. Very unpleasant.

All the places to lounge around on the first floor, the bed was very comfortable.

The pool! Not so much the size of the pool but the fact that there was no sun at all all day.

Bathroom door was old and didn't close. Paying 27 a night for parking is highway robbery. HH specials were wine only what about ppl that don't like wine?

We had booked for a Saturday night by error and rebooked for Friday night - good news that they were able to accomodate us - bad news was that the cost went up at least double. Not sure if we would stay in future at that price. Also the refrig was locked and could not use w/out pay?

Valet was fast and friendly.

i did'nt like paying 148,00 the first nite....and 299.second nite same room!

It was very clean and very near where we were going to an event. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

I have been charged $29.00 for I don't know what. I agree with my rate charge for my room. However, I don't know what the extra $29.00 charge was for. This is upsetting, and I intend on taking this up with my credit card company as we did not incur any extra charges for bar/food or restaurant services. I think this is a mix-up.

Loved the trendy decor and the room was very nice with a large seating area. Hotel staff were friendly and nice.

Hadn't realized there was valet parking and was charged $27.00 for overnight parking. Often it took a while to get our car. Other than that no complaints. I thought it was good value for the money and a very chic, comfortable hotel in a great location

Pool was small. Not crazy about the location. Area was nice, but couldn't walk around downtown.

Didn't like anything, the shower faucet sprayed water all over the bathroom, the hair dryer didn't work, the windows are not sound proof so it's very noisy in the morning, we did not get the room we reserved for . Will never come back again!!!!
