La 1ere chambre était toute petite et bruyante, impossible de dormir à cause du bruit. Après avoir demandé à changer de chambre, le personnel très sympathique nous a donné une autre chambre qui était beaucoup mieux (décoration beaucoup plus agréable, plus grande et pas de bruit) excepté pour la sdb avec tuyauterie ancienne. Le plus de cet hotel est sa localisation. Le bruit et la décoration de la 1ere chambre située sur la contre allée qui n'avait en plus aucun rangement. |

ambiance original et sympathique, hôtel moderne, très sympa, salles de bains petite mais très chouette! petit déjeuner : bien. Très bien situé à l'entrée de chinatown, et du financial district, tout proche d'union square et de ses commerces |

sa localisation trés centrale ; le calme de la chambre qui donnait sur une cour intérieure ; la taille de la chambre et le dressing qui permettait de loger deux grandes valises ; la décoration (peintures et tableaux sur les murs) son accessibilité : au premier étage via un escalier étroit et un ascenseur pas facile...(à déconseiller aux personnes se déplaçant avec difficultés) ; le personnel peu aimable ; le soit disant petit déjeuner dans une toute petite pièce avec quelques tabourets (pas de table) très vite trop pleine ... |

I loved the location and originality of this hotel. I didn't like how crowded the hotel seemed to be, in particular the breakfast. |

Nice clean room, very cool artwork in room and around hotel. Good size room, friendly staff. Our room had a small fridge, very convinient. Room was a bit noisy. |

Good value, excellent location, friendly staff - who were willing to help. There was a lot of noise from the street at the back of the hotel - all through the night - every night, so this is not a hotel for people looking for peace and quiet - and a good nights sleep! |

The international feel to the hotel was great, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for a city trip to San Fran. The artwork throughout the hotel is a big attraction as well. |

Great location, awesome room design, very friendly and helpful staff (both at the front desk and the cleaning personel). I loved my room, even if the bathrooms were out on the hallway and shared. |

The position is great and staff is nice and helpful. It is also original, with all these artists stuff. Breakfast room is not very comfortable! |

continental breakfast was a joke no tables, everything served on paperplates/ papercups. To fit the bathtub a corner was taken out of a wall and never properly sealed - very dangerous. Website says babycots are provided but when we arrive this was not the case. Staff was very unfriendly and rude. |

the artwork in the corridors cleanliness, horrible bathroom, mattress and sheets, bunch of old dusty things in the room, etc. this hotel is much worse than any of the hotels, or even hostels, I've ever stayed at. The only reason they can charge what they charge is because of the art and location, but you can find a normal clean hotel room around the same area for only $10-20 more.
