La camera che ci hanno dato è risultata di pessimo gusto estetico, per essere gentili. Tutta dipinta di nero con murales punk, metal e satanici, con sanitari a dir poco orribili. Alla richiesta di cambiare stanza, mi han risposto che era l'unica diponibile. Poco professionali, in quanto le foto delle camere prenotabili non comprendono minimamente accenni ad una camera tale! Orribile! |

the artwork in the corridors cleanliness, horrible bathroom, mattress and sheets, bunch of old dusty things in the room, etc. this hotel is much worse than any of the hotels, or even hostels, I've ever stayed at. The only reason they can charge what they charge is because of the art and location, but you can find a normal clean hotel room around the same area for only $10-20 more. Nothing.. except that the paintings on the wall looks nice which is what we did see in the pictures at the time of internet room reservation. There wasn't any part to inform that the room that we have booked shared an external bathroom with another room! It is actually a common bathroom which anyone could access to! |

Nice to stay in a different type of hotel. The paintings on the walls and in bedrooms were brilliant. Very arty, but classy and good. Hotel staff were very obliging to all our requests, and dealt with everything efficiently and in a friendly manner |

Lots of artwork, which seemed to change each day. Room was very small but artistically painted. Elevator is definitely an experience - there is one but you wouldn't want to use it on a regular basis. Room faced alley servicing irish pub next door- lots of noise from garbage collection, recycling (smashing of bottles, etc). Staff weren't unfriendly but were apathetic. When we asked about the free WiFi (which needs a WEP key) on the first night we were told it wasn't working, asked a different guy the next day if it was fixed and he knew nothing about it, gave us the WEP key and it worked fine. |

Our hotel was in a perfect location and it suited our needs very well. We were able to enjoy the city just by walking out the front door - Chinatown's gates were about ten steps away - and it was conveniently located near public transportation, both into the city from the airport and throughout the neighborhoods. The room was small, but very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The walls of the room were somewhat thin, but when you have courteous neighbors that isn't a problem. Also, the hotel does not have air- conditioning, but the weather cools substantially in the evenings, so with the windows open you can be very comfortable. |

Buena ubicacion, cerca de U Square y calles principales, lindas habitaciones pintadas, pasillos con cuadros, todo muy agradable a los sentidos, un poco pequeñas y sin espacio para guardar ropa, pero se arregla bien por lo grato del ambiente. El desayuno es sencillo pero OK Podrían tener algunos armarios para guardar ropa. El ruido en el callejón trasero en la noche, pero en general estuvo bien, eran cosas tolerables. El desayuno se toma de pie o sentado en pequeñas banquetas en una habitación detrás de la recepción. |

Es la ubicacion lo mejor de todo. Esta muy bien situado a tres bloque de Union square. Un bloque de china town y a dos bloques del tranvia que va al puerto. Perfecta ubicacion. Otra buena cosa, es la coleccion de arte que tienen alli, es magnifica y muy buena idea. El hotel esta muy bien para visitar la ciudad y solo utilizarlo para descanasar. No consideraria este Hotel des Arts a hotel, es mas un hostel. Pero todo esta limpio y silencioso excepto que las tuberias son ruidosas. Nuestra habitacion estaba bien, pero la pila de lavarse las manos estaba fuera del aseo, lo que es un inconveniente cada vez que vas al aseo y te toca salir de alli e ir a la habitacion para lavarte las manos. No habia mucho espacio para dejar las cosas. |
