Had everything one could want or need except a safe.
Our room with one queen bed was quite small compared to most motel rooms. Although the pool looked very clear, the hot tub seemed cloudy.
no wi-fi!!!! no pool no anything that was advertised
Facilities clean and bed was comfortable.
Room on the small side. TV reception could have been better.
The staff is very friendly, the hotel common areas and bedrooms were very clean, breakfast choices were better than most. Has an indoor pool and a small fitness center. Right off the interstate so easy to find, plenty of places to eat and gas stations in the immediate area.
This is like an old Microtel Motel that got a bit of a face lift. The rooms though, showed their age. We had booked a queen bed, but were given a full bed, yet told it was a queen. Room is quite small and cramped.
Helpful Staff, reasonable rate, comfortable
Very poor wifi
Location and price.
I booked through Booking.com @$59.95. When I arrived I was told that because I specified a ground floor room, the rate would be $5 more because the ground floor rooms are deluxe queens. The room was so small that the luggage cart could barely fit inside. Absolutely nothing deluxe about this room. Hairs in the bathtub too.
Good beds bad wifi, which caused us issues as we weren't able to book our next night cost us extra money and extra night on the road. Breakfast ok, some hot food but all prefab, not very tasty.
Wifi and breakfast, small bathroom
Lighting was horrible. Room was very small. Pretty sure the site was a former Microtel, which we have stayed in before and do not like.
Very friendly desk manager. Clean and comfortable room. Several places for food nearby.
Breakfast was blah. Runny thin gravy and biscuits were actually dinner rolls. Would suggest the waffles as as a better choice. Tv in room had poor picture on local channels.
quiet no problems. staff was very good.
got a single queen room. room was tiny.
nice friendly staff, good size room, clean, bright & comfortable.
Clean,comfortable stay,helpful staff
Friendly host. Very clean. Great place to spend the night when passing through.
Traveling back to Missouri, we stayed at Desert Inn and totally loved our stay - hope to go back for a week. Jessica was at the front desk and was so helpful - she went out of her way to make sure our stay was wonderful and it was!!! Very nice indoor pool and the room was lovely!
we have stayed several times at Desert Inn and they have taken such good care of us. travel with dogs and they have accommodated us each time. Will always return when in Tucumcari.
The room was very clean.
it would have been better a little bit larger.
Hotel is right off the highway and the reviews where correct based on others visits
Older hotel that use to be a micro inn I think. Rooms are older but clean. Could use a update.
No employee on site. Firemen arrived after 20 minutes. Had to call to gain access to alarm controls. Unsafe.....
The pool hours and breakfast gravy to watery
Sheets were dirty
Everything. Good value for money, clean and the young man named patel at the reception is very helpful.
haved to pay extra for ground floor level room
room was strange and off putting. the giant mirror over the bed was weird. the room was exceedingly small for a "queen suite". not sure how they get away with calling it that. breakfast was very disappointing. i didn't bother with it. no choice to speak of and hard boiled eggs floating around in nasty water was truly uanppetizing. you'd better step up your game in order to compete with best westerns.
