The room was very clean.
it would have been better a little bit larger.
No employee on site. Firemen arrived after 20 minutes. Had to call to gain access to alarm controls. Unsafe.....
The pool hours and breakfast gravy to watery
Sheets were dirty
Everything. Good value for money, clean and the young man named patel at the reception is very helpful.
haved to pay extra for ground floor level room
room was strange and off putting. the giant mirror over the bed was weird. the room was exceedingly small for a "queen suite". not sure how they get away with calling it that. breakfast was very disappointing. i didn't bother with it. no choice to speak of and hard boiled eggs floating around in nasty water was truly uanppetizing. you'd better step up your game in order to compete with best westerns.
Love this facility. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and I will definitely be staying again. Great staff. Good rooms and wonderful hot tub!!! Breakfast is between continental and full. Quick and filling.
Rooms are pretty small and had a bit of a musty odor this past visit. After allowing sir to circulate the odor improved.
The owner/manager is genuinely friendly and personable. We have stayed here three times in two years and the property just keeps improving. The rooms and breakfast area are always immaculate and the entire property is attractive and well maintained.
The town lacks major chain restaurants, but there are plenty of options.
Didnt have in room coffee
Friendly staff - quiet location
Room smelled faintly like it had been a smoking room in the past. Basically my only complaint, but I HATE the smell of smoke!
Beautiful view of mountain out our window from second floor.
Couldn't sleep due to AC noise and 18-wheelers pulling in all night long next door; blanket felt like it was cut from a bolt of thin, stiff, itchy felt; and towels felt like sandpaper. Elevator busted too. Thank goodness stuck there only one night.
Place was clean and nice
Dead town ,, poor choices for dinner ,, downtown area seemed a little sketchy at night
Super clean, great price. Nice breakfast.
The overnight woman at the front counter talks, and then talks more, and then talks even more. Friendly and polite but talks too much. She made us uncomfortable by telling us to illegally park in the street (yellow curb), in front of her jaguar (she parks in the parking lot, closest to the front door!) but tried to reassure us that the hotel has spoken to the police and the police will not issue a ticket (we didn't receive a ticket). Then she goes out to smoke a cigarette right in front of the door.
Seemed newly renovated. Very clean. Easy on easy off highway.
Convenient for Route 66 but beyond walking distance to Route 66 icons. Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff.
No lift. Limited nearby eateries.
Friendly, reasonably clean, and reasonably priced. Just what is needed for an overnight.
Although the room was small, it was very clean and convenient. The flat screen TV was mounted on the wall and not far from the bed, so TV viewing from the bed was good. The staff was very helpful and polite. The Inn is surrounded by most of the places to eat and is right off the interstate, so the location couldn't be any better for a traveler.
I had some difficulty getting the room temperature just right and their was a low battery alarm from a smoke detector beeping all night in the hallway outside the room. I informed the staff and have no reason to believe it wouldn't be taken care of promptly.
The location !!
Towels were rough
The price was great and the rooms were clean and cute. They gave me the wifi code at check-in before I asked for it and their pet fee was only $5.
The ice machine in our hallway was down, so we had to get ice from the lobby, and the free, hot breakfast was a little lackluster (coffee that drank like tea!) but these are small complaints, given the quality and price of the room.
Helpful spotlessly clean room and bathroom
