Location is only positive, but not even close to making up for rude staff, run-down facilities and overall disdain for their guests. Horrible. Embarrassment to the Wyndham and La Quinta names.
Featuring free Wi-Fi and a daily continental breakfast, this Phoenix hotel is located across the street from Peoria Sports Complex, home of the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners spring training.

The new upgrades! THE SHOWERS ♥️ We're frequent at this location since it was a Quality Inn. So to see such amazing changes... Wow! And the staff, chefs kiss! The old ones needed an upgrade too!
Offering breakfast to guests, this hotel has a heated outdoor pool and hot tub on a terrace sun deck. It’s easily reached from Interstate 17 in Glendale, the antiquing capital of Arizona.

Peoria was very clean and offered many restaurants to choose from, especially nice staying in our hotel. Most of the restaurants and shopping centers were within a five to ten minute drive. And the Casino was less than ten miles away. Bonus!!!

There are so many affordable and upscale restaurants all over North Peoria. The city is well kept and clean. We ate at Bourbon and Bones, Fabio on Fire Panini and Gelato, and Cantina Gueros all at Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant Parkway.

This trip was a short two day stay for a specific event and we didn't have and adequate opportunity to visit much of Peoria. Our stay was good however and we certainly enjoyed the comfort of our room in the evenings.

Like that location was close to where we were going for entertainment. Did not like that the rooms were not cleaned and no one came to give us fresh towels and the beds were not made on the second day stay. We had to go to the front desk to ask. Will not stay there again.

Poor customer service.
Poor customer service. They did not provide the accommodations we had reserved and attempted to charge us extra for a extra bed that was supposed to be in the room we reserved. Dirty, dingy, old rooms with rust on the bathroom ceiling and in the shower tub.

No breakfast as advertised.
No breakfast as advertised. They said it was because of Covid. Not true! We had stayed in 2 other hotels in the area and they had breakfast.
Carpet in our room was warm out. The whole place felt dingy and needs a serious remodeling.
This was a wonderful place to stay for a week near my family in Peoria and Phoenix, convenient to travel routes and shopping. Four adults were very comfortable here. The price of the full house with pool was similar to 2 rooms in a local hotel. Mark responded quickly when we noticed the BBQ was out of gas. The place had 4 flat screen TVs and excellent showers and very comfortable beds. It is located near a shopping center (Parkwest) with good restaurants like BJ's and Wildflower, and 40 shops. The area felt quiet and safe.
The bed was very comfortable! The pool areas were beautiful! The room was a house and I didn't want to leave. The spa was beautiful! I received the most amazing massage from Tiffany. She gave me the best massage of my life. She also gave me health information on future massages when I got home. My overall health was her priority for the hour I spent with her.
She was very professional and caring! So impressed with Cibola!! I will be returning as a regular guest since my cousin now lives in Peoria.
Staff was friendly and helpful beds were comfortable; parking was adequate, and the location was perfect for spring training games or events at the Peoria sports complex. there are also lots of restaurants in walking distance as well as shopping.
I have been in town for a week. This is my 3rd hotel, and the first good night I've had. Rooms are good, staff is the best. Kind/helpful/accommodating.
Have needed a lot of help, not once has anyone made me feel like they didn't want to help.
Location is only positive, but not even close to making up for rude staff, run-down facilities and overall disdain for their guests. Horrible. Embarrassment to the Wyndham and La Quinta names.
This hotel with its rock solid springy beds, tiny tv's and overall low income feel should cost half the price that it does. By far this was the shabbiest Wyndham hotel ive stayed at.
I liked the location of the hotel. It was amazing. I also liked the comfort of the beds and pillows. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, clean and well maintained.
Nothing at all everything is so bad, the beds are for a single person, the rooms looks dirty and old, this is the worst hotel I HV stayed in since my childhood
